The annular phase of this solar eclipse can be observed in Lagos as a partial solar eclipse.Partial Solar Eclipses happen when the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth, but they don't align in a perfectly straight line. Because of this, the Moon only partially covers the Sun's disc. The Sun looks like the Moon has taken a bite out of it. This is because the Moon casts the lighter, outer part of its shadow, the penumbra, on Earth. Eclipses are named after their max point. If an eclipse is total from any part on Earth, it will be called a total eclipse, even though it might be seen as a partial eclipse from most areas. Both total and annular solar eclipses are seen as partial eclipses from the areas on Earth that are outside the Moon's umbra (inner shadow) but inside its penumbra (outer shadow) Source: http://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/nigeria/lagos?iso=20160901

A celebration of criminality. So a trained medical doctor turned politician can come down and play in the mud? |
All them guys from animal rights should take note. They killed the goat, as if that was not enough, they humiliate it by taking pictures. .... but the meat go sweet ooo ![]() |
At summits like this and with the countries involved, you would never know the REAL purpose of the meeting. 9 times out of 10, it is not about what the cameras show us. *** meanwhile, which kind pot Museveni wear for head so? |
Make El Rufai leave the guy with him medication o. Abi no be him brain he dey use digest am? ![]() |
With what happened in Paris, the only way out is to be prepared for the day of the Lord is near. We see and hear of dispeakable things on a daily. LORD save us all! |
Wike is not comfortable maybe because he was the only newly elected governor that was not handed over to. I think he is using the " attack is the best form of defence" tactics. I can imagine what would have happened if it was a PDP governor that failed to hand over to an APC governor. Yeye dey smell |
The people of Zimbabwe and other African countries have not yet realised the power they possess. Until we Africans rise up and hold our leaders accountable, they would continue to misbehave. It goes beyond political party affiliations. We the people can demand for what we want, stand by it and get it.
|
So because Wike's term would not last, that was why Amaechi was advised not to hand over - APC has kept mute about it. This illegality alone I think will work against APC. |
Checklist, check! All eyes open! |
Na wah for this guy sef. Shuooo, this is clear politicts of bitterness. So that he would say, afterall, I never handed over to him. Haba Amaechi, we all have one life to live o |
He did his bit the best way he knew how. Maybe we (the nation) are supposed to pass through this phase that is why all we did and still do as a people is complain and not hold our leaders accountable for their actions. Remember how the students of LASU resisted the hike in their fees or just one lawyer that practicallly stoped the FRSC from forcing the new vehicle plate number on Nigerians? It is time we make our leaders do what we want through civil disobedience. PDP, APC etc, it doesn't make any difference. All said, I wish GEJ all the best in his future endeavours. |
As them been tell us before elections. I wan defend the inauguration o. ![]() |
The men behind the man. We hardly take note of them, that is if you don't try anything funny around their Oga. Thanks op |
And maybe like 50yrs after, .....he would be like, you see me so, I for don play for Europe if no be the jazz way follow me. And the new prison inmates would be like, no be only Europe, na Americana. Papa, abeg make we hear word o. |

Una sure this man really waka? That foot ware nor chop o! hmm |
... and I ask, what if Mr Oscar was a black South African? |
Very good. The man's action or inaction has brought so much pain to Police pensioners. The money he stole and his properties be sold and the proceeds shared amongst the pensioners that are still alive. God bless Nigeria. |
Yes you can. connect here so I can explain. |
if his victims had watched the videos they would have noticed the duration of the second video was 4:19! hhhhmmmmm!!!! |
Good job Uduaghan. Keep building up cases that will land you in jail after your term in office. |
ok. i see what you mean.
|
the mechanic used it to check if my speedometer was working well even though i asked him to change the engine oil. |
They said the tag 'UNILAG' sells like mad. I agree. And few hours after the name changed, students turn to the streets. And I ask myself, is it the brand name that makes the students or vice versa? They should be thinking of making their school rank amongst the top 5 universities in Africa (http://www.4icu.org/topAfrica/) rather than enguage in this madness. I pray no one gets hurt. |
A city fan told me Saturday before the match that he would not be worried so much about loosing the championship but could have sleepless nights because of what would come out of Fergie's mouth. The man self to yarn. I seriously think he deserved what he got. |
Those devils will never give up. They should be ashamed of themselves. Local champions that can't beat any team outside Britain. The FA is only destroying the game.
|
Alert me immediately it is pirated. |
Why shouldn't these guys be skin alive. I am f@*kin sick of this country and all of us pretending all is well. ![]() |
