Phones / MTN Giving Out Airplane. by dkings101(m): 1:15pm On Aug 13, 2012
I guess MTN, the stupid and stingy telco have lost most of their customers and came up wt a stupid offer thinking Nigerians r dumbass. They r offering recharge and win an airplane and prize worth of cash. This people would nt learn until the mobile portability is introduced. Other telco are giving free recharge promo, reduce call rate and other incentives and MTN want ϯø give airplane. Hahaha. Becos they know an ordinary Nigerian dream is ϯø travel abroad so they are offering us a plane so we can fly ϯђзrε ourselves and boycotting the embassies, visa fees and long queue. Lol. I see MTN are meant før old folks and nt før youth. Wats ur say?
Sports / When Will Racism Stop In Sport? by dkings101(m): 3:47pm On Jul 26, 2012
A greek athlete was expelled from the Greek team over a racist remark she posted on tweeter. I am still finding it hard to understand what she meant with her remark. It goes thus in quote "The tweet said: “With so many Africans in Greece, at least the West Nile mosquitoes will eat home made food!!!”

She was expelled because of this racist remark and all she have to say was it was just a joke with bad taste? How can she expect Africa to smile with such a joke? When would they stop looking down on us? We humans are the same. Last I checked, other African nations also discriminate with each other.

Is my AP share certificate still useful or valid? I need some advice please.
Phones / Re: MTN Finally Bows To Market Pressure & Reduces Tariffs? by dkings101(m): 11:17pm On Jul 11, 2012
You wanna know what we did to DSTV....let me tell u all tat still pays for DSTV. Like someone here rightly said, the info is not secret. DSTV and MTN are all scum bag and we need to rip them off too. Can you imagine being shown 8 yrs ago films on African Magics and the worst is they keep on repeating while you pay bills monthly to see rubbish viewing. For those tat got 26k for new installation, here is what you need to do.

If you ve the 90cm DSTV dish, (y). Go to Alaba and buy the following:
1. N12,000 DVR Mytv decorder.
2. N5000 or N6000 Avatar 2.
3. Small dish with 1 LNB (if u ve the 90cm dish cos you need 2 dish to be installed or vice versa)
4. Get a installer from Alaba itself and they knw how to configure or set the parameter for the satelite.

And do me this favor, throw the DSTV decoder either away or under ur bed or give ur kids to play with it cos it wont be useful at all cos wat you would be viewing is the same as ppl pay N11-12k monthly subscription. Even if the channel r blocked by DSTV, Alaba ppl would unlock it again and u just ve to update your Avatar software with a new one at a token not more then 1k.

I wish we got free code to browse on MTN so we can rip them off as well. Stupid S.A fool. Tat not even enuf, they brought out Gotv so they can still rip us more. Using the free-to-air DSTV pays brethen even if it goes off and on...i prefer it then paying or dashing my money to DSTV at least i can use it to refill my hse cooking gas.

Phones / Is There Something Wrong With Etisalat 200 Customer Care Number. by dkings101(m): 11:40pm On Jun 21, 2012
I think i have had enuf. I have been calling the number 200 for more than a month and I am tired of waiting for over an hour and not attended to. Is there anything wrong with Etisalat Customer care? Am I the only one feeling this hitch? I have to set an alarm to wake up at 5am to place a call to them. Was happy I got thru and they ruined it all by telling me that there system is under upgrading or sort that I should call back during later. OMG, I waited 1 month to get thru and was disappointed just by one statement from the call rep. What are (etisalat) doing about this issue? Who is to confront them for us cos NCC are not even doing there job. They offer cheap services but poor customer service of which customer service or relationship is the root to every business growth. I don't know what to do, My BIS Sucks and my internet disconnect all the time or stop surfing. Why is Etisalat so bad like this? I feel like crying.

TV/Movies / How Did You Felt When Macrena Died : In The Name Of Love On AIT by dkings101(m): 11:33pm On Jun 15, 2012
How did you felt when Macrena died?? For me, I almost throw the remote on my 42" Plasma TV and thank God I never did, I would have regretted my deed. My heart race faster like it want to pop out. Even wen Calotta went inside the ward for the 2nd time to remove the life support, I screamed my lungs out and almost hit my TV again.

For me, I almost cried bt I held it back but I know many Nigerian cried yday and today. So how did you felt when Macrena died? Did you cry or you spoilt something.
Phones / Very Poor Etisalat Customer Service Centre by dkings101(m): 2:51pm On Jun 15, 2012
I don't know if Etisalat offer the same service back in Emirates. They continue rendering poor service to Nigerians. I am unable to reach there 200 for the past one month and they keep on saying "Please hold on, we would be attended to in a short time". My question is how long is the short time? Why they don't have an estimated time which you would be told by the computer queuing system so you would know if you can wait or not. Here is picture of my waiting time and moreso, I had a low battery. I guess my battery would run off by the time the call is picked up. is 20 Min a short time or 1 hour? I am just feed up. I wonder why they are not doing anything to resolve this main problem. They have so many product they advertise on media but how to know more about there product if you can't contact their CS?? How would resolve your network problem if you can reach there CS? Hw to complain about their network issue if you can reach there CS. So many product and advert but very very poor customer centre.

