XieXie:called their guy in kaduna and he told me the screen is bad and shld b fixed. He meant the cost will b on me. I told him I don't even move anywhere with d tab and it has never dropped let alone getting damaged. Besides, 4days ago I discovered another line on the screen. that's a tab I left on table and went for weekend at a friend's place ohh. Well, the guy later said he will confirm if it could b worked for me free. Later, he sent me 2 No's to call and lay my complain. I think its their Lagos office. called both No's but they did not pick my call yesterday. calling much later today. |
so after 4 months, they repaired and returned my Innjoo fire. It's with the stock ROM. I put a custom popkat but it got some bugs-Some apps keep crashing. I returned 2 d stock but it's got no 3g on 2nd sim. Is there any way to enable 3g on the 2nd sim? phone is rooted already. thnks |
Where is lie Mohammed? He should go and learn stats 101 |
mikolo80:you probably don't understand my point. I am not planning on staying on my current job for long mind you. Plus my mum is a fed worker. The minimum wage may thus benefit me anyhow. But to bring the issue to the table where fuel hike is gonna be discussed is so not cool. The same FG is claiming the workforce is too much. What happens if they cut jobs later? Of cos na small small everything they start. Shebi workers no gri support NLC. When Buhari cuts jobs, them go seek NLC but will not find |
Many NLanders who dont support NLC strike keep saying NLC should talk of minimum wage rather than fuel hike. I think that's a weak point of argument and so i won ask: "How Many People Minimum Wage don Epp?" My point is simple: If anyone wants to argue for deregulation as being the best option, then its best to do so without bringing the minimum wage into it cos that is a story for another day. I therefore believe that NLC was right for refusing to negotiate minimum wage at a meeting meant to address fuel hike. Also, there is no how FG would claim min wage is a "palliative" because that is a baseless argument. The fact stands that: 1. Based on records, the FG has about 90k staff. Add up the security agencies and it may be save to say that FG has around 500k people on its payroll. Now if we relate that to 160mill Nigerians, that's about 0.3% of our total population. 2. Lagos State employs the largest work force after the FG. Kaduna has about 90k staff on its payroll. Oyo about 86k. Let's assume an average of 60k staff for the 36 states of the federation. We should thus have about 2.1mill state workers and this represents a meagre 1.3% of our total population (I know its likely higher). 3. The minimum wage they want to review will also only affect these 0.3% FG workers because the last time i checked, about 26 states are currently battling with the issue of salaries which is based on 18k minimum wage. This is besides the fact that many states have not even implemented the 18k min wage. For instance, Kaduna State govt where i work uses 15k as min wage. On level 8, am paid 36k and note that i have a BSc, PGDE, and MSc. My boss who also has MSc. is on Lev 16 and is paid 123k. Now relate the above to the fact that a diploma holder on FGs payroll earns upwards of 45k depending on the institution/agency. 4. Thus, how can FG hike fuel price and introduce Minimum wage of 45k (or so) as "palliative" for something that will only affect just 0.3% of our population? (dependants noted but excluded) * What about communities that dont have any federal worker? How do they benefit from the so called "palliatives"? 5. Besides Lagos which may be able to pay its workers any reviewed minimum wage, which other state can pay? 6. It is general knowledge that the price of fuel affects over 90% of Nigerians as compared to minimum wage that will only benefit a few. 7. If i invite people to a ceremony and some eat 3 plates while others take just 1, i believe everyone eats based his stomach's carrying capacity so i got no reason to vex. Wetin concern me with that oga that Govt is subsidizing the fuel he uses in his SUV? subsidize for me too according to my stomach- (1.4lt engine) and i will be happy. 8. What about those who are not even on Govt pay roll? The farmers, petty traders, students, barbers, phone charging vendors, the maisuya and the grocery shop owners who use Tiger Generator? What about the students that go to school daily and the workers that will be paying a hiked TP fare? Which do they benefit from? Min wage abi Low Pump Price? 9. They claim the N145 pump price will ensure availability of product but we all know its a lie. Right now in Kaduna, the queues are gradually returning again. Of cos the marketers are exhausting their products and will thus have to go and buy with dollar at 340. With this "deregulation" and CBN FX policy, i think N145 is not the ceiling but rather the floor. 10. Finally, shebi they said they have N3trn in TSA. Make them use am arrange the Refinery nah or are they keeping it for 2019? SUMMARY FOR those who did not read my epistle, all i'm saying is govt should argue for the good of deregulation but never bring in increased minimum wage as a "palliative" cos it only DIRECTLY benefits less than1% of the Nigerian population. They want to getaway with the insensitive fuel hike easily. Min. Wage is a necessary discussion for another day. |
Na lie. E no dey work. Tried it after going to pulse |
