NOT SURPRISED AT ALL HERE IS THE FULL STORY [b]According to Punch , Seven year old Iretioluwa is like every other children, but what makes her different is her spiritual proclamations , which makes her an extra -human being. When Punch was invited by her parents saying “our daughter wants you”. It was like a call not too clear. But upon enquiry made by the editor of Punch , it was discovered that it was not just a call but a diving call that requires a diving response. Ireti-Oluwa has become a friend of Jesus Christ upon whom she resides and proclaim messages for the world. Most times Jesus Christ appears to her and tells her lots of things especially hidden things which He ( Jesus) wants us to know ” declares the mother . “But the most shocking of all she has been told is about men of God whom we reverence in this country and she told us to look for a Christian newspaper. In fact, she wrote the name of your magazine and we started looking for it” – the father cuts in. We were ushered into the spacious living room of the Ifedayos when Iretioluwa was taking her breakfast. We waited for her to finish and we settled down for the business of the day. Iretioluwa, a primary three pupil was so bold as she declared what she said was told her by Jesus Christ . According to her, my Lord and saviour said i should declare to Pastor Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God that he cannot make heaven . Though he started very well in spite of his works , he has compromised. “He has missed me a long time ago. I am only honouring my name in his life. He no longer has a place in me . Tell him to go back to his first love and drop every load of compromise he is carrying. Tell David Oyedepo that his hands are soiled with human blood . His name is not in the book of life. He has missed it a long time ago . Tell him what will profit him if he gains the whole world and end in Hell fire . David Olukoya of Mountain of fire and miracles is encouraging evil and doesn ’ t want to repent. Tell him to stop living a double life. He knows the stones in his hands , tell him to drop them if he MUST enter heaven , he has to live a complete life of holiness. Ayo Oritsejafor is not my servant . The accident which occurred at 5:55am this morning involved two cars and a BRT bus. The two cars were terribly damaged. Not too sure whether or not there were casualties or injuries as it was still dark at that time but it is sharply causing huge gridlock. Motorists should try as much as possible to avoid the traffic jam around that side. ENSURE YOU DRIVE MODERATELY IF YOU ARE DRUNK, PLEASE DON'T DRIVE OOO Good Morning This Morning!!! |

I may be wrong with my analysis: NOTE 1: "...and claimimg that the Boko Haram is being used by political players." NOTE 2: If the UK findings will indict or expose the oppositions of this government like Buhari and co, then surely such information will not be a classified one. However, before this news broke out, I was very sure that Jonathan and his government knew and still know more than what we think they know about the origin or the HIJACK of this insurgency. Frankly, the UK findings may, with the high level of probability, expose this very government of their hidden activities as per the Chibok Girls Kidnap. They might have discovered something strange about the finance and motive behind the deadly group. That may be the reason why they think that should they release such high profile information or findings, it will surely affect the international relations between the two countries. Oh! I still keep wondering why will the UK and US with some countries come here to help us fight Boko Haram but left us in less than a month wihout achieving what they came here for. It is really hard to hear or see US embarks on a rescue mission without success even if it will take a long period to achieve it. I still wonder why will US refuse to sell weapons to our government that claims to use the weapons to fight this deadly group. Besides, during the time when an aircraft filled with huge amout of money, belonging to CAN president, was seized by the South African government, I do not know whether or not people noticed that the Boko haram activities in this country reduced drastically. Hmm! Coincidence? Hmm... Till now, the names of the two Nigerians captured by the South African government are unknown and why that of the foreigner was clearly mentioned. Why still keep the identity of these men if truly what the government said of the purpose of such black market dealings of such weapons are true? Because of this, why do we keep hearing the "INVISIBLE" helicopter dropping weapons and food items in Maiduguri for the boko haram without the knowledge of the aviation ministry or any other relevant bodies? This is really impossible! Why was Azazi killed weeks after when he alleged that PDP is boko haram and boko haram is PDP? Why would the boko haram agents come to an area, and operated for like 4 or 5 hours uninterrupted or without any reprisal from the military men despite the fact that the states are under state of emergency? If truly Buhari knows about this group,why can't the government take it serious to prosecute or sue him or reveal the evidence, not the daily propaganda linking him with