tygrins007: Personally I'd say nobody knows the exact time feedbacks will be sent to post AC candidates, all we can do is wait patiently, pray to your God.... and be good at whatever you do 'A bird in hand kinda good'. Based on the information I gathered the last batch in 07' finished their AC then mid-july and didn't get any response till Early november, imagine the wait. So guys just be ready for the long-suffering just in case,All we have is FAITH for a better tomorrow. Keep your faith alive and endure in patience...And remember that you need God's favor! No be by power You are very correct sir. So if it's not just a mere coincidence with ours taking place within the same period...? Ah! November is far oooo. But I will try and wait sha |

The blinking HDD light tends to be ON more than on normal days, like it's running a heavy program. By the time it freezes up, it stays ON. |

Hello gurus,
I have an ish with a dell inspiron 3521.
The processor overworks itself even while it's not running heavy programs. Even while it's idle, it can overwork to the level of it getting frozen and i'll have to do a force shutdown.
I've scanned for any hiding virus or worms. The McAfee has seen nothing.
It has a 4GB memory and a 500GB HDD. I do not want to re-install the W8.1 OS cos it's a genuine one as it came with the PC from the manufacturer.
Any ideas/tips would be appreciated. |

vantage7: I think circumstances are generally in favour of the implementation of Train 7. The president himself lamented that we are celebrating a mere 6 trains, saying "it could have been 12 trains if all had gone according to plan" which could translate to commitment on the part of FG (via NNPC the largest shareholder) towards expansion of NLNG's capacity hence Train 7. Yes the oil market is on the downturn. Oil companies are cutting expenditure including postponing and scrapping proposed projects. That should normally affect NLNG because it is basically a consortium of oil companies. Natural gas prices have also been affected with NLNG reportedly having lost 30% revenue as at April this year compared to 2014. However, to quote GM Commercial NLNG, "when you have this kind of reduction of revenue in terms of pricing, one of the other ways to mitigate this is to increase your volume and gain market share" which is exactly what Train 7 will help NLNG achieve especially with long term SPAs having been already executed with 5 buyers. In light of all this it is very probable that train 7 will go ahead as planned, which is good news in terms of employment opportunities with them. Just my thoughts. Your thoughts are good and of course logical. Especially as it looks like it'll will further help our course. |

Considering the drama that has unfolded, making the right judgment should not be difficult.

CHM11: Technical guys------------
Outline of a liquefied natural gas plant
A liquefied natural gas plant (LNG plant) is roughly divided into five processes: (1) pretreatment, (2) acid gas removal, (3) dehydration, (4) liquefaction and (5) heavy oil separation.
(1)In the pretreatment process, undesired substances are removed from the gas taken from a gas field. Then the gas is separated using a slug catcher into oil and water which are then weighed.
(2)Natural gas taken from a gas field contains environmental pollutants like hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2). These impure substances are absorbed and removed from natural gas with an amine absorber (acid gas removal or AGR). With the use of a sulfur removal unit (SRU), sulfur is extracted from the hydrogen sulfide in the removed pollutant.
(3)An adsorbent is used to remove water from the natural gas from which impure substances have been removed so that ice will not form during the subsequent liquefaction process.
(4)Traces of harmful mercury are removed before liquefaction.
(5)The heavy compounds separation process is the core of an LNG plant in which natural gas is cooled and liquefied to –160°C or less using the principle of refrigeration. Because gas is cooled and liquefied to an extremely-low temperature during the process, an enormous amount of energy is consumed. How much this energy can be reduced is important, so various ingenious processes have been proposed and commercialized. |

The earliest AC results can come out is probably September ending. October is the more feasible date though. Going by the last GT recruitment, after their AC was concluded, seems they had to wait for like 4-5months before the good news started rolling in. I don't know if there were told the same story of 3-4weeks. The big deal for me though is the good news my letter carries. I don dey rehearse how I go take do my craze. |

Uncleodi: No need to scream and shout ftc!
Nah!!
Back to the issue, Nigeria belongs to us all and not a few. So in the spirit of fairness, the Federal Character was established to drive home the concept of equity.
Take for instance if an opposition state goes without a Federal minister, what will become of the jobless youths who would not be employed by the Governor? So I strongly believe that each state should produce a Federal Minister as it has a long way/role in grass root development. You have not made sense. Go back and read the post again. |
