Ok. These National trophies are team titles and not won individually. Yes, an individual can be very instrumental to his team winning that title but he also needs a major chunk of support from his teammates cus he can be that instrumental and yet his team can still lose that title....he can play his best and yet his teammates might not step or luck may not be on the side of his team.
Pedro has won almost anything there is to win in football(team level), does that make him better than CR7? Not all. IMO Messi is better than Ronaldo because I watched the both play and while one is a great goalscorer, slightly above par dribbler and really hardworking, the other is also just as great a goalscorer as the latter, a master playmaker, as in if how can someone be so good as a midfielder and a striker too, a great passer of the ball even EA had to recognize that check FIFA21 stats Messi still has the highest short and long pass accuracy, don't even get me started on his dribbling..simply phenomenal. Stop talking deranged. The church is not a money doubling centrer. Let the so called poor keep their money and use it to pay fees when the schools, hospitals start operation. If you do not know, the purpose of the govt is to put those things in place. To put the things the citizens share in common irrespective of beliefs in place. Things like roads, schools, hospitals, food regulatory body(NAFDAC), money & currency (CBN), housing intervention, industrial estates, power supply regulation.
The church is in fact a loose group as far as the law is concerned. They don't keep a record of you earnings in order to calculate your tithe for you, it is the govt who does that for taxes. The church doesn't force you remain in particular assembly. They don't force you to give. They don't have power to arrest you.
You go to a particular church, If you accept the ministry of the man in charge of a ministry.

The missionaries brought everything free, that is why things like malaria wiped a lot of the missionaries out. Today's churches are building things yet malaria and poverty are still rampant. Think and understand. Read your bible. Check out the examples therein and learn. See how the early christians behaved. See how our current christians are acting. It is a shame.

They ask for contributions for everything and when those things are ready for use they charge for it. They fly in private jets yet poverty is rampant in their churches. Ordinary T-shirt wey be 500naira outside, church go do program sell am 1500 to raise funds...they are glorified business centers abeg.

As long as they refuse to do what the bible says, i will donate my money whenever i have it to those who are in need of it. The church doesn't give a damn

Have you ever gone to church when they are asking for contributions to build church facilities like school, hospital and so on? Everybody contributes including the poor and helpless. But when the school is finally open for business the fees are too expensive even for the average and poor church goer. It is meant entirely for the rich and affluent. Infact, it is church outsiders who can afford that attend it.

These issues are fundamental they should not attract any form of sentimentt whatsoever.
The Catholic Church is a perfect example of a religious body following the principles laid down by Christ. I am not even a Catholic but my family members are beneficiaries of their positive schemes and projects all over the country.

The main purpose of a church is not to get the practitioners rich but to make a positive difference in the lives of people. All our major churches have failed in this regard.

These days I go to church to hear the message and go out, nothing more. This is how i feel and it has nothing to do with Daddy freeze. He simply echoed some of my reasoning.

I honestly stopped paying much importance to 'church' tithing when I discovered that the schools built my own church MFM would have been too expensive for me to attend if I was still attending school. I owe most of my educational progress so far to Tinubu and Goodluck Jonathan.

How can church tithe and contributions build a school and that school is not free? It is instead criminally expensive.
How can church money build an hospital and that hospital is not free?
To my understanding any facility built by the church should be free or at a minimal cost. It should be built for the poorest members of the church or not built at all.