the group just as they claimed they have enough evidence that he does not have a certificate? If they have the evidence, I know very sure that FFK and Fayose will never keep silent on that even if the presidency cautions them. Why would a presidential aide be interested in creating an email in a bid to link Sanusi to Boko haram but his efforts were exposed and failed? Why will the government be interested now in reducing boko haram activities within 6 weeks recommended by them and not the early years of this deadly group when the cries of the innocent blood were so much - may be for political reasons, OR may br after seeing millions in that region being displaced and unable to obtain their PVCs OR may be after seeing another millions being warned OR threatened not to come out during elections to vote OR may be after seeing that thousands are really afraid to come outside to vote? Why would our president in less than 24 hours after the kidnap of the Chibok Girls, go to Kano for campaign dance or skelewu - a mission accomplished abi? WHY? WHY? WHY? The Lord God searches through human hearts and knows with precision or perfection our thoughts and He will surely judge the wicked and their wicked ways. IF THE POLICE FORCE, THE MILITARY FORCE AND OTHER ARMED FORCES IN THIS COUNTRY CANNOT REVEAL THE SOURCE OF FINANCE OF THIS DEADLY GROUP, THE PRAYER, WHICH IS THE SPIRITUAL FORCE THAT CONNECTS US TO HEAVEN WILL SOON FISH OUT THE SPONSORS WITH CONCRETE EVIDENCE BY FIRE OR BY FORCE. For the government to have come up with the alleged solution of the boko haram now (within six weeks) after 6 years of active killings by the insurgent group is QUESTIONABLE and it needs to be probed. After allowing millions turned as IDP, after creating fear among the people to vote during this fast approaching election, after making it looks as if this boko haram is sponsored by the oppositions and after using this insurgency as an excuse for his failure, here comes the solution from nowhere. Also, politicians do not attend The Apostolic Church, (TAC). I did attend Deeper Life Bible Church during my NYSC period and I did enjoy God's blessings through life-saving messages on Holiness, Righteousness and Truth. Presently not a member of the church but my dad is a pastor there...The church is truly founded on the Christ Solid Rock. There are other churches founded on the truth of the Gospel of Christ but derailing from the narrow paths due to the admittance of the world and its worldliness. |

Sahara Reporters, through its publisher, Omoyele Sowore has dared Former Minister of State for Defence and ministerial nominee, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro to go ahead with his threat to sue the online news portal for leaking the audio tape of the meeting he had with a military officer and others to rig the 21 June, 2014 governorship election in Ekiti State. Sahara Reporters founder, Omoyele Sowore, Sowore urged “Koro” to go ahead in a phone chat with P.M.NEWS on Thursday, the evening newspaper has said. Obanikoro, who reportedly, in desperation to have his ministerial approved by the National Assembly confessed to some senators that he was in Ekiti State on the eve of the election and was at the meeting at the behest of President Goodluck Jonathan. Koro immediately after the rigging tape was leaked said that he has asked his U.S. lawyers to sue Sahara Reporters. Sowore during his phone conversation said he would be delighted to see Koro in New York where he expects the former minister would thoroughly mess himself up because his libel suit would lack merit and he won’t be able to bribe any judge to pervert the course of justice in his favour. Musiliu Obanikoro Musiliu Obanikoro Sowere also boasted that said Koro would suffer the same fate as three other Nigerians who tried to sue Sahara Reporters for libel in New York but ended up losing their cases. Sowore mentioned Paul Orhii, the Director-General of NAFDAC; Emeka Ugwonye, a Nigerian lawyer who helped the Nigerian government to sell properties in U.S., and another Nigerian lawyer, Eric Abakporo, as those who have tried to sued him and Sahara Reporters for libel but lost. He said the case of Abakporo, a pastor, was even more pathetic as he ended up being jailed for seven years as a fraudulent estate agent who also duped an old woman in U.S. Sowore said the ultimate defense against libel is the truth, adding that a U.S. company has authenticated the voices in the audio tape and there was no way Koro could controvert or deny it. Sowere insinuated that in a decent society, Obanikoro ought to be arrested, tried and jailed for his role in the Ekiti rigging. On Koro being nominated as Minister by President Goodluck Jonathan, Sowere said; “It is a shame he is being rewarded with a ministerial appointment.” The meeting, which is now known as “Ekitigate”, was secretly taped by an Army Captain, Sagir Koli, who was subsequently forced to flee for his life. This article is written by Nicholas Hanlon, Chief Africa Analyst at the Washington basesd Center for Security Policy for the WASHINGTON Times: Nigeria: Goodluck Jonathan’s last fight? There are several forces at play that make the new timeline for Nigerian elections a one-time chance for a decisive strike