Euroadams:Hello Euroadams, here is SOBIS address @ Osha. SOBIS communication ltd, C1079 Electronics market, Onitsha. 08062660226. The market is located opposite Premier brewery. @ graphic icon, the difference between Srt4950 and Srt 4950H is it's internal memory. 4950 has 1gig while 4950H has 2gig memory. |
Euroadams:Hello Eurosdams, You can get it from Sobis , I got it cheaper than what I said earlier. I influenced them before they introduced it to market... they never believed that SRT4950H is from Strong Technologies. |
SRT 4950H presently goes for seven thousand five hundred naira at Onitsha. |
This news is so amusing. We purchased satellite from Chinese and the satellite disappeared on the orbit. The satellite was replaced (NigComsat1R) which is not functional and now our government is telling us that they are going to lunch a satellite in the orbit whereby they cannot manage the one we purchased from abroad... haba this is so amusing. |
agkilis:Hello agkilis, that kind of modification doesn't yield better result because the materials are not corrugated. I have done some modifications even with funnels but they never yield better result. Here are pictures of modification I did that yielded better result but I need a bigger feed horn for better performance. Hello, blexxonmak, I will wait or maybe source for it else where.
|
blexxonmak:Hello blexxonmak, can you fabricate something like this...this is Vsat feedhorn.
|
Hello Odilibe, I am interested on getting C-band lnb holder and feedhorn for 90cm dish. Please let me know when you will be making an order from abroad as you have discussed earlier with one of our forum member, thanks. |
You guys are right. She was dancing... personally by Square.
|
This woman is believed to be popular, carefully take a look at this picture and tell me who this woman is and what she was doing when this picture was taken.
|
agkilis:Try again, don't give up, you will surely get it. @ Talent, Happy married life. |
This is interesting. |
graphicicon:Hello graphic icon, stop complaining, go and tweak your lnbf and if the problem persist then adjust your dish. Blexxonmak have already told you that the transponder hosting TVC channel is working perfectly and you are still complaining but if I may ask, are you afraid of readjusting your dish or what? complaining will not solve the problem. |
Hello all, Sunshine TV have joined the queue on Astra 2f with good picture and sound quality. Receivable with 11695 H 30000. |
Wow... why all this hate on opsson p6. I bought this phone simple because of how Mrvocalprowess praised this phone when it was introduced in naija but to tell you the truth, I never regretted buying it. The camera is poor, audio output is a bit low and absence of sensors accelerometer but the battery is diehard with very strong internal antenna. |

mtchris:@ mtchris, don't be like this, we are not fighting. I just want you to learn and be different from ordinary installer and that is why I was pointing out your mistake, I was not trying to embarrass you. I would like you to visit lyngsat and flysat and study some writeup there. Make up sometimes and visit other satellites forum to acquire more knowledge. @ microgiant, I noticed that the guy is a newbie on satellite field and I decided to brush him up. |
mtchris:This is a big lie, those channels you mentioned above are on Amos 5 at 17°E. Come oh, do you mean that you didn't read Odilibe's post that is one post above your post? hmm I salute you. |
mtchris:Mind you that Obnelly is asking of Astra 19 and not Astra 2f @ 28.2°E but if I may ask, are you really receiving Astra 19 @ 19.2° E with a 60cm dish? If you do please kindly tell me the names of channels you are receiving on Astra 19 with a 60cm dish, I am interested to know. Thank you. |
mtchris:It look like you didn't understand his question or you are trying to make fun of Obnelly, huh? |
Don't flog your kids even for once and one day you will end up being flogged or abused by your kids when they grow up. |
ainanimi:Answer to your question is on the quote you posted. |

Isis have released a video purporting to show the execution of British aid worker David Haines. Prime Minister David Cameron said: "This is a despicable and appalling murder of an innocent aid worker. It is an act of pure evil. "My heart goes out to the family of David Haines who have shown extraordinary courage and fortitude throughout this ordeal. We will do everything in our power to hunt down these murderers and ensure they face justice, however long it takes." Mike Haines, the brother of David Haines, said in a statement in the early hours of Sunday that his brother had been murdered in cold blood. He added: “David was like so very many of us, just another bloke. Born in 1970 to parents who loved us both, our childhood was centred around our family. Holidays in caravans and tents, days away as a family which we remember fondly. David and I were brought up to know right from wrong, although we might not with the innocence of youth have always chosen right. David was a good brother, there when I needed him and absent when I didn’t. I hope that he felt the same way about me. He was, in the right mood, the life and soul of the party and on other times the most stubborn irritating pain in the ass. He would probably say the same about me. “After leaving school he worked with the Royal Mail before joining the RAF as an aircraft engineer. He married his childhood sweetheart Louise and in the due process of time had a wee lass Bethany. He was - and no doubt wherever he is - exceptionally proud of Bethany. “David served with the UN in the Balkans, helping people in real need. There are many accolades from people in that region that David helped. He helped whoever needed help, regardless of race, creed or religion. During this time David began to decide that humanitarian work was the field he wanted to work in. “David left the RAF and was employed by Scotrail. As with every job, David entered into it with enthusiasm. David met and married his second wife Dragana and they have a four year old daughter Athea. “David was most alive and enthusiastic in his humanitarian roles. His joy and anticipation for the work he went to do in Syria is for myself and family the most important element of this whole sad affair. “He was and is loved by all his family and will be missed terribly.” Prior to the Prime Minister's statement, Foreign Office staff issued a statement that they were urgently trying to verify the authenticity of the film. Mr Cameron came back to Downing Street last night and said he would be attending an emergency COBRA meeting on Sunday morning. Labour leader Ed Miliband said: "I am sickened at the disgusting, barbaric killing of David Haines. "He was somebody whose only purpose was to help innocent people, themselves victims of conflict." Mr Miliband continued: "My deepest condolences and thoughts are with his family as they cope with this terrible crime. And the hearts of the British people will go out to them." The film was titled “Message To The Allies of America” and appeared to show Mr Haines, who Isis threatened to kill in a previous video, kneeling in the desert. Speaking to the camera, the hostage identified by Isis as Mr Haines, 44, says: “I would like to declare that I hold you David Cameron entirely responsible for my execution.” He later adds: “Unfortunately it is we, the British public, who will pay the price for our parliament’s selfish decisions.” Just as in the earlier videos released by Isis which showed the beheadings of American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff in recent weeks, a man clad all in black speaks in the film before Mr Haines is apparently beheaded. The man blames the United Kingdom for its involvement with the United States in the fightback against Isis in Iraq and Syria. He says in the film: “If you, Cameron, persist in fighting the Islamic State, then you like your master Obama will have the blood of your people on your hands.” Isis have captured large swathes of Iraq and Syria and have urged Muslims from around the world to join them. A father of two daughters, he was living in Croatia before his kidnapping. He had previously worked in some of the world’s most dangerous regions, in his role as an aid worker, including Libya and South Sudan. The video was released after a day in which Mr Haines’s family had made an attempt to contact his captors – although a statement released by the Foreign Office said that their requests for talks had been ignored. Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond had said the government was doing “everything” it could to protect him. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/david-haines-british-hostage-david-haines-murdered-in-isis-beheading-9731691.html
