Actually masturbating has a few benefits but the disadvantages conquers the gain … *initially we never agree it is excessive till we start getting the full impact and then it’s almost like a no going back situation but with a little more focus on quitting the body regains it’s lost nutrients and we get to live without the thought of it . *the effect of masturbating on ur memory is a bigger reason you should quit , over thing you would barely remember important things that used to be stuck in your head !!! That’s the worse feeling a man could have When ur in the middle of an argument and you forget what you were about to say **skiping** it is fully caused by the effect of wanking and that experience makes you hate urself * in as much as we try to deny it the guilt will always be there and that guilt is what kills the self esteem low self esteem leads to depression and depression leads to suicide so yes masturbating could get you suicidal overtime !!! The best time to quit is now !!! 1 months without wanking and you won’t believe how proud you will feel 2 months and your memory becomes 5 times better 3 months and ur able to do away with it forever Congratulations for we are about to become new MEN 4 Likes |
