Hmmmm! Well said. It is unfortunate that most of us claim to be Christians/Muslims. We go to church on Sunday and mosque on Friday to pray to the supreme being but our hearts are filled with evil. I don't really understand how someone will wake up in the morning and think that the best thing to wish a fellow human is death. My Director shared a story with me this week of an HR Director of a company who saw one of his employees who was sick sleeping in the office. He told the employee to go to the hospital. According to the HR Director, if the employee dies, work will continue. Unfortunately, the HR Director did not live to see the following day. Nobody knows his/her appointed time. Buhari may eventually outlive some of those wishing for his death.

One of the few sensible comments I have read so far. I served in Jos some years back, initially I was "forming" strong guy, bathing with ordinary water (even though I was warned) while others were "boiling" water to bath. Nobody forced me when I started "cooking" water to bath. I started having chest pain, fever and difficulty in breathing. Jos weather is damn too cold.

No criminal is too hard to arrest except he has police informant. Quote me anywhere.

That was how i worked so hard to handed over a criminal to police at Sango Ota Police station and later transfer the case to Zone 2. Despite all my efforts and determinations, those useless people in black just aided the man and release him after bribery. Later they will label the same man hard to arrest notorious criminal. The same way evan said he was arrested and release early this year.

You are right sha. You should even thank God they didn't tell the criminal you were the one who gave him up.

Seriously, this guy is a high profile criminal if the police officers could go into wild jubilation for finally arresting him after several attempts. Therefore, he should be given special treatment like being detained in an air conditioned prison and when it is time for him to face judgement, he should also be given special treatment like being tied to a moving lorry and dragged on tarred roads visiting the homes of all his victims.

The answer to your question has been provided by Olajide Olatubosun, a member of the House Committee on Appropriation. According to him: “If you recollect the last budget was signed into law on the May 5, 2016 and it was stated in the Act that the capital component of the budget was for one fiscal year. That means it won’t expire until the midnight of May 4 2017. So, what that means is that from January to that day, there was a budget that was running. Most Nigerians thought it was from January to December 2016".

The strategy is very easy. Stage a protest at the gate of a Polytechnic, you can be sure that some idle students will join the protest or be on-lookers. It is a pity our youths continue to allow themselves to be used by the politicians while their kids are in abroad enjoying.

Much as I am not a fan of Fayose, I think this is cheap blackmail. If truly they want Fayose's support, they ought to have got in-touch with him through a better medium (probably by visiting him in his office) not by sending an SMS. It is possible Fayose doesn't know who Moji Olaiya was.

If my calculation is correct, so Ekiti is left with just N1.91b? Why? Who do this to us in Ekiti na? Na all the allocation we take service debt. At the end of the day Fayose will use the remaining amount buy bags of rice and distribute with cups as if we are in IDP camp.
