U are a disgrace to ur alma mata. They had a contract to repair the phone if anything goes bad. If they fail to, that is breech of contract. Is 8k small money? I don't think so. People work for 5k salary a month in this naija. besides, he didn't pluck the money from the tree so he has every right to demand value for it.
@op, mine stayed with Innjoo for over 3months b4 they repaired it. callibrator stopped within first month of purchase.

I have not seen users complain about screen, battery or charging port issue.

How many people are using xiaomi? how then do U expect to compare?

you're right but ibuygou adds aditional one year warranty at lil price so you don't need to look for any spare parts.

The fix and return it you in pristine condition.

But don't forget that even with the warranty, one will have to pay tp to and fro the Repair center. that alone is a turn off. Even Innjoo that is in naija, I know how I suffered b4 they fixed my failed touch screen. Talk more of outside naija. but those brands I listed have service centers accessible to me with just N200 tp in kd.

My problem with all these phones is is spare parts. I prefer tecno, infinix, gionee, or itel Cos I can easily get my phones fixed.

Just look for a Neatly used tecno L8 or infinix hot note. A neat one wont have much diff with new one. Dont even do any mistake go take xiomi and all those phones without service center here. Else, the day u will start looking for parts, e go be for u. Also, no go below 4000mah ba3. For me, any phone apart from gionee, tecno, infinix and itel is a no go area cos with N200 tp, am at their service center.

Why don't your just get her a set of two or three with good quality within same budget instead of buying 4-5 with same amount. She would appreciate better quality than quantity. The place to go is Eko market or Tejuosho market if you are in Lagos.

Don't get ur hopes high. they told us that their "big" thing, the it16something was gonna carry HD. But we ended up with ips with a terrible resolution even below the tecno p3 phone of 2012. That's Itel for U.

The man is talking about screen display quality (HD or not) and not screen type (whether IPS, AMOLED, TFT etc) IPS can be high resolution or low resolution. it1516Plus is not an HD screen phone. So disappointing.

For once in your company life, make a quality phone, not a mediocre.

Thanks a much for telling them. I wanted to reply them but I discovered they don't even know the little technical stuff abt phones. Seems all they are trained to do here is to refer people to carlcare. @Itel, most cheap phones have IPS. I had a tecno TV phone I bought for 7k. It was IPS. but resolution matters. U guys can't even manage to give us the most common 240ppi. What will I do with 196ppi? If u don't understand what am saying, Google is ur friend. Pls upgrade and stop using generic Chinese materials.

Am not surprised at that. am only surprised that u are expecting an itel phone with good screen resolution. Every average techy guy knows that when it comes to Item, screen resolution and camera quality is a big ZERO.

RAM Makes this phone uselessly useless. Only for novices. Many have spoken well but let me add my voice.
1. RAM - what will I do with a crappy 512mb ram when I know the android system will take up over 70% of it?
2. Internal Memory - U say its 4gb or 8gb but what customers get will b less than 2gb. b4 anything, there's this annoying message of low men
3. Processor - Seriously Itel? who does single and dual core this days
4. Display quality - I know u wanna make the phone cheap but haba nahh, less than 240ppi is rubbish. imagine u giving us 190ppi. Tir!!
5. Camera- Pictures appear like poster color paintings. pls work on it. even Don't just buy generic Chinese cameras. use quality.
6. Size - 5 incher, 5.5incher, good one. I love it. just make the display quality worthwhile
7. Battery - uve obviously understood this area so no slacking.
8. Affordability - It's been ur watch word so no slack.
9. Marketing - I knew itel b4 I knew tecno. C infinix of yesterday. sha to market, u need quality. so work on my points.
Note that this is a generalization based on ur phones I know. Up ur game cos even USELESS INNJOO do better.

I've been using my Innjoo i1s for nothing less than 3 years now; and despite the broken calibration due to falling from 2 storey building, tables, etc. it doesn't seize or stop working. Experience from/with a product from a particular manufacturer doesn't justify the remaining products from the same manufacturer; in fact, it doesn't justify same product with another customer. One man's food is another man's poison. My neighbour bought Infinix hot note 2 two years after I've been using Innjoo phone and his start developing fault three months after use. So what about that? People I've recommended Innjoo products to and they go for it never complain to me. This ain't about doing advert or praising them, its about telling you that what doesn't work for you might be the saviour of another. Don't bad-mouth products because electronic devices are meant to be faulty. When you're complaining about Innjoo, what do you expect people using the latest Samsung smartphones experiencing crashed IMEIs to do?
