forkadict:Well said! Though i must say, the 'explanation' may not soothe any pain, frustration and perturbation the delay has caused already, but it will surely show a sign of responsibility. |

FEB 14 or STATE OF EMERGENCY!!! |
EverestdeBliu:Comments like this are the problem of this country, you've not left your shell of affluence and convenience, so you think everywhere else is like where you are. You see what millions of pupils in primary and secondary schools are going through, even in tertiary institutions. And all you could say is that they are not Nigeria? What i can say is these are true representations of the state of infrastructures in our government schools. In fact, there worse cases than these. The rural areas where there are less population and less exposure suffer all these because i have seen them with my korokoro eyes during NYSC service. May God save this country. |

Sorry for the late reply; Unforseen circumstances. @PrinceofParis: Good work bro. Actually, I didn't imagine it could take up to 9 years. But with the your figures and line of thought, I could figure it out. "If my reasoning acumen is still okay...lol" @Spiro007: Good work too bro. As you know, Case studies most times are resolved with so many random but rational assumptions made. There are practically no right or wrong answers, it's all about one's thought process. Now let's assume: 1. Airbus manufactured the airplanes and they sold them all in the same year. 2. The sale of existing airplanes doesn't count for profit. It's outside the scope because our focus is the new 500 seater jumbo jet. Happy independence day achievers! Naija go better. Buh na our hand he dey o |
You people are asking for too much. Summarize to 5 items, then wait and see! |
A Mckinsey Interview case-study In 1998, there were two airplane manufacturers – Boeing and Airbus both manufacturing similar products. Boeing and Airbus both produced about seven products of about 100 and 300 seats. Boeing then announced it had started developing a 400 seater Boeing 747 to which Airbus had no response. Airbus then decided to manufacture the Jumbo jet - a 500 seater aircraft. Airbus has been told it would cost $12bn in research and development expenses to come up with a new Jumbo Jet. It costs $175m to produce one airplane and it can be sold for $200m. Airbus has decided to introduce the new 500-seater jumbo jets by the introduction of 250 new jumbo jets and the replacement of 250 existing airplanes. How many years would it take Airbus to recover its investment? Give it a shot achievers! ![]() |

I just feel for those who are idle and just waiting for nlng...sitting and waiting is one of the most miserable occupations known to man. - However, it teaches patience, composure and long-suffering. And when the long wait is worth it at the end? You know that feeling.....? Euphoria, Fulfilment.... |
