From the above, it can be seen that
1. The 10m naira was given to the joint organizing committee
2. The joint OC consists of officials of EFCC, ICPC, and AFN
3.Protocols demands that the head of an agency or body should be the one to reject an inappropriate offer/gift that is presented to it by a high ranking personality like a governor.
4. No where it was stated that Magu was part of the organizing committee that visited Ganduje so he couldn't have had the privilege of acting on the spot.
