November is just around the corner since theres no time, i'll suggest you dedicate 98% of ur study to GRE you can prepare for toefl in a day or two by watching youtube videos as long as you're good in english language( especially speaking), For your GRE prep, first go through the official gre guide then take a powerprep test to determine ur readiness and where you need to work on, you can use manhattan to study some of the more tricky topics as I dont think you can finish the whole book in time, then of course the magoosh videos watch all of them and you may just end up blasting this thing, though if you havent already registered you should give yourself more time to study. yes I read each chapter and solved the easy(not essay) and medium problem set, I wont advise skipping the problem sets till you finish the whole series because solving them will help u retain what u read in each chapter. if you skip till the end you might forget some of the things you learnt. Well in my case manhattan was enough, I read each chapter and solved the easy and medium practice questions at the end of each chapter, but GRE questions can appear in different forms that's why its advisable to practise questions from other books. For your second question, most part of the manhattan series were easy to read and understand but I occasionally encountered some topics where the methods used were too cumbersome to learn so I just checked them up on the magoosh videos or online.

You're missing my point, being appointed a minister or director of parastatal is not a reward but a call of duty, if it happens that some of the party members are qualified then they can be appointed which Buhari has already done.

im my opinion the points raised here are not entirely solid, to begin a president simply doesnt appoint everyone who worked for his election into his cabinet, are they qualified for such positions? im sure the campaign team were paid salaries for their work, making them ministers cannot be a reward, and you mentioned people like magnus abe, yes he is an apc member but he was working to get himself into the senate not for buhari, so buhari owes him nothing, we can all agree that most of Buhari's apointees have a proven track record, lets give this goverment a chance, by 2019 if nothing is achieved we can then vote in someone else.

I used just the manhattan books and magoosh videos for my prep, I also did the powerprep and some online practice tests and that was more than sufficient for me. The manhattan series helps you to get the basic foundation of all the concepts being tested, then you can just work on the practice questions from other books like princeton and gruber, also a few days to your exam you can watch the magoosh videos to refresh your memory, and please start practising the essays now from the topic pool on ets website because the issue and argument you get will be chosen from there. hey guyz, for the benefit of those considering wether to write the gre paper based or IBT, i've written both and the basic differences are as follows:
1) with the paper based theres no extra experimental section, just 2 quant and 2 verbal sections of 25 questions each.
2) with the ibt, if you do well on one section the next is very hard, but with paper the questions are of medium difficulty with just a few hard ones.
so the major pros of IBT are that you get to see ur scores immediately and also its easier to format ur essays as opposed to using eraser to correct mistakes, I wrote the IBT about two years ago and scored poorly , so I decided to try the paper test this year though my scores are not yet out, im confident I did very well cos the two sections were easy, and i was more comfortable and faster working on paper as opposed to staring at a computer screen. i'll return to to give my testimony when my scores are out. I wish us all success.
