Not just a judge but the Acting CJN which you said will not be honored by his colleagues.

Let PDP and Bureau De Change Onnoghen go to court if they refuse to do the honorable thing.

I am beginning to believe what started as a rumor that Atiku/PDP actually paid BDC Onnoghen to get to power.

If not, why will PDP carry the matter for head like their whole life depend on it?

Papa Chukwudi, NJC won't suspend Tanko. You can be rest assured of that. NJC would now be more interested in repairing its battered image than engaging in a useless confrontation because of one BDC Onnoghen.

The names were submitted by each state's Chief Judge and forwarded to the President of the Court of Appeal. The cJN only swears them in.

Judges were compiled by BDC Onnoghen before his suspension. The Ag. CJN only swore those same judges in.

If this Bureau De Change Onnoghen and his PDP paymasters indeed are for Nigeria to prosper and do the right thing, this "forgetting" and "mistaking" judge will resign on the weight of allegations against him.

You say you don't have a private business and you don't have another side job, but you have millions of dollars, pounds and euros in your numerous accounts! And when you're asked to defend how you got the billions, you run like a headless chicken from one court to the other to stop your prosecution! To show you're guilty of the allegation, you suspend the JCN you head from sitting indefinitely!

the intention was for the judiciary to be independent. That also goes for the president. Imagine a situation where saraki as the senate president suspends buhari without a 2/3rd majority of the senate. Why is this so hard for you people to understand? Buhari has trampled on our constitution. Without the constitution then when people commit crime and are arrested, then they will just be thrown in jail without going to court and trial.

But BDC Onnoghen was not going to allow JCN to sit to look into the allegation

I have read many views about the whole saga. The best and most balanced one was that of Jiti Ogunye. In all of the opinions I have read, not a single one of them had any reason to say Onnoghen did not err. So, if he erred and decided to frustrate the right things to be done especially by postponing indefinitely the sitting of JCN, he should be allowed to carry on?

I beg to disagree with you. Though it is inhuman to dump unwanted babies like this but it's better than abortion by far in my opinion. At least this baby has a chance of living and becoming something in life. The chance of living with abortion is zero. Plus abortion is a major sin in the sight of God, this is a smaller sin in my opinion.

How have roles changed because a wife supports his family financially? We are talking of living abroad and I don't think it's a big deal for this to happen. You should know that it's entirely different from living in Nigeria.
I do up to 35 to 40% of house chores not because of her financial support but for the love and her sometimes tight schedule. I could do same if I was not getting any financial support from her.

Floxxi: Yes it is required of a woman to be submissive to their husbands yet for the husbands too to respect them you dont respect your wife by telling her"o go" owo die die lara n fe= everyone deserves little respect, learn to respect your wife's opinion forgive her and show the love. Some men feel by showing their wifes they love them they are downgrading themselves then why did you marry her if you cannot show her the love till d end.
