Trump did everything from threat to abuse to prevent his University from releasing his school records.
Obama just never agreed to release his records. Obama also refused the State of Hawaii to release his birth certificate until he was ready to in April of 2016, even though Trump has been asking for it since the previous year.

All in all, you can keep grasping for straws all you want. I went to school in the US, I know the laws very well, and I know that it's up to the student if they want their records to be released to another party.
It's up to President Tinubu to release his records if he wants or not.
All he needs to provide is the certificate that he has provided; his admission, grades, and other information are not pertinent to election laws in Nigeria; hence, he doesn't have to agree to anything else just because one sore loser is demanding for them.

Stop posting rubbish. We have had floods in Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, and many other parts of the US from time to time. My neighborhood in Atlanta has flooded before when it rains too much. Lagos is very close to the Ocean and probably below sea level; hence, it's very prone to flooding.
