This is serious ooooo No privacy on BB anymore. Everything is exposed |
But ''hardray'' is already rated 100. Maybe we shall consider you in 2019. |
This reminds me of this moniker, '' STFUareUgod?'' This is a typical example of the psychiatric condition called SCHIZOPHRENIA with delusions of grandeur complicated with severe visual and auditory hallucinations. |
Don't mind them They will stop it after a short period of time. |
Lol. All you need to do is to humbly step aside so that they can kiss more intimately. No wayo |
This is sad. The ruling parties have always been oppressing the opposition parties in Nigeria. They will prevent you from campaigning on national tv, popular newspapers, even banning you from using stadiums or public infrastructure . Naija pls stop this evil trend abeg. |
In summary, ''KONJI NA BASTARD''. |
Why you wan know now? Of course it's used to buy groundnut and beer plus akara and tea to entertain the ogas at the top in the various police stations. |
The guy resembles a typical Naija thief with no brains at birth till now. All hail the dull thief!!! |
Join Niger delta avengers then as next option. |
Ok Niger delta avengers is not a single group. It's made up of several fractions which barely know themselves. The wahala will continue then. |
Lol Na who get this cash? |
8. The Ibibio brides (Akwa ibom) The Ibibio are majestic in their attire as seen in the pix below.
|
7. Efik brides (Calabar) Efik brides stand out in their elaborate and colourful attires. They wear one of two outfits, one of which is the Ofong Ukod Anwang – a fancy attire which includes a knee length skirt, blouse (usually covering only the bust) and a fancy beaded body adornment as seen below. The second choice for Efik brides is the Onyonyo, a big long flowing gown. They also wear hand and leg gears know as Ekpa ku kwa, and adorn their necks with coral beads. My two favourite things? The over the top hair pins and the decorated staff carried by the bride – so unique and regal. Check out some pictures below.
|
6. Edo brides Edo brides are known for their elaborate beaded bridal wear – complete with a crown and accessories. The hair – the most important part of the look, is made into a high bun hairstyle known as Eto-Okuku, typically created with black gel. Coral beads are then sewn into the hair or extensions in to the form of a crown, called Okuku. Many brides buy wigs ready made with the hair and crown. http://www.nigerianweddingblog.com/blog/2015/06/12/adas-flawless-bridal-makeover-by-bm-pro/

The bead crown differentiates brides from this part of the country from other Nigerian brides. https://www.naij.com/898765-beautiful-pictures-nigerian-brides-love-see.html
|
5. Ijaw brides Brides from this part of Nigeria wear beads around their necks and place a bead cap on their heads.
|
The brides that come from this ethnic group would always hold their Uya which is also known as horsetail.
|
4. Igbo brides This is an Igbo bride wearing her beads gracefully.
|
Yoruba brides also love wearing beads.
|
3. Yoruba brides Yoruba brides are known to rock their hand woven aso-oke when they are getting married. They pay special attention to their gele and make sure it is well tied.
|
2. Fulani brides This is the traditional wear of the Fulanis. When they dress up in any other material, they could be mixed up with Hausa brides.
|
The makeup they wear is mild as they are naturally beautiful. The Hausa bride look would not be complete without the bride adorning her hands and legs with henna.
|
The dressing is never complete without the veil.

Nigerian women are beautiful inside out; the wedding day is usually the time to know how beautiful a woman is as she would be adorned with the different types of accessories peculiar to her tribe. Weddings are usually a big deal in Nigeria with some tribes and families even making it a bigger deal. This is one thing Nigerians spend money on as we believe it is important to celebrate our daughters who have waited for the right moment to get married. For you to know how important brides are, everyone claims affinity with them that day and seek their attention as long as they are the highlight of that occasion. Nigerian brides step out in royalty on such days and bring the best out of their tribe and ethnicity with the costumes they wear. This article would be displaying pictures of Nigerian brides and would showcase women from most of the tribes we have in Nigeria. The men also do not want to be left out on important days like that; they dress and step out in royalty to claim their position beside the beautiful ladies they are getting married to. However, the brides are our major concern here and would be focused on. Find below pictures of some amazing Nigerian brides: 1. Hausa brides https://i.onthe.io/vllkyt1egqiupfst2g.f9934ad0.jpg

Hepatitis B is an infection of your liver. It can cause scarring of the organ, liver failure, and cancer. It can be fatal if it isn’t treated. It’s spread when people come in contact with the blood, open sores, or body fluids of someone who has the hep B virus. The good news is that most cases of the disease don’t last a long time. Your body fights it off within a few months, and you’re immune for the rest of your life. That means you can't get it again. *What Happens to People Who Have It? Your doctor will know you’ve recovered when your blood tests show no signs of active infection. But some people don't get rid of the infection. If you have it for more than 6 months, you’re what’s called a carrier, even if you don’t have symptoms. This means you can give the disease to someone else through: -Unprotected sex -Contact with your blood or an open sore -Sharing needles or syringes Doctors don’t know why, but the disease does goes away in a small number of carriers. For others, it becomes what’s known as chronic. That means you have