So what's your aim of posting this? Since you don't understand you should have kept it to yourself. If TS will commence mid July then they are through with this batch of interview. Mind what you post on here
I also did my second interview that same day. The MD said he was highly impressed with the Enugu candidates unlike those of Lagos candidates....I don't understand what that meant. He also said TS will commence mid July so we're waiting. I trust yours was successful. Pm me so I can discuss something with you.[/quote] |

Y'all need to be patient! Now let me sound this as a warning. If you don't know how to talk or express your views on a thread like this....it's BEST to keep Quiet & pray unto God. For that pal that mentioned about tribalism, PLEASE don't go there. Let's forgive which ever statement that was made here that started all this rubbish talks. Y'all that have done their interview waiting for the next stage should be grateful. Many started this recruitment a year ago and they are still on the same level with you guys on this year's process. A friend once told me that the HR team monitor what we all type here and I thought it was a joke till an insider said same thing they mentioned names & it's very easy for them to identify us by our mails. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. There are other firms recruiting and my best advise is for us to keep pushing when God says Yes....NOTHING CAN STOP our shine. So let's all be PATIENT. All I know is that this recruitment will surely come to an END

hian: Well the interview isn't that stressful I heard the interviewers here in abj complain that only 1 in ten passed the interview n they schedule 40 ppl each day and dressing smart n neat attracts bonus point of 20marks so if u don't dress well u giving away ur bonus dat can aid u. And the questions isn't a big deal but ur composure o. D questions were like wats economics (my field) What is recession and causes as it relates to GDP How can govt tackle recession What is banking How do banks make money What's fidelity mission n vision What's the current issue happening in d world Electric train moving from north to south which side would d smoke blow Ministers of trade finance state governors full name o
Please if u don't kn just calmly tell them u don't n request dey tell u in order to know coz if u say wrong it's big zero there
If you pass the interview it's straight to their training school How many marks is required for someone to advance to the next stage? Answer to that Electric train question is.....an Electric train DOES NOT emits smoke. |

jhudit: I'm sure you have more pictures of him. Go to PH center armed with the pictures, no read and learn. Interviewers that are looking for how to shortlist people, you wan make the work easier for them?
They had to rearrange and enter, but the wrong impression has already been made. Don't say that, you answered based on what you were asked. I am even scared that the questions I didn't answer well are the compulsory questions... From all you've said, seems those that did their interview in Lagos from 20th to 22nd are lucky. Though we faced different panels but it wasn't easy. Believe me, if they had asked us these questions JHUDIT told us here, many of us would fail. The questions differ from different angles and the way they ask or throw more questions would make u feel like as if you offended them earlier. I've asked before can one question you didn't answer correctly make you fail?? God help us all and for those yet to be invited read vast & stop looking for WhatsApp Groups to join. |

Nchabuomo: It's was stressful my brother o.... The panelists I met (2 ladies and a man) one of the ladies wanted to eat me raw. Was the last to be interviewed for the day, the guy was interested in asking me other questions that had nothing to do with what I came for( the meaning of my surname, what my parents do, the primary school I attended and sorts like that) asked what I would be on board to fidelity. The other lady quite lady kind of asked why Fidelity? And that's the only two questions they asked par say. The guy mentioned why would I want to work in a bank since I was already involved with real estate. I told him. The other lady said she had a property in Abuja she wants to sale.....we talked property for a while. The interviewers started hailing her that her husband is packing money in Abuja and other stuff....she mentioned her daughter is calling her on phone as today was visiting day. Then she then asked if I had an account with Fidelity, I said No. She begin enter me for like 5minutes, I was trying to save myself. Thats when the guy now asked what I bring on board, I replied. He asked if I had any question I asked about a particular product (only the guy knew the product). The attacking lady now told me to name all the banks currently running promos ...... I told her I didn't know all the running promos but I told her the ones I knew. The interview ended. In a nutshell I left the panel with a migraine. The guy was cool(or exhausted) the ladies by his side one was nice I think she's HR and the attacking lady. my panel was made up of 4 ( two men 1 albino lady and a dark lady) the ladies were just throwing questions like they had a beef with me. Infact, my panel wasn't really friendly but I know I couldn't answer a question well but the rest God saw me through it. But can a particular question you failed to answer correctly make you fail the interview? |

nuela100: Ok let's die the matter at this juncture but for the sake of fairness. Pls don't post the questions here. Apart from it being detrimental to those who passed with their heads, fidelity bank might also get to find out the questions are being leaked and who knows? Everyone might even be disqualified(we never can tell). On the other hand, who knows if I can do NPC birth certificate in abuja even though I was born in abia state i.e. I want it to still bear abia state as my place of birth. The HR person asked me to travel to abia state just for it but I think I can work around that. Pls who has any useful information. Thanks You will have to travel back to Abia State for that. I sent you a mail request. Want to tell/ask you something in Private since you're from Abia. |

senorova: Good day ladies and gentlemen. Hope everyone is great.
I got an invite via SMS from fidelity bank PLC, inviting me for an aptitude test on 8:30am on Monday.
I however have a little challenge. I was asked to come along with some documents as well as a valid id card. I do not have any valid id card or whatsoever. Will I be allowed to write the exam? Best advice is you gotta work out something. Either a work ID or personal ID just to show you're the person bearing the name with the picture in your documents. You have time to do that since it's on Monday. But better get a Driver's Licence cuz it will be asked during the interview. |

pitbully: Thanks bro. Please what are the various stages of the recruitment process? First of all pass the test. Their cut off mark is 50%. I believe it's still CBT, once you're done clicking your answers and submit, your result comes out immediately. If you are successful, you will write an essay with three topics to choose from. |

Udoka89: did u write a short essay afterwards if you passed, they will give you a sheet of paper with three topics to choose from & write an essay. After that, they will schedule a date for an Interview with the HR team before the other final interview. |

I wish everyone success that was invited for the Fidelity bank test/interview. All I have to say is stay focused & believe in yourself. I wrote mine last year it was easy, I passed the various stages of their test , got an interview with them & I believe it went well. All of a sudden, Then the bank was on embargo on recruitment. They finally lifted it this year that's why they are recruiting again now. I believe the test venue is not only in Lagos but in their regional head branches across the 36states. Wish y'all success & hope to join you guys from where I stopped with them. |