TV/Movies / In The Name Of Love Soap Opera On AIT by dkings101(m): 11:08pm On Jun 13, 2012
I am an addict follower of the above mention program from the onset and I have only missed just 3-4 episode since it started which I was duly updated by either my sister or friend on the missed episodes. Wat am trying to say on this post is "Why are women so jealous on the progress of other women"? Today episode made me shiver like I had fever. The suspense from the "missing envelop paloma placed inside the drawer to when Kalota pushed Makarena from the 2nd floor of the building almost made my heart pops out.. I got so pissed with Kalota that i wish i can go inside my TV to help makarena bt come to think of it...It's just a program that has engross my spirit, soul and body. So not to go out of the topic, why are women so envious of other women progress, relationship and success??

secondly...all mexico soap I have seen are to full of suspense that can make U have heart attack. Nigeria Movie Industry sound try to learn from them cos it is very hard to predict next action in their movies unlike Nigerian movies. Nice soap, professional actor. I love Mexican soap and AIT is making hell of money from them. Nice TV drama.

Why are women so envious in nature??
Music/Radio / Fans Return Wizkid’s Missing Necklace by dkings101(m): 11:08pm On Jun 06, 2012
Starboy’ Wizkid might have had a good time at the HMV Apollo Theatre in London last night Monday, June 4, 2012 but faced a scare when his gold necklace he wore on stage got missing.

The EME act’s ‘chain’ was taken off him when he was performing very close to the multitude of fans who attended the highly publicised gig put together by baron’s World and CokoBar.

Reports say when Wizkid found out and raised the alarm, the show was temporarily stopped and EME boss Banky W with some of the organizers began to plead with the crowd to return the expensive jewelry.

And when no one was forthcoming with the missing item, UK rapper Tinie Tempah in a show of support refused to come on stage to perform.

We’re told it was a sad Wizkid that later left the concert in Tinie Tempah’s car.

However, a few hours later Cokobar reps called to tell the popstar the necklace had been found.

‘Thanks to the ‪#Beautiful girls that brought back the chain. @wizkidayo was NOT Robbed !!!’, @Cokobar tweeted minutes after the recovery.

Wizkid happily retweeted. ‘Big big shoutout to @Cokobar nd the whole crew!..God bless u all big time!!!..#TeamUk!’.

Computers / Re: Which Is The Best Internet Modem For Home Use In Nigeria? by dkings101(m): 8:11pm On May 23, 2012
I would advice you to get the USB Universal Modem and try buying 50mb (N500) on etisalat and browse with it..if it works fine. Stick with Etisalat cos thats what I did. Etisalat is more faster than Visa, Starcomms. If etisalat don't work, try Airtel with their smallest Mb maybe N500 also and see the speed. Don't go for locked broadband cos u wd end up wasting your money if it doesn't work fine. Just buy the Universal modem tat uses sim and try all sim, surely 1 would browse fine...instead of buying a locked modem and end up wasting ur money cos they won't refund u a penny if it doesn't work fine.
Romance / Re: Can You Settle Down With A Yahoo Boy? by dkings101(m): 7:30pm On May 21, 2012
pcicero:

What logic? I was right when I posted that even primary school drop-outs can easily become Yahoo-Yahoo kingpins. It is just a matter of 'copy and paste.'
It is futile dissipating energy with your ilk.
Every profession has Yahoo in it you said, why did you not name the professions? Agreed, we have professionals like Engineers, Bankers, Teachers, Scientists,Lawyers, and others like Politicians (if you like), Plumbers, carpenters, vulcanizers (there is dignity in labour).
What will you call those who have devoted their lives to scheming how to steal from others via the internet
? I hope you won't be ashamed to call yourself a rogue that you are. If you dare mention 'businessman', the wrath of God will visit you because you will be lying to your child. Ole! Barawo, Thief!

You want me to mention a profession?? Tell me ur profession and I would tell you where u cheat. All those profession you urself highlight taken bricklayers, plumber, mechanic and all in consideration, they all cheat on daily basis. Not that you won't make profit out of your profession bt you would imagine they wanna milk you dry.

