There are rules in every game. Rules guide us. When their is a game there can't be two winners expecially when they go against each other. If it's a draw, they start again until you find a winner. I understand you are trying not to hurt any of them which is very humane. When you choose one, you hurt the other. When you don't choose any, you hurt both. Now which is the lesser evil? Ok you want then both?

His indecision is contra bonos mores vis a vis the rules of the game. It is not a locus classicus. We've been in the hot seat and we all know making a decision is so incommodious. However as the game dictates, we are bound to choose one. That is the beauty the game. It's quite arduous to choose, but in this case, not choosing isn't a choice. Trushpusher you didn't try and I'm sure you've hurt both of them by not choosing one of them. So while going for the lesser evil, you ended up with the bigger.
