we dont need a lawyer to explain why pdp lost its case, even a truck pusher if explained in his local dialect will uderstand why pdp lost (Timing) . Rather than go back to the drawing board and head hunt intellectuals to come out formidable for pdp in 2019 they keep allowing emotions dictate how they think. Apc almost had this deadline issue with kogi and bayelsa's gubernatorial primary last month and as such rushed by beating the deadline to produce audu and sylvia. Its obvious a honest apc member would have wished for better candidates but as the party was running out of time and other candidates weren't ready to step down votes were shared.
The moral of my epistle is pdp should be smart , cautious and patient so as to have a chance of competing in 2019. if they want to stick to the scripts of screaming gibberish as they do now, they wont be in existence by 2018 |
Politics › Re: We Are Planning For Nigeria's Poor In 2016 Budget ' VP Osinbajo by dondo83(m): 6:49am On Oct 31, 2015 |
Scholes007: what?! I think this should be written in a book of shame... So you are proud of not having a cabinet for four odd months?
if you have any idea how a ministry works then you will understand that a minister is as good as a figure head. In america there is nothing like ministers but they have secretaries, the uk that we even claim to copy choose its ministers from the house of lords (house of assembly) but we no, we have minister for communication, senate committee on communication, house of rep committee on communication...is that something sensible?
so much for cost saving ...you should also include traveling the whole world in 4 months. If he doesn't travel how will he build a strong bilateral ties? all the trip he has made till date has been covered by just one donation from us govt on the fight against terrorism.
i just hope some people's jobs/lifes wouldnt be at risk, because you cant reduce ministries without retrenchment of workers and loss of jobs or is there anyother way?
if there's loss of jobs for 1million people on a short term in other to create jobs for 30million people at the long run which makes more sense? we minister of aviation and transport lol is aviation not a means of transportation? Go to china, out of 10people 7 are self employed not "government workers" the way to build any economy is via SME, Agriculture which leads to exportation of crops and production of goods.
go on. will our new promise be among the recurrent expenditure cutting tool? please start thinking outside the box and dont lets people like fayose stop you from seeing the bigger picture |
Politics › Re: We Are Planning For Nigeria's Poor In 2016 Budget ' VP Osinbajo by dondo83(m): 11:44pm On Oct 30, 2015 |
Scholes007: i would want to know how they are cutting the recurrent expenditure with this lofty promise haba, not having a cabinet for almost 4months, do you have an idea what has been saved ? canceling Fg sending vips on religious trips, deciding to cut the presidential air fleet, reducing over head cost in the government, proposal to reduce the ministries, i can go on and on sir. All this will be put into consideration when the 2016 budget is out |
Politics › Re: We Are Planning For Nigeria's Poor In 2016 Budget ' VP Osinbajo by dondo83(m): 11:28pm On Oct 30, 2015 |
Scholes007: mr intelligent graduate that is what I am waiting for, since the so called messiah govt cannot go for supplimentary bugget or at less fulfil/uphold fully the already laid bugget. For now 2015 is out for intelligent ones like you. Thank God you used the word supplementry, with the major promises made you can not ask for funds of such magnitude...so the only way it will work is to cut recurrent expenditure which he has been doing towards a new budget. 2016 is here, hold him accountable then . |

Before any sane person can write off these administration you have to wait until the 2016 budget is out, by then we will know what apc has instock |

BEST NEWS SO FAR AFTER BUHARI WAS DECLARED THE WINNER OF OUR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. My 10yrs old nephew understands that there can be no development if recurrent expenditure is always higher than capital project expenses. Its only the otuoke man that will rather pass a budget of billions to feed aso rock while a whole agency like ferma will have ZERO allocation in 2015 budget . My president you are on the right path and i know by 2019 even an unborn baby will testify about how wonderful your administration is. |

before you all get heart attack, the loan is strictly for the north east and as such will be paid back by the same region. i dont know how it affects uche in anambra . The op is so biased, the heading is misleading and since some people here reason backwards they wont even read the full story |