Watever you like u termed me but I challenge you to tell me ur profession and I would tell you hw you cheat on daily bases. You sin outside of this context and a Yahoo boi...to God, we are sinners. Am not here to drag a long tab neither am I here for insult. If Obasanjo, GEJ come to your house today, I wonder if you won't give them red carpet to walk with. Sin is Sin...na 1 person we go answer to and thats GOD. If God can forgive U of ur sin why not a Yahoo'er??

Yahoo or No Yahoo....all profession Got Yahoo in it. I have seen a Pastor preaching the bible on Pulpit and the next day I see him in Cybercafe throwing Job. Wen you look at every business of the day, be it petty traders, marketers, bankers, doctor...just name the profession, there is no how they don't cheat daily to make profit. Where would you classify this kind of theft? All is still Yahoo. Little sin, big sin...all na sin.

Am not justify or defending the act but every day of man's life is cheating so make una no paint Yahoo red. It is a game to me and not theft. We play Brain game. If Tinubu or Obasanjo pikin wan marry una or una sister...U won't object cos ur first reasoning wd be you have landed in cash not knowing how the cash came into being. Get rich and die trying. Lets leave matter for matayas.

TV/Movies / DSTV, 21 Century Scammers. by dkings101(m): 4:02pm On May 20, 2012
Why are the lawmakers not doing anything when it comes to the welfare of it's citizens? We are left to be exploited and robbed by the Telecommunication company and Satelite TV Paid station. Imagine paying for DSTV and they show you the same movie from Jan - Dec. At a point I sat down and asked myself "What am I paying for?". DSTV keep repeating the same movie over and over again. The worst of it all is that, they are all old movies dated 2000-2005. No new movie are showed at all. Am thinking of going for the scrambled Space satelite. At least it is free and I don't have to pay any token to this stupid ppl. Who is responsible to address DSTV? Is it the NCC?? I think our lawmaker or the govt need to do something about this. If they wanna show us repeated movies and old films, at least they should slash down their price. Even the channel 198 for BBA, they still want people to pay to view it. They are just reaping Nigeria off their hard sweat earned money.

As for me...stayed abroad for 5 yrs. Been able to react 3 Building all for commercial purpose. 2 Twin Upstair Building (4 x 2 bdroom flat on each building) and 4 bdroom flat with all rooms having toilet and bathroom and where am current living in. So i guess it is high time 9ja in Disapora began to think on hw to erect building cos it's won't be rosy every time. U have to secure the future when you are youth and not when u r old. Take lessons from most ex footballer that died poor. For me, am not moved by car bt building and I want to be a realtor and property own. Still explore lands in 9ja.

Romance / Nigeria Girls.....why?? by dkings101(m): 11:56pm On May 16, 2012
Why are good girls hard to come by in 9ja? Before U knw, they are after material things. Why is it always about money and material things??. The worst part is they won't even wait for a week, it might just be days after meeting? At least for once....9ja babe make una serious. Not wen time is ticking on you...u wd be rushing a guy into untimely marriage. At least U girls should get serious for once and get a life.

There is this lady I meet 2 months back. We got to know and during the process, she lied of her age (Saying she was 23yrs and I am 26). At first I never believed her. She was so certain abt the age that I finally gave in cos I am not the mother who begot her. I told her my real age and during the course of convention in getting to knw better (weeks after), she mistakenly told me the age of her younger sister who she is elder with other 2 sibling (saying her sister age is 23). I was shocked and I asked her...How old r u She laughed and told me she is 28. Omg. I got upset about it cos right from that moment, i believed whatever she had told me earlier were all lies. To cut apama story short, She ended up rushing, pushing and hurrying me into Marital life. I had to call off the relationship cos she don't want to knw me better but opting for marriage cos she is at her ripe age. Anyway I told her i wasn't ready yet cos be barely meet and i hadn't know much abt her and I can't stand the pressure of her pushing into marriage so I just had to end the affair.

Another girl I just meet yday....she caught my attention, I walked up to her, woe her and we end up being friend. Not for her to be asking me for money for her food the next day or I should give her the money to buy food. WTF, not i can't let go my cash but I feel it is not appropriate for girls to be to materialistic or demanding or evening asking money from someone they barely knw. For me "whatever your father can't do or offer you, don't expect me to do less or more".

Why are 9ja girl nowadays so demanding and materialistic?? If they don't ask you for money for hair, it would be for cloth, phone, recharge card, Blackberry, BIS, food and evening paying for them to travel to another state to Bleep someone who they might meet on 2go. I just want the real and ideal girl. why is it so hard??. Money and material things would come afterwards not 2 early. At least capture my love and heart first 9ja girls. Another thing that fascinate me is, they don't want to spend time knowing a guy bt pushy abt marriage and other stuff I hinted. Na wa oo...real babe still dey 9ja??. Some more you see young girls all around bar house all in the name of OLOSHO. God help una after una don use husband do BF finish na where dem go land there stinky ass dem dey find.
