sorry but the website doesn't look mordern just like what code-eater said.
1. use a gradient image for the background of the header. use colors from #eee to #fff to make something 'silverish'.
2.float the logo to the extreme left.
3.remove the google logo.
4.style your textboxes and submit button prefferably with white background and #ddd borders. add some padding to it to lets say; padding:10px 20px;
5.float the google search box to the extreme right.
6. 'transfer' the follow us buttons to the right.
7.change the font of the header links (home, about us etc).
8.space the header links and prolly change the color and make them bigger.
9. remove the marquee nd change the black background and green test.
10. remove the date. Thanks but I know what time it is.
11. space out the plantain cocoa bla bl nd add some sort of css animation or transition on mouse hover.
12. make the footer background width 100% and change the font (I presume you are using georgia, it doesn't look good on large text sizes)
13. remove the '|' seperator and start each link on a new line.
14. make the 'site', 'international news', 'news nigeria' title bigger.
15. wtf is 'football', 'music', 'downloads' doing on an agricultural site??
16. Hope its not a project for a client?
17. don't let some certain people/person see that website as it is considering the fact that it isn't even responsive!!!
18. the last point was a joke.
19. move the copyright stuff upwards inside the blck bckground and remove the ">>>>>>>" BS.
20. Forgive me if I sounded rude just laugh it off.
21. you can use a cream background image and set the wrapper's bg color to white.
22. overlook any errors in my post my 'a' button is high on weed.

desktop apps do not run through web browsers. You'll need to install php gtk to be able to create desktop apps with php.

what makes you think so? Kakashi is intelligent remember? I loved the way he fought with the 'fake' itachi, he displayed a high level of intelligence, if he was an uchiha with natural, non-chakra draining sharigans and uchiha-specific jutsus to go along with his 1000+ jutsus, tell me why he wouldn't mop the floor with itachi's butt?

Feraz: The only person I'm sure in Akatsuki that can beat Kakashi is Pain and Itachi - c'est fini. Apart from them, no one else. My opinion though.

sasori will be a bad match also. Although i've learnt not to underate kakashi.

Nice post @chuzz. You have to create a function for all those if you dont want to die typing. Create a functions.php file and insert your different functions; isSqlSafe(), isEmail(), isAlphanumeric(), isShort(), isLong() bla bla bla and include it on every page. Create a config.php file and input ur db conn stuffs inside also. Hope that helps.
