1. His hands may be tied as to settling the agitations of the doctors since he is answerable to an Oga at the top. I'm a federal civil servant, I know what my office has suffered since this administration came on board. For example, when a desktop printer gets bad and needs replacement, the office has the money to buy a new one but has no authority. You may write for 1year for the printer to be replaced yet your request will be ignored.
2. He may hold the belief that "its a bad habit to be talking while eating" he can insensitive to the plight of the people in his Constituency (doctors) |

Christianity Etc › Landlady Holds Special Thanksgiving For Her Tenants Who Put To Bed. by DjAndroid(op): 11:23am On Sep 03, 2017 |
In my church today, A woman who is a landlady came for special Thanksgiving on behalf of 4 of her tenants who put to bed recently. People were surprised by this gesture.
I personally began to imagine the kind of relationship this woman has with her tenants.
It can only take responsible tenants and responsible landlord/landlady to be in such a good relationship.
Lalasticlala, What is your relationship with your landlord/landlady like? |

Is that not because of the love of many has cooled off? I'm not arguing with you. How will you explain this to someone who is not a Christian, someone who doesn't know the Bible or read it. |

gokuu: While I agree that many Nigerian are naturally gifted, I beg to differ with your conclusion that Nigerian traveling abroad for better opportunities simply want to be rich. That is not the case, Nigerians are simply disenchanted and do not see things improving anytime soon, and time is running out. It's not just that there are few jobs, the Nigerian ambience is extremely tough for many. I also don't buy the "second class citizen" thing, because when you look at substance, the vast majority of Nigerians are less than "second class" citizens even in here in Nigeria.
If people believe they have a better shot abroad, then by all means! I know lots of people that have gone, done MBAs, worked in the US for 3 years, and are back in Nigeria; they got really big roles with huge pay that they would not have gotten if they simply sat on their oars hoping for national development. In their cases, id say the American dream is alive in Nigeria. The bolder is the real point. |
