I think Doctors and Technical students should be the primary focus as that's what the country needs badly. Technical student because we need to drive innovation.

It's ironic how we perceive these oppressors as helping us when they open their borders with enticing visa schemes. They cleverly use us to develop their countries, and once they've achieved their goals, they tighten the restrictions on us with stricter visa requirements. Yeah, those numbers do sound a bit too good to be true, especially given Nigeria's current challenges with infrastructure and industry. While a recycling plant could definitely help with exports and create jobs, achieving $100 million annually and reducing CO₂ emissions like they claim might be more ambitious than realistic, considering the current state of things. It's easy to get carried away with big PR promises!
