Hello tornado, thanks for that review. |
hoticey: Hi everyone. I got my newly rooted tecno p5 bricked while installing a foNT using font installer. It cant boot more dan d tecno logo. Any help on how to revive my phone pls? I really need help. TnxHello bro, google the nearest carlcare to you and take your baby phone to them. When they ask you what happened to your phone, tell them that you downloaded a certain game apps on the phone and the phone refused to boot after switching it of. Don't tell them that it have been rooted, they wouldn't know that without you telling them. Never mention that you tried to load font. If you were able to convince them, you will see them repaire it in few munites without collecting any kobo from you. |
It is not a must that one have to buy all the product that tecno released to the market. It is left for one to choose one that suit him or her. Check out nokia, they releases phone to the market every time and no one is complainning. |
wizzyblast: Me too dude, I've not had any issue with my p3 since purchase!! The p3 is even sufficient for my needs.. this one will be even more sufficient!! Ain't competing with anyone... tecno✔✔✔You are correct bro. |
I have been thinking of going for gionee p2 but now I will go for Tecno P5 since it have the same spec with gionee p2. Carlcare is in my state, so I don't have to worry if I need to see their tecnician if any problem arises but I know there will be no problem because I never had problem with my n3. |
This is tecno P5 thread and not gionee p2. |
Hello everybody, please what is the current price of this phone at Onitsha? Emeka Offor plaza to be precise. Thank you. |
TVC news and A plus are currently free on Amos 5. Trasponder to recieve it is 11295 H 45000. Enjoy it while it last. |
gangwolf: Tecno n5 is real tecno posted a pic of it on they fb page.I wish they make the screen 4.0. I know by end of september that they will definitely release another nice phone with moderate price and this is why I didn't upgrade to m3. |
excellence44: Guy is it the one with droid vpn? Mine stop since yesterday morning. If there is any other one please tell us. |
Hello Pidzo, good to hear from you. It have been a while when I heared from you last. I hope all is well with you? |
@ pboy2buzy, you need to tweak your lnbf for you to pick that said transponder. If you have tweaked it well, that particular trasponder would have hit green even at 57%. I know you might not believe me but try it and you will come back here to testify your success over this problem. I remember back in the days when I hunted for TPA on that same satellite, my RDV on 12436 was hitting 73% and this trasponder (12245h) that is one of the t.p that has the strongest signal strength was hitting only 60-61%, did you see that? Hey bro, just go up and tweak that your lnbf, there is no pain in tweaking that your lnbf. |

