I need recommendation on a good soap and lotion for a 6months old.

I have a very light skin baby boy. Up till now I use Johnson baby soap (the yellow packet that is white inside). For cream I use Shea butter mixed with coconut oil and palm kernel oil (I mix it myself)

Recently my mother in law has been on my neck that my baby is getting darker. Please what do you all use for your fair babies?

Please can someone shade more light on nta for me and how to go about it.

My son will be 4 months old on Saturday. He's very agile, already sitting down, feeds well and play well. He's exclusively breastfed and I pump after feeding and give to him. He's gaining weight but not fat. someone told me, he probably has nta so I need to know about this nta and how to diagnose it.

You can do the probate without processing the properties. Tell the staff you just want to work the money in the bank. The valuation officers are from probate, they are the only ones who has the right to say the worth of ur property. You can negotiate with them.

Our Mum died a few years ago....of course, no Will. we obtained a letter of administration from the courts, and we got everything.

Last year, our dad died. His lawyer persuaded him dt a Will was the current way to go. While we the children hv no qualms with the content of the Will, we hv been told dt we can only hv access, if we get a probate grant.

Getting the probate grant has been the issue. we were told dt the courts will take 10% of everything spelt out in the Will. both property ( to be costed ) and money in the bank.

Yes. You will have to get a probate for a Will. The probate registry will evaluate the properties and you will pay estate fee which is 10% of the value of the properties. That's for Anambra state. My advice is, if you guys don't have the money to pursue it and you're living in peace and there's no intention to sell the properties mentioned in the Will, then forget about getting the probate. If not, the executors should go and apply for probate. It's similar to Letters of Administration sha. You can even negotiate with the valuation officers. Best of luck

Its doesn't take that long. In Anambra is just few months. First go to probate Registry with the death certificate of the deceased with one of ur family members. A parent or sibling. A file will be opened. You will pay prefee of #1500. Then wait for ur gazette ie publication. This is obtained on the last Thursday of every month. Then will the gazette, you will take a letter to your local govt. Your local govt will give u a reply which u will bring back to probate then pay estate fee which in this state is 10% with some stamp duties. Then provide two credible sureties. That's all you have to do.
If you are in Anambra, come to state High court, opposite Ekwueme square. Ask of Probate then ask for publication section then say you are looking for a nairalander and I'll be there to help. Don't let people at the gate deceive you and swear affidavit for you o !

Op, its going to take you a very long time to deal with this. I take it you are still a virgin. Don't even think of having sex with a man to overcome this feelings because its going to make it worse. Besides, you probably can't have sex with a man because you're too afraid of getting pregnant and all the STDs associated with sex.
Even having sex with a woman will not solve the problem. You will just get few minutes pleasure and then feel horrible when guilty conscience sets in .
Continue praying but know that temptation will come and you will give in. Don't belittle yourself for falling into temptation for God is not a man.
My advice is, get a good female friend who you are attracted to but who is not interested in having sex with you. She has to be a godly person, someone who understands you and someone who will not judge you. Also someone who you can discuss your sexual desires with. If you're Hot and you want to make love to her, you should be able to tell her that, now she is the one who will be able to give you a good counselling.
Very Important is to know that you are not alone in this. Many people go through this same dilemma. Just do the right thing because you alone knows what is right. Jesus still saves!
