Is like October mamas don't like me... I wish I can steal September. Last scan gave a new EDD which is Oct 16 and sex is XY (officially mum of boys).

I have not yet register for antenatal.... I went to Gbagada general hospital yesterday to make inquiries but the presence of isolation center in the hospital gave me goosebumps.

28% is not okay at all, i suffered same blood shortage not too long ago,same 28%, I didn't take any blood tonic or drugs rather I used garden egg leaf( plenty of it), squeezed ugu water and malt and milk, then while making my tea I use a lot of milk, I checked 5 days ago and the blood level is now 35%, try these things and see if it would work for you..

Please complain to your doctor. Blood level is low. Your doctor should prescribe drug for blood. Other sabi mamas will advice you.

If your doc or nurse says there's nothing to worry about your weight, then relax! You will surely add. Just ensure you eat well.
For that blood level, please as moms here always suggest, look for garden egg leaves and chew. It tastes like the actual garden eggs. Take your drugs too, and eat well (lots of vegetables). I do a lot of efo riro and steamed ugu, tomatoes, pepper and crayfish to eat with rice. You'll be fine.

Cappo this is notify you that I have left the race. At around 10.34am today baby Lotanna went to meet the lord and I know I have an angel watching over me.

Woke up to serious contractions around 12.30am and when I went to use the loo, I felt my water gush and bleeding following subsequently. We left to the hospital immediately and after a lot of delay, an injection was given to stop the bleeding. By 9.00am when fetal doppler and also ultrasound machine were used to check baby's vitality, doctor realized he was dead and I was induced.

I birthed him less than 30 minutes after while I was in the toilet poling and held my baby for few minutes. Placenta took 3 hours plus before it was finally delivered. Devil thought he would win but as usual he is always the failure.

This is like a shock to me as we just saw baby less than 20 hours ago in an ultrasound when we went to check for gender and he was waving at us and kicking his legs.

Please pray for me mamas that I would come soon and that my journey won't be cut short again. This is me having two losses in less than a year but in God I give the praise.

The good Lord will surprise you, the devil is a big failure...

Are you sure you really have infection? Were you tested before those treatments? Please don’t take any other antibiotics until your obgyn direct for test and recommend drugs for use. Some pregnant women have high discharge and mistake it to be infection. If it doesn’t itch nor smell you’ve got nothing to worry about. You can discuss it with your doctor in your next appointment but for now just keep on with your prenatal and fruits with plenty water. Wishing you happy bumping ma

did they culture the discharge before giving you drugs? Sometimes, it's pregnancy package not infection. Discard your old pants. Use only cotton pants so the place can breathe.

For some people, this plenty discharge is part of the pregancy package. Just like u said it doesnt itch nor smell.
please stop using drugs anyhow and saying you have an infection when no test has been carried out to prove so.

get pantyliners and change every 3hrs if not indoors...if indoors, do away with panties for now and allow breeze to blow.
practice good hygiene, take yoghurt and plenty water.

be careful to not hurt that child you carry.

Start with a tiny piece and see how your body will react to it. I just read its not for everyone so pls be cautious. It worked like magic for me tho.

It doesn't itch and doesn't smell, how sure are u it is infection and not just discharge. It is very normal to have increased discharges during pregnancy. Antibiotics are not safe in pregnancy, avoid them and do as the nurse advised. After delivery if it still persists, u can treat in full force. Happy bumping to u sis

For the two times I was pregnant, I notice vaginal discharge and itching once I enter third trimester and start to near the end of the pregnancy. I don't take any drugs, I simply insert garlic into my veejay. The relief is almost instant and in 24 he's you will notice the discharge will stop. I don't insert too deeply but if I put it in at night, its comes out by morning. I do this sort of cleanse every two weeks until I deliver cos I don't want it to come back.

I think I shud try this and see the result. I'm just tired of taking drugs that might not be healthy

Good morning mamas!!!

Please help me out. I was two months pregnant when I started experiencing infection. I went to the hospital and was given these drugs: cikamox 500, greenzoral and another that doesn't have name but BPL written on the tablet. The infection left but soon came back so I visited a health centre and was given flagyl but the infection didn't stop.

I registered for antenatal yesterday, told the nurse all about the infection and she advised me to stay off antibiotics for now, that I should just learn to manage it and maintain proper hygiene. That antibiotics can affect the organs of the baby but I still discharge.

The discharge doesn't itch, doesn't smell, cream in colour and thick. Please mamas in this forum, I need your urgent replies as this is my first pregnancy and I'm really scared of anything happening to my baby.
