Reason the federal high court throw out the case is due to Locus standi. That is, pdp doesn't have the legal position to file such case. At that level, only somebody that did primary with shetima, tinubu, or APC member can file such case.

But at election petition tribunal, pdp, LP, candidates have the locus standi to file such case by the provisions of the law.

So, I can assure you 100% that the case will be listened to at petition tribunal. Thanks.

I can say you’re only smart by half. You’re last paragraph suggests so. Even the first and appellant courts listened/entertained it and subsequently dismissed it on lack of locus. So the argument is not wether court will not listen or not. It’s about court granting their prayers.

However, it would be unloving and unreasonable for God to allow wrongdoing to continue forever. No loving father would endlessly tolerate badness from one of his children who continued deliberately to inflict grievous pain on other family members. Apostle Paul made reference to this at Acts 17:30.31. Jehovah God has outlined a timetable and now is the time for those who continue in badness to repent genuinely and change their ways as stated in Acts 3:19.
In summary, Jehovah God is tolerant but there is a limit. As soon as the limit elapsed, the wicked who remain unrepentant in their ways shall face God's judgement.
