PCOS characterised by the over production of the male hormone androgens by the ovaries, is a common menace to feminine fertility. With it's principal effect of hormonal imbalance comes other traits like irregular periods, anovulation (absence of ovulation) infertilty and even insulin resistance (diabetes) Generally whilst the probability of conception reduces to half when one ovary is removed conception is often attainable. It could be a little complicated though if the underlying condition to which the ovary was removed isn't properly handled. However because you categorically stated she can ovulate there is a big chance conception wouldn't be a problem.. There is no general rule on how to approach the issue with your family. However if your family is anything like the ones I see on Nollywood movies be sure to have them discourage you or insist on a pregnancy before things advance.. In my opinion though this is an issue for you and your fiancee. Start your union by being the man who makes his own decision.. For any help with PCOS feel free to get in touch. concho:I do get you now. I think it was more of a blind shopping by someone, on your behalf..It happens all the time with vehicle importation. A relative or friend doing the purchase would fill it up with valuable but affordable items that could be worth a percentage of the clearing fees. In the nineties I had an older cousin in Belgium who sent a jean ensemble and camera to me each time he exported a Nissan Sunny. Funny thing is I never received cos he never sent..It was all lies... I think you are the same person of the other thread. You would have stuck on a single thread. You now have a picture that gives a better idea of the length and size of your pendulum..Lol That Loratadine worked on the skin rash amounts to some allergy. However from the picture it could be anything but not limited to a yeast infection, ringworm candidiasis and more. Did you run an STD panel of tests to check for co infections of Chlamydia, Herpes, Gonorrhea or Syphilis. ?? If you have had some success with topical antifungals then you might want to add oral fluconazole. If it is a yeast or fungal infection it should take care of it for the long term. I wouldn't recommend any antibiotics without a proper diagnosis but Azithromycin is a good first line for Chlamydia. Incase you ran from the hospital the last time without paying bills and so can't go back, I would recommend Fluclonazole and Doxycycline. However if you run some STD tests it would help guide your treatment by rulling out what isn't present. Dr Ayukebot O Roland Pharmacognosist +237 6 79 79 67 27 +44 7827 306262 |
Uwanachoikpu87:In the absence of a picture one can only guess based on your description of symptoms and past medical history. I am equally not asking you to attach a picture of your pendulum😂😂 That Loratadine worked on the skin rash amounts to some allergy. However from the penile description sounds like a fungal yeast infection, psoriasis or eczema. If you have had some success with topical antifungals then you might want to add oral fluconazole. If it is a yeast or fungal infection it should take care of it for the long term Dr Ayukebot O Roland Pharmacognosist |

BarrElChapo:Its still a process but definitely heading towards the right direction..After benefitting from my own research to treat my tumor (Pheochromocytoma) years back I feel grateful to be a part of the revolution making a meaningful change. Thank you too for the kind words🙏. It's not very often one gets to hear words of encouragement on nairaland.. 😂🙏 |
Charlie2020:Thank You 🙏. I'm actually the Ezemor of my community 😂😂..On a serious note I am a Pharmacognosist involved in the research of new medications of natural origin. Investigation of natural substances has been crucial in uncovering of many drugs, each possessing distinct pharmacological characteristics. Paclitaxel, obtained from Taxus brevifolia, is used in the treatment of lung, ovarian, and breast cancer. The compound artemisinin, derived from the traditional Chinese herb Artemisia annua, is used to combat malaria which is resistant to many drugs. Its a long list including Niprisan an innovative drug for sickle cell anemia developed in Nigeria from Sorghum leaves, Clove flower buds. Pepper seeds etc.. Dr Ayukebot O Roland Pharmacognosist |
jaszplus12:That's a good recommendation. The Sida acuta plant is a true African panacea. Ethnobotanical research by Konatè et all has demonstrated its effectiveness not only in fungi infections but also in Tuberculosis, Fevers, Wounds, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, uterine disorders, asthma, tumors etc. I'm glad to hear you found success with its antifungal properties

Iyaebube:Both Griseofulvin and Ketoconazole cream are effective antifungals that should do him good. However 625 aquaclav is an antibiotic of amoxicilin and clavulanic acid that broadens its anti bacteria base. It has no effect on his fungus and would be regarded as antibiotic abuse. Loratadine is an antihistamine for allergies, whilst it could work for certain rashes caused by allergies, his condition isn't one of them |
From the presentation it is definitely a severe form of Tinea Pedis. (Athletes Foot). First things first you'll need to avoid enclosed shoes cos the cause a warm and moist environment that promotes the fungus. Avoid triple combination cream like Funbact A and the rest, whilst they might appear to do you some initial good, the would AGGRAVATE the situation in the long run. It would have been helpful if you listed the medications you have used. Are you buying your medications from a reputable pharmacy..? Most unapproved chemists sell substandard drugs with insufficient active ingredients.. Your first line of treatment is topical antifungals..Clotrimazole cream , Miconazole Cream and the very effective but costly Terbinafine cream (Lamisil). For a course of 2 to 4 weeks you should have good results.. With recurrent infections the most effective oral medication for your condition is Terbinafine tablets. A two weeks treatment should definitely cleanse you of the fungi. Griseofulvin is cheaper and fine but needs a longer course of treatment. Itraconazole and Fluconazole are also good options.. Senna allata (ringworm bush) is an effective herb for the treatment of fungi. Pluck some fresh leaves of the herb wash and warm them abit with light flame. Squeeze out the juice and blend with coconut oil. Apply on the lesions as need be. Dr Ayukebot O Roland Pharmacognosist P.s Do run a blood sugar test to rule out diabetes.. Sometimes one of the early signs of diabetes could be recurrent fungi infections. In the absence of other noticeable symptoms I can't say you have Diabetes though. However an inexpensive blood sugar test is just good a reassurance

That right there looks like Echis ocellatus, the West African Carpet viper. Last year I did some research work with it's venom. Hoping to find some success for it's use in high blood pressure. Its relative, the Brazilian pit viper Bothrops jararaca from which the nonapeptide Teprotide was isolated in the seventies led to the first ACEI drug for high blood pressure |

valentineuwakwe:It did crash at some point but was up again shortly. Julius of the EFF was quick to castigate it while asking for an inquiry..Lol |
Nonexisting1:Truth is men like Julius with brutal radical ideologies are only good as a small fold of the opposition, offering some form of check and balances to those in power. In my opinion If he were to be at the helm of SA politics he would run down the country to a road of extinction..Lol His ideologies are too radical and barbaric for the common good of a diverse country like SA with 11 official languages... |
