Confirm
Seems to me this. MD will. Be the most corrupt NDDC Chairman.
1. He deliberately refused to pay candidates their transport fare, for the first time in four years
2. He is already having issues with Governors on executing projects without consulting them
3. He has been quoting huge sums of money being defrauded without due deligence
4. He accused some of changing schools thus the delay in paying their fees. Meanwhile NDDC advised most of these students to change their institutions for some reasons.
5. He has not been transparent for the first time compared to other MDS. He never published CBT scores for candidates to see and compare with their mates from same state. Thus they can manipulate and favour those that will bribe him
6. He'll not last because those who are corrupt will face the wrought of men and God.
7. I pray he doesn't fiddle with mine.
God help us all!

You can buy used GMAT, GRE etc. You probably need to hunt in Lagos or use OLX to search.

GeoOla25:
hello Michaella,
Good to know you still have passion to pursue a career in the field of Geosciences.

Firstly, I will say don't be discourage about your PPA challenges , Otta is not a best location for a geoscientists, I have been based there sometimes ago and I have onces and virtually comb the whole areas, but you would have been a bit lucky if you had your way to Lafarge or Wapco at Ewekoro or Ibese ...well no hope is lost. take your time to prepare more for the challenges ahead during this period.
Secondly, On the issue of securing an International admission and funding through scholarships , it's no rocket science , all you need to do is to use your google search engine effectively and get all your documents prepared.
why google? you have to search various institutions in the UK , Canada , US and other good countries, get a list of them and browse through there requirements for International students, so some school you don't even need TOEFL or IELT but just your WAEC or NECO credit in English will do, or get a proficiency in English from the school you graduated from.
I will give you a list of necessary documents you need to secure an admission in some international schools in UK and the likes.
1. get an international passport
2. get. the original copies of all your certificates till your last education
3. Get a your transcript l.e student copy
4. get reference letter from your school lecturers minimum of 2 will be required.
5. get IELT or TOEFL with score of 6.5 and above (optional), some scholarship boards requires it , chevening scholarship, NLNG and some few others requires it.
Thirdly, Funding it doesn't come like a magic, you need adequate preparations cos you will be competing with thousands of candidates too, I will list few international fully funding scholarship bodies apart from the one above and you also have to do your home work to know when these awarding bodies rolls out there scholarship.
1.PTDF
2.NLNG
3.Agip
4. Commonwealth
5. Shell (if your from oil producing states especially there operations areas)
6. NDDC (strictly Oil producing states)
7.for first class candidates , NUC too offer a scholarship.
just keep keen to your information and read extensively.

stay focus and keep your head's up.
cheer.
I Would suggest you use your space time to delve into technology. Learn new skills like coding, develop apps or some languages relegated to your field. Find someone to teach you or DIY by doing online course. This will broaden your knowledge and prepare you adequately for future challenges. It may even spur you to develop solutions in the industry and enable you meet financial needs. Do not forget to put your best effort into Community Development programmes.

Is this current. NDDC really transparent? To pay transport allowance problem. To publish result problem. To shortlist finalist wahala! I hope they are not shortchanging people or getting political! Like I said last year was the most perfect and transparent NDDC scholarship process. I didn't get it but they made us see everything without doubt! Kudos to Ibim Semenatari.

Time has gone when people will brandish achievements and we fall for it. We must not vote in people because they are young or old but for their competence and ability to lead. Have you encountered some of these person on your list? Some may become worse than our present leaders. Their characters and approach even to their fellow youths will shock you. There's a difference between leadership and profile padding. There are youths out there who are selfless but didn't have opportunity to study oversees nor start an NGO. Let us not sell a ticket worse than Buhari's. Look at the current youths in APC government what difference have they made? Tell me? Instead they defend evil unlike when they where not on the payrol. Tolu is no longer tweeting, omojuwa is quiet even when Buhari has been away for over 80days. All these youths you listed which one of them is asking questions? None! They are just climbing the ladder to get a share of their cake. We need youths like Malema(SA), nnamdi Kanu, Dokubo to join Nigerian politics. That way govt will sit up!

FamilyRe: Help! My Wife Wanna Leave Me by Donmatlock:
Avsegzy:
I'll try to make this brief. I met her in 2005 got married in 2010 but everything i knew about her characters Changed after that... From nagging to making life very difficult for me to cope...

I tried to adjust and told myself "this is what it to be called a real man" then i was in the force mostly posted on night guard 6pm to 6am so when i got home i would try to relax when it's 7am my wife will tell me to leave the bed cos she wanted to rearrange the bed neatly so I'd stand but she wouldn't let me use the bed back claiming I'd rough it lol... After few minutes she'd tell me to get up from the chair in the sitting room that she wanted to sweep. Hehe i was like " i don enter one chance ohhh".

Sometimes if i got annoyed before i said one she'd already said four but one mistake i made was that i used to tell her that i can never ever beat my wife even for once. Sometimes she would even tell me that I was only scared of being beaten by a woman not that i didn't want to beat her, if I'm a man enough i should let us give it a trial lol.

I tried to do an inter state transfer just to be far away from cos after our first child things only get worse but then there was an embargo on transfer, i tried to be transferred to another local government but it wasn't successful. I took it as a shame on me to drive her out even with my little kid so i decided to travel out of the country after my visa came out i resigned but i felt guilty with the idea of leaving without informing her so I told her 2days to my departure though she was happy about it but insisted i must give her money to rent another house before i left, i pleaded with her to continue living there that later I'll send her money to rent another place but she said NO... I gave her the money, later to the market and buy foodstuffs that i knew could take them up to 2months at least, i also gave her what i could afford as "pocket money". It's not even up to 2weeks over i left that she started calling me that they were hungry and no money to buy food i was shocked "so i never escape?" I was annoyed "after you almost finished all my money back home?" hmmm "ok no problem use out of the money i gave u to rent another apartment" she said no she'd already given it to her friend to keep it.

