I have studied the lot of Jehovah's Witnesses on my street (5 Families). And I realise that they shy away from most civic duties especially contesting for public office and voting.

Why?

Is there a bible quotation to back this?
If we all abandon the polity of our nation, won't there be chaos?

I see this as an act of irresponsibility.

So Mr sharp mouth, how much is a human life worth? what of the police putting their life on the line everyday and collecting pittance. its just a two days job and hazard is part of the job.

Probably you are not putting into consideration the number of days they've been going back and forth for training and endless queuing processes. Is it worth your safety? That's what you should ask your 'managerial self'.

What amount of money can equate a human life? So if they pay 100k per day, would that have made it more safe? What of our police men who are exposed to more danger on a lesser salary? The money is OK...no amount can cover the tisk . But its a necessary risk.

And so is the school from which you manage to crawl out from. Insulting the prestige of Africa's most beautiful campus is not a task a pauper and a semi cooked graduate wanna be like you should take on. Celebrated to be the most religious campus, it had produced great men and intellectuals fighting for the emancipation of Nigeria and its students. If you are frustrated that they refused you admission, why not try and read harder. Poorly educated fellow like you. #smellos