an ongoing liver infection. It can lead to cirrhosis or hardening of the organ. It scars over and stops working. Some people also get liver cancer. If you’re a carrier, don’t donate blood, plasma, body organs, tissue, or sperm. Tell anyone you could infect, whether it’s a sex partner, or your doctor or dentist, that you have it. *How Common Is Hepatitis B? The number of people who get this disease is down, the CDC says. Rates have dropped from an average of 200,000 per year in the 1980s to around 18,000 in 2012. People between the ages of 20 and 49 are most likely to get it. Only 5% to 10% of adults and children older than 5 who have hepatitis B end up with a chronic infection. The numbers aren’t so good for those younger than 5 (25% to 50%) and even higher for infants infected at birth (90%). As many as 1.4 million people in the U.S. are carriers of the virus. *How Do I Know if I Have It? When you’re first infected, the warning signs include: -Jaundice. (Your skin or the whites of the eyes turn yellow, and your pee turns brown or orange.) -Light-colored poop -Fever -Fatigue that persists for weeks or months -Stomach trouble like loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting -Belly pain Symptoms may not show up until 1 to 6 months after you catch the virus. You may not feel anything, and about a third of the people with this disease don’t. They only find out through a blood test. *How Is It Diagnosed? If your doctor thinks you have it, he’ll give you a complete physical exam. He’ll also check to see if your liver is healthy. The diagnosis is made with blood tests that look for the hepatitis virus and cells that fight infection, called antibodies. If your disease becomes chronic, your doctor might take a tissue sample from your liver, called a biopsy. This will tell him how severe your case is. *How Is It Treated? If you think you’ve been exposed to the virus, get to a doctor within 2 weeks. He’ll give you a vaccine and a shot of hepatitis B immune globulin. This protein boosts your immune system and helps it fight off the infection. If you do get sick, your doctor may put you on bed rest to help you get better faster. You’ll have to give up things that can hurt your liver, like alcohol and acetaminophen. Check with your doctor before taking any other drugs, herbal treatments, or supplements. Some of them can harm this organ, too. Also, eat a healthy diet. If the infection goes away, the doctor will tell you you’re an “inactive carrier.” After that, he may just watch you closely. If the infection is active for longer than 6 months, he’ll tell you that you have “chronic active hepatitis B.” He may prescribe some of these medications to treat it. -Interferon alfa (Intron A, Roferon A, Sylatron). This medicine boosts your immune system. You take it as a shot for at least 6 months. It doesn’t cure the disease. It treats liver inflammation. Long-acting interferon, peginterferon alfa2a (Pegasys, Pegasys Proclick) can also help. This drug does have side effects. It can make you feel bad all over, depressed, and zap your appetite. It also lowers your white blood cell count, which makes it harder to fight off infection. -Lamivudine (3tc, Epivir, Epivir A/F, Epivir HBV, Heptovir). It comes as a liquid or tablet you take once a day. Most people don’t have a problem with it. But if you take it for a long time, the virus might stop responding to the drug. -Adefovir dipivoxil (Hepsera). This drug, which you take as a tablet, works well for people who don’t respond to lamivudine. High doses can cause kidney problems. -Entecavir (Baraclude). This is the newest drug for hepatitis B. You can take it as a liquid or tablet. -Tenofovir (Viread). This drug comes as a powder or tablet. If you take it, your doctor will check often to make sure it doesn’t hurt your kidneys. *Hepatitis B and Pregnancy If you’re pregnant, you might pass the virus to your baby at birth. It’s less likely to happen during your pregnancy. If your baby gets the virus and isn’t treated, he could have long-term liver problems. All newborns with infected mothers should get hepatitis B immune globulin and the vaccine for hepatitis at birth and during their first year of life. *How Is It Prevented? To help keep a hepatitis B infection from spreading: -Get vaccinated (if you haven’t already been infected). -Use condoms every time you have sex. -Wear gloves when you clean up after others, especially if you have to touch bandages, tampons, and linens. -Cover all open cuts or wounds. -Don’t share razors, toothbrushes, nail care tools, or pierced earrings with anyone. -Don’t share chewing gum or pre-chew food for a baby. -Make certain that any needles for drugs, ear piercing, or tattoos -- or tools for manicures and pedicures -- are properly sterilized. -Clean up blood with one part household bleach and 10 parts water. *Can I Get It From Blood Transfusions? Donated blood is tested for the virus, so your chances of getting the disease from a transfusion are low. Any infected blood is discarded. *Who Should Get the Hepatitis B Vaccine? -All newborn babies should get vaccinated. You should also get the shot if you: -Come in contact with infected blood or body fluids of friends or family members -Use needles to take recreational drugs -Have sex with more than one person -Are a health care worker -Work in a day care center, school, or jail -Is There a Cure for Hepatitis B? No. But again, it often goes away in a few months, and it occasionally disappears in people who have a -chronic case of the disease. |
