ATM, renumeration is not the most critical issue for discussion. All everyone here wants (assumingly) is for the success mail to drop and proceed to medicals.

Even if figures come up from 'sauces', it won't be taken serious as it would have been 18months ago.

We all survived the longest wait so far in this exercise, between July 2014 and June, 2015.

Waiting 5 months now ought to be a piece of cake, but I can tell you it's not! The anxiety and anticipation now is something else.

Tough or not.. I don't think it really matters. Cry, shout, fall sick, slap your boss #itsallowed. Let's just produce ourselves physically and mentally healthy when our success mails drop.

However, the wait can be worthwhile. If you are currently working, be absorbed in your job. If you work in a team, this would be the best time for your team member to go on a vacation, so that you take over his job. I bet you, you would realize how short one week is.

If your current job isn't very tasking, get a book and read. It could range from any best-selling novel, to any educational journal.
Just keep busy, and please do not become lackadaisical about your "boring" daily routine at work. At least it pays your bill for now.
