I return to Etisalat this morning, glo was really messing me up,was thinking it was my location but hell no, only to open a page takes forever, I just patiently wait for my data to finish before switching to Etisalat, and just one click it opens so fast.

Am just waiting for my data 2 finish too. Me wey dey finish 1gb etisalat in less than 2 weeks, It's 3weeks now I subscribed to Glo 1.5gb and i still get over 1gb data balance. Glo, I pee for una head.

Glo has become too annoying. it started with terribly poor data service. I thought it was due to my location. when i however switched location even to anther state it's still the same. Its either the 3g network downloads at <20kbs or it goes off completely for several minutes. I've switched devices and its still same. And the voice calls? I can't believe in Kaduna township I still have to answer a call moving up and down just to hear clearly even when the network bars are full. And to call their customer care and stay forever b4 one is answered is another palava. I think I better return to my etisalat. Though etisalat data rolls off too fast even when no one pursueth it, (plus a diff. of 500mb since glo gives 1.5g for 1k) I still will get reliably fast internet.

Etisalat too dey zap data. But even MTN struggles to compete with it on speed. Glo wey don turn scrap. at 3 diff locations in Kaduna, I tried downloading on 3g and was getting less than 20kbs. That's besides the fluctuations of glo. A min it's on H+ and in another, its on 3g. yet in another min, the network goes off. Glo needs to wake up.

If infinix develops fault, I spend just N200 and am at their Kaduna office (carlcare). If na Bluboo nnko? And pls don't talk of durability cos we know infinix is also durable. Besides, non was made by God so faults could arise at anytime.

all of u marketing this clean 9 thing have been using the same b4 and after pixs. I tot u will also use the pixs of those u have assisted too.

are u still struggling with this? what's your budget like? I hope u knw this tab got no warranty and no returns. meaning if it reaches u with a defect, u don enter one chance be that - no returning. plus if it develops a fault later, no warranty. u are on ur own. its cheap though so u may wanna risk it and be lucky. plus, knw that the screen resolution ain't gonna be different from imose. I would advise u to search 4 a very clean lumia or Samsung fairly used tab which has never been worked upon. if ur budget is high, y not go for techno dual is tab?

It took 3 months - November through January, for them to stop giving me stories and finally ask me 2 bring the phone to them. Its almost 2 months since since they collected it and all I receive is text mess from them every weekend telling me they are still working on my phone. Can someone help tell the OP the name of the company and the name of the phone?

its 3 weeks I got the Imose tablet and I think that but for the resolution, its cool. its arnd 30k on jumia. u can read my full review on it. whichever u decide on, please, for ur peace of mind, STAY AWAY from Innjoo.

take it as a case study and maybe later...i can personally show u in person...if u check many threads on google...u will read the major causes are what shawlax described..true only by 5% occurrence but wen u use a MD5 or sha1 to authenticate your downloaded iso and u even eliminate the possibility of a fake flash and download all the drivers in the world and yet u dont get any answer then u begin to wonder deeper...
read between the lines of my response with him an use that to empower urself in ur quest to know...
familiarise urself with the DISKPART MODE and in this case pause it at the "clean" command..

I used shift+f10 to get to cmd. did the disk part and clean commands. returned but my problem still persists

hi gurus. I bought a freedos laptop from jumia and I tried to install windows. win 10 installed but I hate it. refuses almost all my software installs due to compatibility. I decided to use win 7. tried installing from flash but after loading, it gives me an error saying ""A required CD/ DVD drive device driver is missing". I've search online and tried all solutions I saw but no way. I decided to get a win 7dvd thinking its cos of flash, still, same problem. spent 2 days on this already. laptop is Acer aspire e5-571. thanks

Battery: the battery is inbuilt and i think it’s above average. I lost 7% battery after playing music for 3hrs. When i watch movies, i noticed i lose 12-15% for every hour- meaning one could watch movies for 6-7hrs and still have some remaining charge. On standby? I think it can last almost 2days with very light usage.

Network: it has BT, Wifi and hotspot. 1sim card slot which is okay. I find the connectivity very okay with no issues.

Camera: wont say much here cos the screen resolution wont allow one determine how good cam is. But overall, i still think the pixs are okay though there appears to be some poster-colourlike effects on the pixs.

