Well, it seems most people do get to this point in life.

Every honest intelligent person will admit that common sense points to GOD. Religion might be a joke today, but do you know that there is a religion of the Bible itself? Yes, the great majority of what we have today are greedy men peddling lies to increase their gain, either not having light from the Scriptures, or refusing to tell the truth. The religion of the Bible itself brings you into a close and sweet communion with GOD!

You can ask me any question you have. I pray GOD will reveal Himself to you. Amen.

Now, does the fact that your opinion that rape is wrong happens to coincide with the opinion of 10 000 000 more people make the abstinence from rape(which could have been a relative) an absolute moral value?

You say that the victim of the rape feels pain, eh? Does the antelope which the lion tears for lunch not feel pain? What's wrong in that?

Now what if the opinion of the majority in the world right now is that rape is right? Would that make rape right? If no, why should the opposite be the case?

GOD is Almighty but not arbitrary. There is one thing which He cannot manipulate: the freewill. GOD may present the choices before you, clearly explaining their consequences, but He cannot force anyone to make any choice.

If GOD created only robots without freewill, there wouldn't have been any thing like rebellion against Him.

Even when rebellion surfaced, GOD could have destroyed the traitor immediately. But what would that mean to His creatures? It would lend some credence to Satan's charges that:

1. GOD is arbitrary and demands forced worship at all cost. Worship Him or be destroyed.

2. GOD's Law is a restraint.

GOD allowed Satan to continue so that the universe would see what Satan's rule looks like.

We know the rest.

Very foolish and unlearned question.

No man can give his life to save another man from the demands of the Law of GOD because every man has sinned/transgressed that same law.

The Law is as sacred as its Giver (GOD Himself), and only the life of the Lawgiver (GOD) can deliver from the demands of the Law(seeing that the Law demands the death of its transgressor). Jesus Christ is fully GOD. But in His Heavenly state as the Almighty Creator and Lawgiver, nothing can take His life. He therefore took on flesh, while retaining His Divinity, so as to be able to give up His life for our sins.

That's how much He loves us. GOD died just to make sure we live.

Let me talk about the 'holy spirit' being a god. Remember when Jesus was baptised? Immediately he came up from the river Jorrdan, the heavens were opened, and the 'holy spirit' in form of a dove appeared. When Jesus promised his disciples to send the 'holy spirit' as a helper to them, he did so, and what was the form in which the 'holy spirit' came? As tongues of fire. Never for once did the Bible refer to the 'holy spirit' as being a living thing, talk more of being a 'God'!

The Bible says that the Holy Spirit:

1. will teach us all things when He comes

2. will comfort us

3. will bring to our remembrance all the things Jesus said

4. searches the deep things of GOD (1 Cor. 2:10)

5. can be lied to (Acts 5:3-4)

6. has a mind (Rom. 8:27)

7. decides (Acts 15:28)

8. intercedes (Rom. 8:26)

9. hears (Jn. 16-13-15)

Only a living being can do all these things.

It was actually Satan who killed Christ the sinless man through his evil cohorts on earth. GOD the Father simply allowed GOD the Son the sinless get into a position where He could be killed by Satan. And this act of killing the sinless man Christ has sealed the doom of Satan.

While the Roman Catholic concept of Trinity is false and unbiblical, a diligent study of the Scriptures will reveal that GOD the Father is not the only Person in the GOD head. GOD the Son and GOD the Holy Spirit are included too. These three separate Persons are one in purpose and will, and not numerically. Each of them is divine, eternal, and has life underived/unborrowed. None is inferior to the other. However, the Son and the Holy Spirit voluntarily chose submissive roles to the Father.

See Melchizedek and Heb. 1:8.

That does not mean that the book of Acts did not cover the history of the early church up until a few years before Peter's death.

When was Peter the head of the whole church? When was Peter the Bishop of Rome? Who gave the church of Rome primacy over all the churches?

Without GOD in the picture, a reason cannot be found for which things like giving to charity, preserving the sanctity of human life and being modest are considered universally moral. But anything that does not have any reason to be is not. Absolute moral laws exist. Therefore GOD exists.

Bear in mind that absolute moral laws are not absolute because they are enforced by man, neither are they no longer absolute because they are not enforced/obeyed by man: absolute moral laws are intrinsically good.

Not everyone who takes up the name of GOD in his/her mouth is a Christian, but the one who keeps the Commandments of GOD.

So, Christians are very few. They are the fewest set of people in this world.

You have failed to address the post you quoted. You only proceeded to tell me that atheists are philantropists too, which I never argued against. You then began to give an uncalled-for lecture on evolution and survival of species.

Roman Catholicism is different from Christianity. The Pope is the antichrist, and you don't expect anything good from him, or from organizations which he engineered(e.g. JW).

A Christian lives his life according to the teachings of Christ. You see anyone not living according to the teachings of Christ? He's not a Christian then(Jn. 14:15).