8. Do At Least One Thing Towards Long-Term Goals Willpower is like a muscle that depletes when it is exercised. Similarly, our ability to make high quality decisions becomes fatigued over time. The more decisions you make, the lower quality they become — the weaker your willpower. Consequently, you need to do the hard stuff first thing in the morning. The important stuff. If you don’t, it simply will not get done. By the end of your day, you’ll be exhausted. You’ll be fried. There will be a million reasons to just start tomorrow. And you will start tomorrow — which is never. So your mantra becomes: The worst comes first. Do that thing you’ve been needing to do. Then do it again tomorrow. If you take just one step toward you big goals every day, you’ll realize those goals weren’t really far away. https://medium.com/the-mission/8-things-every-person-should-do-before-8-a-m-cc0233e15c8d#.kdywki91s |
7. Review Your Life Vision Your goals should be written down — short term and long term. Taking just a few minutes to read your life vision puts your day into perspective. If you read your long term goals every day you will think about them every day. If you think about them every day, and spend your days working toward them, they’ll manifest. Achieving goals is a science. There’s no confusion or ambiguity to it. If you follow a simple pattern, you can accomplish all of your goals, no matter how big they are. A fundamental aspect of that is writing them down and reviewing them every single day. |
6. Listen to/Read Uplifting Content Ordinary people seek entertainment. Extraordinary people seek education and learning. It is common for the world’s most successful people to read at least one book per week. They are constantly learning. I can easily get through one audiobook per week by just listening during my commute to school and while walking on campus. Taking even 15–30 minutes every morning to read uplifting and instructive information changes you. It puts you in the zone to perform at your highest. Over a long enough period of time, you will have read hundreds of books. You’ll be knowledgeable on several topics. You’ll think and see the world differently. You’ll be able to make more connections between different topics. |
5. Take A Cold Shower Tony Robbins starts every morning by jumping into a 57-degree Fahrenheit swimming pool. Why would he do such a thing? Cold water immersion radically facilitates physical and mental wellness. When practiced regularly, it provides long-lasting changes to your body’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory and digestive systems that improve the quality of your life. It can also increase weight-loss because it boosts your metabolism. A 2007 research study found that taking cold showers routinely can help treat depression symptoms often more effectively than prescription medications. That’s because cold water triggers a wave of mood-boosting neurochemicals which make you feel happy. There is of course, an initial fear of stepping into a cold shower. Without a doubt, if you’ve tried this before, you have found yourself standing outside the shower dreading the thought of going in. You may have even talked yourself out of it and said, “Maybe tomorrow.” And turned the hot water handle before getting in. Or, maybe you jumped in but quickly turned the hot water on? What has helped me is thinking about it like a swimming pool. It’s a slow painful death to get into a cold pool slowly. You just need to jump in. After 20 seconds, you’re fine. It’s the same way with taking a cold shower. You get in, you heart starts beating like crazy. Then, after like 20 seconds, you feel fine. To me, it increases my willpower and boosts my creativity and inspiration. While standing with the cold water hitting my back, I practice slowing my breathing and calming down. After I’ve chilled out, I feel super happy and inspired. Lots of ideas start flowing and I become way motivated to achieve my goals. Plus, it’s healthy to do something in the morning that kind of freaks you out! Get’s you feeling alive and sets the tone for living outside your comfort zone! |
4. Consume 30 Grams of Protein Donald Layman, professor emeritus of nutrition at the University of Illinois, recommends consuming at least 30 grams of protein for breakfast. Similarly, Tim Ferriss, in his book, The 4-Hour Body, also recommends 30 grams of protein 30 minutes after waking up. According to Tim, his father did this and lost 19 pounds in one month. Protein-rich foods keep you full longer than other foods because they take longer to leave the stomach. Also, protein keeps blood-sugar levels steady, which prevents spikes in hunger. Eating protein first decreases your white carbohydrate cravings. These are the types of carbs that get you fat. Think bagels, toast, and donuts. Tim makes four recommendations for getting adequate protein in the morning: Eat at least 40% of your breakfast calories as protein Do it with two or three whole eggs (each egg has about 6g protein) If you don’t like eggs, use something like turkey bacon, organic pork bacon or sausage, or cottage cheese Or, you could always do a protein shake with water For people who avoid dairy, meat, and eggs, there are several plant-based proteins. Legumes, greens, nuts, and seeds all are rich in protein. |
3. Hard Physical Activity Despite endless evidence of the need for exercise, only one-third of American men and women between the ages of 25 to 64 years engage in regular physical activity according to the Center for Disease Control’s National Health Interview Survey. If you want to be among the healthy, happy, and productive people in the world, get in the habit of regular exercise. Many people go immediately to the gym to get their body moving. I have lately found that doing yard work in the wee hours of the morning generates an intense inflow of inspiration and clarity. Whatever your preference, get your body moving. Exercise has been found to decrease your chance of depression, anxiety, and stress. It is also related to higher success in your career. If you don’t care about your body, every other aspect of your life will suffer. Humans are holistic beings.
