Good evening all,
Please I have an issue and need the assistance of the general house to help sort it out.
I sent a pickup request to @Mikkyangel on the 03/05/2021 for an iPhone 12 promax (box and accessories).
He did the necessary calculations and I paid him in Full before he moved.
On picking the phone, he only sent me pictures of the phone , box and accessories and IMEI page from the start up menu (he practically did not check any other thing like Face ID, TrueTone, panic full, Battery health, Camera etc).
We received the phone in Nigerian on 17/05/2021 only to discover it’s Chimaera blacklisted.
I quickly run another paid IMEI check and the result still shows the same as previous check before it was picked in USA.
I immediately notified @Mikkyangel of the latest development and he bluntly told me it’s “non of his business” and I should bear the responsibility and loss because his only work was only to meet seller, pay him and pick the phone which I sent him to pick.
Please I need the assistance of everyone here to contribute and look into this case.

I have not been entirely lucky with my recent tlc deals.
I realized sometimes I don’t handle some matters well and they end up in the public.
I am not a scammer but it is unfortunate that I was tagged that due to how badly I handle issues that have popped up from selling TLC deals.

I have decided to stop the sale of TLC DEALS (unless I am 1000% sure of the item).
I am working to sort out every single issues TLC have brought to me.
I will stick to buying of TLC deals to sell as AIN or I hunt and sell when items land and I can confirm that they are in perfect condition.

You're trying to win this argument based on technicality of the issue but still, i'm not buying it. Everything from your write up is technically and morally wrong.

We all know how things work here, nobody is a novice. A lot of people are middlemen and are into dropshipping, you are not supposed to let the actual owner know the exact price of the item. Despite the fact that you didnt intend to refund which i think is very bad of you, you went ahead to ruin the relationship of the person who brought the deal to you and the real owner for your own selfish profit.

The fact that the deal was an AIN one, refund should have been automatic especially for the fact that everything happen within few hours. If D4donnn had used escrow, do you think you would have get away with this? You dont have to force your AIN deal on people.

In my own conclusion, i see you as a shady person that should not be trusted wholeheartedly and going by your antecedents, i vote that you're blacklisted for now, till you change your ways.

The seller gave the buyer a 7days ultimatum to apologise or blabla bla ( naira land took down the page because that shit is crap).


I said what I said.
If you know the consumers rights, even the said seller would act with caution. In my books as a buyers, this is a win win in the court.


Ps: I'm not supporting anybody.
The good could have been damaged by the courier company, it could also have been a deceit good and also the buyer maybe playing games here

But in all, a customer is always right... I have that written boldly in all of my business premises.
If any of my staffs dare to raise his or her voice at a customer be troublesome customer or not. The quarry awaits and possibly a lay off.

But before I want to know one or two.. The business man is 10001% wrong to want to force an apology out of an unsatisfied customer.
It's outright bully.


Then back to knowing one or two, the screen shots were my first point of attraction. You could clearly see the business man is head strong kind of person, I don't like when business is non - flexible.

Like I said earlier... This could have be settled out of court. There are enough NL voices here to settle this, even offline.

I will not support business bullying... This act may just tarnish your image completely. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN SETTLED OUT OF COURT