Speaker: speaker is cool. It’s loud. I dont want to mislead anyone esle i would say its very loud. That’s how i think abt it.

Multitask and gaming: forget it!!. Sonic boom lags even with over 360 free ram. That’s after it took a century for me to install it. I dont think it will handle resource intensive games. Though i havent tested one. Will do that soon. Plus, microsoft word lags too. It’s the only open app with over 40% free ram but when i type with the external keyboard, i have to wait for the writing to follow me. It gets frustrating when u wanna type a doc fast cos u wont be able to correct errors timely.

OTG: yes it picks some printers (printer share app), recognises, flashdrives, keyboard etc. Problem here is that i got a usb hub but i still cant use any two devices at the same time. I cant use the keyboard and a mouse, or flashdrive or even charge while typing with external keyboard.

Summary: i think its better described as a reading tablet. considering it's cheap price, its simply fairly okay. Well that’s why i bought it in the first place. sometimes, the external keyboard will stop working untill i restart. plus, it sometimes hangs, shows some distorted screen like a cracked screen then restarts. i know also that if it gets spoilt, am doomed cos i wont care suffering to send the tablet to Imose from kaduna to lagos after my experience with useless Innjoo. See its antutu score below.

Pros
i. Above average Battery
ii. Loud and clear speakers
iii. Large screen
iv. Cool simple design

Cons
i. Poor screen resolution
ii. No custom ui or apps
iii. Poor multitasking and gaming
iv. Not Naija-made as claimed
v. Long boot time
vi. Cant connect more than one otg device at once

ImoseMobile started with poor marketing but i think theyve improved and were able to grab me attention with their new baby Imose x-II tab. Here's my experience with it. Ps. dont expect me to be techy cos am not.:

Design:
i think its cool and simple. No much ting here. Though i ordered pink in error. Didn’t notice till it got to me.
Brand Name:

Its not made in Nigerian. Lai! Lai! Its just a generic Chinese tab with the instruction of the Nigerian distributor that the name “Imose” be inscribed on it. Besides the inscription of the top left screen corner, and the welcome logo, there is nothing in the tab that suggest it’s made by Imose. Look how useless innjoo love-vendor their phones with customized ui, browsers, launchers and even apps. Not so with imose. Infact, the about page calls it X-II while Antutu could not even locate the name but simply called it by it’s processor- Intel. C pix below.

Boot time: takes about 1min to boot and some 10secs to shutdown.

Android version/ui:
this version is different from what i see with tecno and others. No battery % indication except one drags the notification bar 2wice. I think its simply the follow-come android version with no ui thingy. No pimping, Nothing extra.

Display:
i measured it and the screen is 10” as described but the touch glass appears ordinary. I think if it falls, its gone. So i hold it like an egg. It is also not very responsive/sensitive but that’s not an issue. The main issue is the bad display resolution. There are some pix on Facebook i barely recognize who they are. No forget it, the resolution is bad. Antutu says it’s 160ppi. Even the battery indicator by avast bat. Saver aint clear enough to see.

Hi all. My school nominated me as one of the two people to go supervise waec in the forthcoming exams. The exams will soon start and i feel different abt it. I normally feel all waec supervisors are corrupt and the whole thing is all abt bribery and malpractise. My school will be disappointed if i dont go cos that will mean them losing a slot. Does losing a slot have any effect on the school's status? Is there any one with the experience? Can there ever be a situation where the school one is posted to wont pressure one to compromise? thnks

Morning gurus. My Hp 1160 printer has defied every means to install. I could not find the disk so i downloaded the driver from Hp's site. After asking me to plug printer and detecting same, it tells me "printer detected please wait". After a long wait, it says the installation has failed. I have downloaded and overdownloaded self. Its still not working. I even removed the win7 installation (64bit) and installed a 32bit version since that's the last version i recalled worked with the printer (My harddisk had crashed hence the installation of 64bit win7). The printer icon shows but with a caution sign. after troubleshooting, it says "generic IEEE 1284.4 printer support not in installed". Any help pls?

Should b new, preferably Acer or Toshiba

Does it have OTG? plus, whats in the box?