against Boko Haram. In addition to Boko Haram, Nigerian elections have a potential for violence themselves. With or without a domestic Islamist, insurgency a delay of elections is interpreted by the Muslim north and the All Progressive Congress party of presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari s an extra-constitutional attempt to prolong power. That was one rational against the postponement of elections until the decision was made to do so on Saturday, a week before the scheduled elections. Apart from a rational, the calculus for Nigerian incumbent President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan might well have been to keep the election date, avoid the appearance of prolonging his term in office, and allow the disenfranchisement caused by Boko Haram to work in his favor. Such a scenario would allow for Candidate Buhari’s camp to reject the election results and resort to violence. Mr. Buhari was believed to be behind the 2011 violence in the north when a Muslim rejection of a southern Christian’s election led to more than 300 deaths and thousands displaced. With Boko Haram in the mix, the collective downsides over-shadowed appearances of good protocol by keeping the original date. The U.S. and the international community had urged as much. The presidential and parliamentary elections will now take place on March 28. Elections for governors and state legislators will take place on Feb. 28. Until now it has been ostensible that Mr. Jonathan had little interest in confronting Boko Haram and the international attention has put him in an awkward spotlight. If Mr. Jonathan’s administration fails to seize this window to take the reigns of the Nigerian military and significantly disable Boko Haram, it will confirm that he does not see himself as the president of all of Nigeria but only the south. The strength of former military dictator Buhari’s campaign is that his supporters believe he can achieve security and defeat Boko Haram where Mr. Jonathan has failed. The political moment between now and the Feb. 28 regional elections is likely the last calm moment for Mr. Jonathan to galvanize against Boko Haram before Mr. Buhari’s political leverage reaches a critical mass. If Mr. Jonathan makes it through the elections without taking the upper hand against Boko Haram, he will face greater challenges with an even weaker mandate. At such a crossroad, it’s important to have a good measure of who Mr. Buhari is. The fundamental political difference between Mr. Buhari’s group and those who would become Boko Haram back in 2000 was a factional split over who could best purify the Muslim north of political corruption and enforce the best interpretation of shariah law. The public acknowledgement of the meeting in diplomatic currency was indeed a clear act of favoritism. Thanks to the reporting of Adam Kredo, we now know that it was something more nefarious. David Axelrod is Mr. Buhari s lobbyist and in this administration you can buy the presidency of Africa’s most populous nation. According to the Washington Free Beacon report, Mr. Axelrod’s firm, AKPD, was employed by Mr. Buhari’s APC party as recently as December 2014. The timing of Mr. Kerry’s visit the next month within in that context puts a shorter lifespan on the Jonathan presidency. President Jonathan must now fight without firm footing against Boko Haram, his political opponents, U.S. diplomats and their lobbyists. He has about a month to make something happen. Over 1.4million Nigerians may be recruited into traffic warden service across the nation, in line with President Goodluck Jonathan’s transformation agenda on job creation. The initiator of the project and chairman of VANCTRAWACT, a Human Right and Non Governmental Organization, NGO, Mr JK Johnsonapla who disclosed this in Nnewi, Anambra State yesterday while explaining the new initiative, noted that the project had received the approval of President Jonathan after a recent visit of the group at the Aso Rock. Johnsonapla further disclosed that the project would be handled by the Transitional Management Committee, TMC and the co-ordinating NGO, on behalf of the federal government. He explained that the aim of the project was to redefine the road traffic control function as a veritable sub-sector for social, economic, human and urban development, adding that the project would introduce a pragmatic and proactive change in the road traffic control subsector to a world-class standard away from the current “agonizing” system of road traffic control. “The NGO, fighting the cause of the traffic warden service and a sense of belonging of traffic wardens in the public service, is fervently committed to the enforcement of the Court of Appeal judgement that recently granted autonomy to the traffic warden service”, he stated. He said the NGO has proactively put in place a methodology through which the traffic warden service has to be repositioned back to her statutory function on the road. According to the co-ordinating secretary of the NGO, Evangelist Emeka Ekenonu, the project would be handled with utmost vigor and transparency. He said in distribiting the 1.4 million jobs, emphasis would be laid on percentage of personnel cadre, pointing out that the project would