Kanu was freed at the appeal court. The Supreme Court sent it back because they want him to be convicted irrespective of the evidence and illegality of extraordinary rendition

1. Zoning of presidency to South: Wike was among the contestants in the PDP presidential primary election. Other PDP presidential candidates in the primary election who are northerners withdraw at the last minute and declared support for Atiku, claiming that there is nothing like zoning in PDP after Buhari spent 8 years. 3. PDP National Chairman seat: since Wike could not get presidential and VP ticket, he believed that his candidate should be PDP National Chairman and must be from the South. Again, northern politicians denied him, and gave the party national chairman to a Northerner.

How can northerners become presidential candidate and then produce the national chairman again?
