TonyeBarcanista:Tonye, I chose to respond to only your comment. We, in the South-South do have tradition. Politics aside, in my place, GEJ is an elderstatesman by tradition with respect to what he is. As such, he doesn't have to stand while addressing Dickson. In fact, a third party presents the gift to the visitors... And same third party speaks on behalf of GEJ. In both cases, the spokesman does the job while standing. Otherwise, GEJ speaks while on his seat. If not for cultural encroachment, what is Eva doing on the table? Read my post again. I approved only the Schnapps which is the gold standard. |
Jonathan self Why stand to address a governor? Why so many liquor when Seaman's Aromatic Schnapps is symbolic enough? |
Hmmmmmm Jonathan self 1. Drinks are too many. Only Seaman's Aromatic Schnapps is needed here 2. Standing to address the governor in his abode is an error. |
Good for Naija. 2018 projected revenue earnings from crude oil assured. |
Hmmmmmm I have never fancied that masquerade dressing. Really pity the lawyers in Nigeria who ply their trade in the hot court house without a/c. It's like wearing a tapouline dress in Katsina. |
thorpido:Don't dwell in ignorance when people in the know ask relevant question. |
Hmmmmmm While saluting her enviable achievement, I however wonder what she is doing with the stethoscope hung on her neck. |
Hmmmmmm |
DelGardo:The spirit is in you! Good morning. |
KardinalZik:Back in the old school days we usually christened fellow students who exhibit extreme dullness 'ZUWO' from Barkin Zuwo, ex civilian governor of Kano state. With a stroke of luck, you may come to know the reason one day. |
Jerrypolo:I am from Delta State. I am not sure what the FG spends on oil prospecting in any part of the country impacts on what comes to Delta State. So why should I be more concerned with that than how my state government utilizes the resources accruing to the state? Moreover, are you scared Borno state will one day become an oil producing state? |
Jerrypolo:You could determine with certainty who is and who is not a ND on Nairaland? That is another folly of you, the the ND youths. Many things to tell you but won't be appropriate on this forum. But on a general note, I always advise fellow ND to always search inside because our greatest oppressors are within. Or is it not the rats in the house that whistle to those outside that there is food in the house? So before you can blame outsiders for your woes, deal first with the enemies in your house. |
Jerrypolo:Jerrypolo, you have been rattling like a typewriter without legible output. Much of your claims are typical of the average ND youth - emotional outpouring but ignorant of the reality on ground. |
Hmmmmmmm Why does crime always attract us like honey does bees? With so much religious presence we are still not deterred. Fact is the non-religious groups seem to be the ones holding stronger to the shorter end of morality. |

She, however, did not say what the response of the President was after briefing him... Why not disclose what the president's response was? Without it, your real intentions point in the direction of betrayal /sabotage. |
Hmmmm Arsenal! Is Wanderer(or is it Wenger) still the coach? |
Hmmmmmmm Sometimes one cannot but fancy some crazy dude's approach to solving some crazy crimes. Give these heartless souls to another heartless soul like Kim Jung un of North Korea...he will make sure they die in the zoo too by serving them as breakfast to the lions while smiling and puffing from a fat Cuban cigar. No cost incurred...Otherwise, he might just use them to test run his ICBM over U.S...And trust Trump to become agitated and order a launch of a nuclear bomb instead of a Tomahawk missile for an interception. Hell will be too far. |
MaziOmenuko:I hereby concur without any shade of Thomas. |

GAZZUZZ booking space. Where it to be auto news, your post would have elicited 'tsunami' quotes. |
Hmmmmm; |
So so sad. I need someone to comfort me so that I can effectively comfort the family. I mean it. |
Hmmmmmm Sir, everybody knows why you lost. In your own words post-election "If you take certain decisions, you should know that people close to you will even abandon you at some point. I tell people that more of my so-called friends will disappear." Truth is they didn't just disappear after the election but before it, at least in mind. But because there was still billions of cash in the ATM machine of which you were the pin number they had to tag along. The rest is history. Sir, kindly enjoy your life as ex-president presidentially. |

Hmmmmmmm Amiloaded = Amina508 on NL. Hope I am right. You have been a level headed contributor on plititical issues on NL. may the sun keep shining on your path. |
mayor2013:Thanks for the offer but Eshanmotors has delivered it to me in Warri. |
Now we are having analytical discussion devoid of hate. Kwatinu, I yam observing. |

It took almost all my day reading this thread. I discovered that so many things need to be restructured in this country. First on my list is redistribution/cloning and posting of genuine mechanics to other places. I spent N65,000 to buy shocks for a good car I bought from Eshanmotos. All transactions/installation was left to my automechanic to effect. The performance after installation was worse than the ones that were removed. I have learnt a lot here. One thing that struck me was the contribution of some automechanics to the gradual decline in performance of cars even when adequate resources were made available. My eyes have opened wide. |