She didn't even ask if got a job or not every time she called it'd be argument about money. I told her to go to my mum then to collect money but she refused saying my mum wasn't the one that came to marry her...

Later i stop to pick her calls and later changed my number but the more i tried to ignore her the more i missed her and my kid who i love to hear her voice always. I called her back after 2months, sent money to her(a big mistake) and that made her to demand more and more with hot pressure. I got tired of life didn't know what else to do and I've not been earning much work permit and co. Still under processing i decided to go do some casual works(labour work) the money i got 1st and 2nd day in the 3rd day luck ran against me and and i was arrested for working without permit i had the option to pay fine though but i couldn't afford the amount so i came back to Nigeria.

The most shocking things was that without informing her of what happened or my coming home she handed over a boxers " you're welcome this is what i bought for you" i asked how did she know i was coming she said she just feel like buying it. Later i told her what happened and how she was the cause but she wasn't remorseful rather she said i was lying against her and I've never seen anything this is just the beginning.

Backed in Nigeria no more work, things was hard but I'm not a lazy type but i refused to live with her but not willing to leave her. I decided to stay in another state, found something to do, got enough money years later and travelled out again but this time i didn't tell her anything up to a year now but i do send money. She sent a message through social media that she heard I'm living with a woman somewhere else so if i don't show up in 3months an end will come to our marriage.

I forgot to hard she works, has a shop. What should i do cos i can go home now and i love her and don't want to have 2nd wife in my record I've not even cheated just for once.
You are good ma but you didn't tell the whole story. Did you marry her as a friend or out of coincidence? By your training you are disciplined and you want to keep your integrity by avoiding divorce too. Fine! Now, have you sat with your wife before, say about 1am to have a heart-to-heart talk. Tell her you still love her and your daughter? That you want a happy home and would want her to make this marriage work?that you'll be there for them? Take to treat her better. Kiss and hug her before you leave the house and when you return. Buy her little gifts like ice cream, earrings and stuffs unannounced. If she doesn't love back call be a liar!

BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Donmatlock: 7:00am On Jun 21, 2017
Most people seem not to understand the concept of Uber or Taxi sharing business. You really don't need to buy a new car for Uber. The idea was to give car owners opportunity to make extra income if their vehicles are available, you talk of those out of job or have idle cars. So if you go ahead to buy a new one it doesn't matter to Uber and that's why it seems they are not favouring partners.
Secondly, Uber is fair to all parties and I guess they realised that the middle class in Nigeria are not that rich thus the price reviews. How many people can pay 2k for. 4km ride when you can jump a bus for N200? Well, I just take Uber when I am heading for a special occasion, when the road is not accessible or airport. If the fares come down more, I probably use them regularly against cabs because of security!
Ubers has other competitors so if you feel they are not good enough try them. Taxify, etc. 25% Is reasonable because they provide you with a platform and automated service. If you were to run a taxi on your own how do you get clients? If you join airport taxi, you pay heavily and still queue. Appreciate uber.

EducationRe: 15 FUTO Students Arrested For Leading Protest Against School Management by Donmatlock: 4:15pm On Feb 20, 2017
Protest is human right.
If you protest and they single out some for punishment, your protest just started.
Gather the entire school, shut down activities so that when they see the crowd, they will release your colleagues.

Secondly, because students in the South East do not have strong presence online, some of these serious issues do not come online quickly for people to spread the news. It will always arrive late. This is why every youth must be enlightened enough to learn social media skills. By the time you send photos, videos and news to Sahara reporters, Channels, NTA, CNN, Omojuwa and all over twitter even the Police IG and spokesman Abayomi Shogunle will immediately call that bush man called Commissioner of Police in Owerri and your people will be released.

To at the Unilag Student case last year and Audu Maikori matter. If not for social media all those guys wouldn't have been released.
Guys shine your eyes, learn new skills connect and make things happen.

In the rapid technologically advanced world of contemporary communications, it is essential to be relevant to changing communication needs and to consistently deliver progressive thoughts. There are consistent disruptions in all areas of life including technology and marketing.

Social media is beyond posting pictures and videos on Facebook and twitter. Successful delivery of effective social activity, as part of an integrated digital campaign, combines science and art.

To develop some of the most effective social media strategies for individuals and businesses requires deep understanding of the social media terrain and techniques to create and post the right content that would connect with your target audience, grow your online community, increase sales and illuminate your brand in the mind and hearts of your customers.

--Do you have a Facebook or Twitter page because your competitors have but you don’t know what to post and how to get new fans?
--Are you a startup or established business, you’ve got a small fan base but you struggle to commit resource to keeping it up to date?
--Your fans don’t engage that much so you want help, strategy and ideas to make social work for your company?
--Are you a big brand, you’ve got a massive fan base and they engage well but you want to get everyone talking about you. You’ve seen other big brands have big viral success and you want to know how?
--Do you want to earn extra money by learning new skills in social media marketing, digital marketing, Internet of Things, Pay Per Click, SEO, Website Analysis, Online Advertising etc
--Do you live in Owerri, Aba, Umuahia, Onitsha, Orlu, Mbaise, Okigwe, or any nearby southeast, or Lagos Nigeria ?

You need experts in social media who understand the fine details of each social platform including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Most importantly, these experts will help you talk to your fans in the form of social posts, talk to you regularly about how the business strategy is doing and how you can use social media to help you achieve your business objectives. You can learn or teach your staff these skills in order to remain relevant in the market place.