lilkudos: is it only bis? What of bbc?I'm sorry for the late reply. Yes you can use blackberry. net for the two subscription. |
adedayor08: how come have never got any reply or update to my questions in this forum while i see other people's question being answered!Hello Adedayor08, you don't need to be angry to anyone because of some reasons. 1. I know some people here believe that with 4.4m dish that you don't need to worry about signal loss on Jsc sports except if your dish is not properly alignned on nilesat. 2. Some people in your area might not be pointing their dish on badr 6. I suggest to you that you check your dish properly for I know for sure that good 4.4m dish doesn't suppose to be having any problem with Aljazeera sport in any part of nigeria. |
@D.lee, Without meaning to turn this into an endless debate, I can tell you emphatically again that removing the covers of almost all LNBs will bring more pain than gain to you in the long run. As for signal increase on a 90cm dish, I guess that mat be where the difference lies. Practically, on my former 3m nilesat dish, using stargold fuji, I have experimented severally with this LNB cover on and off thing in the past and I came back with the same conclusion: there SISTER no signal gain with the cover removed. Same thing goes for my STRONG and SUPERMAXX C band lnbs. No difference when covers are removed.
Good morning George_D, I don't mean to make an argument but to clearify one thing which might be beneficial for the newbie. I remembered vividly when my 90cm was pointing at 7°E (MBC Mauritius), I was having 57% on MBC, when it is around 5 o' clock in the evening, the said channel will be cracking seriously and when I removed the mouth cover, the channel gainned 3% which made the channel to be stable even in the night. I covered the lnb mouth with light nylon and binded the nylon with rubber which never affected the signal. Then for the newbies, why should they remove the lnb mouth cover when they don't know the reason why people remove their lnb mouth cover? even when their dish is pointing at 68.5°E. For those who are tecnically good in satellite world never regret opening the mouth of their lnb because they usually take good precaution to protect their lnb(s). |
NoContract: Praise the Lord!!!Don't run away, I promise you that you gonna be lynch, this countary doesn't welcome gays even though that you are one of the closet gay in Nairaland. Have you forgotton how your grand father left this world, it was so painful to you any time you recall it. He was lynched by the villagers. When was the last you visited your village, hmm your villagers are waiting for you. Homo. |
NoContract: Another closet gayMr gay, it is a pity that your father married your mother without knowing that he married a lesbian. Your father forced your mother to sleep with her before giving birth to you shameless gay. I don't blame you, your grand father was gay, it is already in your lineage. Stop pretending, we already know that you are mother fucking gay. Try and leave this countary before we linch you to death, you wouldn't be lucky to get 14years inprisonment before you will be linched. Idiot. |
Ojigbijigbijigbi, what a hell on earth will make a fellow man to erotically fall in love with his fellow man. This is the reason why God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. I suggest to any one who cares to beat up any body that poses as gay beside you. |

You didn't put it right. Just type blackberry.net and not bb.net, try it again and start flexing with your subscription. |
@Ebuka44, Many people think they can boost signal reception by doing away with the throat cover but experience has proven this myth to be false.
Hello George_D, I agree with your explanation but I totally disagree with the above statement. One can boost signal reception by removing the throat cover of some certain lnbf. You may not notice it on a huge size dish but try it on 90cm that it pointing on 7°E (MBC Mauritius), you will definitely see the signal being boosted for not less than 2% and you know what 2% mean in satellite world. One can loose a particular channel if 2% signal drops from a particular trasponder and at the sametime, a particular channel can be stable by gainning 2% signal boost. |

Try and know the satellites that are on C-band, the one that are recievable from your area and the channels that you want to track. Oya stop waiting and do your research. This is how to grow, if you don't do research you will never grow. Below is the picture of the screen shot of the google search box. Don't get lazy, start from somewhere. |
It is simple and easy.

Saw the following NEWS items on the net: "MORE GOOD NEWS ON 8° WEST The reconfiguration of the HOT BIRD constellation will release the Hot Bird 13A satellite which will be deployed to 7/8° West. Renamed EUTELSAT 8 West C, it will enable Eutelsat to switch on additional transponders at the key neighbourhood for satellite television in North Africa and the Middle East. The 7/8 degrees West arc, already hosting Eutelsat and Nilesat satellites, broadcasts over 1,000 channels to more than 30 million homes and represents one of the fastest growing neighbourhoods for digital services. This orbital position will get a further boost in the second half of 2015 with the launch of Eutelsat 8 West B. ARAB ‘PIRATE’ TV STATIONS TAKEN OFF AIR Egyptian satellite operator Nilesat has removed two Arab TV stations that allegedly broadcast pirated content. Panorama Comedy and Panorama Action are no longer broadcasting via the Nilesat satellite, according to a report by Al Arabya. Three Arab broadcasters, the MBC Group, OSN and Rotana have asked the operator to take measure against broadcasters who do not pay licence fees for programmes they broadcast. Sam Barnett, CEO of MBC Group (who also owns Al Arabya), said that many of the pirate satellite-TV channels operating in the region are broadcasting movies without proper license from the legitimate right holders. He claims that that around 15 satellite channels broadcast in the Arab world are illegally broadcasting Hollywood and Arabic movies. Edited from Dejumbo's post. |
