You're playing the ostrich. Simple arithmetic tells you there's subsidy TimeManager: What's the point of this repeated news?. If you believe the costs of fuel is higher, then go import your own fuel and sell it at higher price and make profits. NNPCL says there's no more subsidy, i don't think any sensible individual should be bitter about that.

Labour should collect 60k if the lawmakers and executives will follow the same salary structure Judgementa1: Was not aware of it.
60k or 100k
Nigerians will still experience inflation.
Expect federal government to direct their generating parastal to increase their goods and services.
Labour should be reasonable with their demands 60k is okay.
When minimum wage was 30k average federal workers salary is more than 200k.
With increase to 497k expect the least federal generating parastatal to received 7m to 10m per month. |

Govt cannot wait for all state before moving to a new minimum wage once the old one expires. Stop giving excuses helinues: No, FG can pay N100k as minimum wage , na to print more money now.
The point is, if some states in Nigeria are still paying N18k as minimum wage, do you have an idea how many years the N30k was approved?
How then do you expect states that can't pay N30k, even some that are paying are either owning or delaying to pay anything above N100k as minimum wage.
Meanwhile, minimum wage is not only applicable to government sectors, even private sectors as well.
Labour haven't been reasonable with their proposal for the onset |

Don't divert from the main issue which is the fact that the last minimum expired in April and 60k is not acceptable. If govt did not push labour to this limit, this wouldn't have happened helinues: Still still, that action wasn't well thought. |

Borno was paying 8k to teachers Judgementa1: No state is paying 8k.
And buhari 30k minimum does not apply to all federal workers.
Most Fg revenue generating parastatal like my place of work where not entitled to it then.

The power grid collapse all the time besides they only asked their workers to leave. You don't expect the plants to run themselves? helinues: Mobilize? How many states did they take action yesterday?
If they are not interested to suspend the strike, then government should prosecute them for the deliberate saboteur of shutting down the national grid.

So you saw only Ajero? What about Usifo? Infact Labour disappointed by agreeing to suspend the strike What is 60k? I thought you were sawing labour wont be able to mobilise? helinues: They did not even think through the consequences of them shutting down the national grid which would plunged Nigeria into darkness .
They realized it was a big bleeped up when some political elites who used to support their actions back down their support and ask them to be realistic and not to be wicked adding more hardship.
Government could have prosecuted them for that act alone , but instead bring them back to the table with must or.
Ajaero is the most useless NLC president in Nigeria. Most of his actions are not well thought |

Minimum wage is minimum amount public or private employers can pay.

If the minimum wage ia 100k, the employer of the driver would be forced to go up to like 50k. If minimum wage is 60k, the driver might be given 30k. All the multinationals ,big private companies and even medium sized companies are paying far above 100k as minimum already triplechoice: How did you arrive at that figure?
Those in the public sector where there's 100% compliance are not up to 5% . So how can the private sector where there so many exemptions for employers be more than 30%.
If you haven't read the minimum wage act as it applies to the private sector, Google it and read and come back to tell me how it can be what you say it's. |

Listen, Labour knows that N494k is not realistic but if the would accept N100k, you expect them to start negotiations from N150k? If they do that, they will never see even N70k.If you don't know how negotiations work, better STFU! TimeManager: What consequences?, pls stop joking!. FG can pay any amount but can your state governors and private employers able to pay?. Can Ajaero pay his driver 494k?.