absorb 980,000 into the rank and file, 280,000 into inspectors cadre and 140,000 into officers cadre. Explaining further the new road traffic deal, Evangelist Ekenonu said: “President Jonathan has said that employment is the inalianable right of fellow Nigerians, to enable them work, earn salary, to improve their standard of living, improve their social being and contribute their quota towards the nation building”. Dutse—Operatives of Jigawa State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, have arrested 30-year-old Bello Muhammed for allegedly impregnating mentally-ill Daharatu Isyaku, aged 18. Parading the suspect to newsmen in Dutse, yesterday, state Commandant of the Corps, Dr. Muhammad Gidado, said the suspect admitted committing the crime. He said the agency was still investigating the matter to ascertain if the offence was committed for ritual purposes. He also disclosed that the suspect had named some accomplices during the investigation, stressing that they would be fished out, investigated and arraigned for prosecution. Muhammed, however, disclosed that the girl was currently in the custody of the agency because of her condition. [b]Clergyman and social critic, Tunde Bakare, has said there would be no elections in the country until he lifts an “injunction” he placed on it. He claimed to have predicted the poll shift by demonstrating with a chair he placed on the altar in his church during a previous worship service. Bakare is the Senior Pastor, Latter Rain Assembly and one time vice presidential candidate to General Muhammadu Buhari on the platform of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC. Speaking at his church’s Sunday service, at Ogba, in Lagos, Bakare stated that the postponement has vindicated him against vilification from those opposed to his earlier view on the matter. In his sermon, titled “Sweet and Sour Ministry Of The Prophet”, Bakare likened his prophesy to that of biblical prophet Elijah, who declared that “there would neither be dew nor rain except at my word”. Bakare claimed that his statement on the shifting of the elections and the inauguration of an interim national government during the interregnum was divinely inspired. “There shall be a performance of every word that proceedeth (sic) from the mouth of God”, he stated. The gadfly pastor, then, admonished the congregation on what should be their disposition when reviled for their views.He deplored the condemnations his earlier statement generated, saying “It is a mark of immaturity to abuse another person for his opinion”. Bakare said though he had been accused of belonging to either the PDP or the APC, he declared he is not a member of any. “Did I speak to INEC or was I at the Council of States meeting?; there was no telephone conversation between me and (Attahiru) Jega or (Sambo) Dasuki, why then are you attacking me for the postponement?”, he asked rhetorically. This above topic is my opposite reaction to the topic in the link below.... https://www.nairaland.com/2136099/fashola-release-igbo-pvcs-now First of all, Seun, the owner of this great forum, should call the moderators especially under the politics section to order or teach them anew on what topics, how and when to move certain topics to the FRONT PAGE during this already heated political period. When I first saw the topic - "Fashola/INEC Allegedly Withhold PVCs of igbos/SS" on the FP, I was eager to click on the link for the details and behold I was greatly disappointed to see such topic on the FP without weblinks or sources. Just because 5 or 10 or even 20 Igbos or south south people were not allowed to collect their PVCs does not mean the poster should just conclude that FASHOLA with INEC are hoarding the PVCs of the Igbos and other tribes. The following are facts: I am part of thousands of unregistered class of people who are far above 18 years of age and who might have tried in the past years, weeks or months to get registered but could not up to this time. My work place is in Obalende. There is a part of Obalende that is mostly occupied by Hausa people. Hundreds of them still complain that they have not been able to get their PVCs due to certain reasons. Aside this, more than 15 co-workers who are Yoruba people have not been allowed to get their PVCs. In my residential area, hundreds of Yorubas have not collected their PVCs due to so many reasons. With the above facts, I can't just bring up an allegation that FASHOLA AND INEC ARE HOARDING THE PVCs OF YORUBAS AND HAUSAS. |

Now that Professor Attahiru Jega has said that the Presidential Election will be held on March 28 while the Governorship election will be held on April 11. LESSON Number 1 None of the prophets' revelations or predictions posted on NAIRALAND shows that the election will be shifted or will not be held in February this year. This shows to me we should be careful and not to put our hope on some false prophecies or prophecies of doom on this nation. Let us believe on God alone. Do not get me wrong, not all the prophets are fake but many of them who are unknown to many are false. Additionally, INEC also succumbed to recommendation of 6 weeks postponement. All coming from the presidency and the security force. Then where is the "independent" in INEC.