Emmaway:Mchewwww!! seems u are new to the smartphone world. My last phone had 2g ram. now am using one with 2g ram and 4000mah battery. which kind bad luck u won give me with itel? abeg holam dia! |
can't Itel get a good market advisor? why do they still stay behind time. till date, itel still produce single and dual core "smartphone". How can u pair a 5incher with 0.5g ram? see the resolution self. Olodo itel. itel uses carlcare care centers and thus could sell well if they wake up from their medieval production line. Another thing I notice is that they have some good phones that u will only see in offline stores. u won't even know such phone exist. Terrible marketing. |
Pure lies from tecno marketer. Am currently holding the L5 and its not charging my tecno p5 neither did it charge my touch light tecno. |
Kizyte:lol. u dey provoke ohh. dem done do u bad abi. @op, I called Lagos office of Innjoo today where my Innjoo fire has been held to ransom for over 2months running. The lady promised to check and call me back. But unsurprisingly, and as usual, she only deceived me. That's just calibration issue ohh. Buy Innjoo at your own risk. I bought it and in less than a month, I regretted. My friend has since dumped his Innjoo note cos no where to get ba3. AS said by someone above, once u hear the name Inn...., just run for your life else na heart attack u dey use ur money buy. The fact that 2 or 3 voices claim its good does not mean the over 100 wailing voices should b ignored. Buy Innjoo, Buy Trouble. |
Baadal:am in kaduna. i dont need 4g phone cos its virtually useless. plus i needed a 5inch phone not 5.5. and 3kmah equals 4kmah? if u know how i take get 33k to giv konga for this time, u go just lock up. thanks sha |
Thanks guys. I think the Gionee mini fits my discription. Going for it. @Baadal, add 5k to come carry phone with 1g ram? Thanks anyway. made my choice. |
the topic says it all. I need only 5". don't want too big and lesser. not less than 4000mah ba3. I will prefer Infinix, tecno or gionee cos their customer care office is close enough. |

Bratking:if someone had done this before, I would not have fallen in2 their trap. |
its so annoying seeing some people trying to support Innjoo even when they are producing crap. Below are some of the complaints threads about the useless phone. there hasnt been a phone with so muc complains as innjoo. Read and be guided. https://www.nairaland.com/2869068/reason-why-should-never-buy https://www.nairaland.com/2402576/innjoo-deceit https://www.nairaland.com/2961428/think-twice-before-buy-innjoo https://www.nairaland.com/1904985/demerits-buying-injoo-phone https://www.nairaland.com/3046065/innjoo-fire-innjoo-care-abt http://www.yomiprof.com/2015/07/could-this-be-true-innjoo-fire-gone.html?m=1 https://www.nairaland.com/3046381/what-could-cause-innjoo-quietness |
hectorswag:I wish I can call u to address this rubbish u are talking here. if Innjoo office don't have parts, where will road side engineers get the parts? u are talking trash. nairaland is inundated with complaints abt Innjoo that any right thinking person should wish that they be banned from Nigeria till they improve. I myself have open over 3 threads to complain here. my Innjoo fire which got spoilt less than a month after I bought it has not been fixed till today. I called their Lagos office which u claim have parts and they kept telling me call in 2 weeks time. from July 2015 till now, the phone is not fixed. it's at their Lagos office and its been there for over 2mnths now and still excuses. I bet u haven't even used an Innjoo. |
Mokuwe:Innjoo fire plus that was released late 2015 u dey claim 2014. u own no Innjoo joor. Abi, are u their fake rep? |
I need no such lecture. What the news said at first was monthly. Notice am not the only one who made reference to a month. Even at that, y borrow? Shebi they claim they have 3trillion in TSA? @ Nusaf, cheaperstores, FullDepth1, Henchamb, naija247 |
NOI told us. They claimed she needed to shut up. They said she could not manage the economy well. They claimed if not for corrption, there will be enough to go round and even save. Now the zombies are in power. So far, wth the "tackling" of corruption and the handling of the economy by "better" hands, i expect that after one year, we shld be saving and lending to others by now. What abt the 3trillion they claim they have in the tsa? what sense does it make for me to have huge money in my account but decide to go and borrow and start paying interest and servicing debts? Or are they saving the 3trillion for 2019? N600b Just to "Augment"? not even the whole salary. It means the total could be arnd 1.6-2trillion. Tinubu and OBJ salary go dey inside be that. Nigeria, I hail thee. APC and ... (u know the drill) |
I've complained here b4. Bought the innjoo fire abt a month after it started selling on Jumia arnd June 2015. Jumia delivered it 2 my home in good time. Just a month into using it, the calibration started malfunctioning. I called Jumia and they said 14days policy has elapsed blah blah... They gave me Innjoo care phone. I dialled they said that's Lagos office. They gave me Abuja office number. Dialled and they said they have no parts yet. "call back in 2 weeks time" they said. I called after 3weeks. "No parts... Call back in 2 weeks time" again they said. It continued until December. After raking on phone, they said find someone to bring it since am in Kad. spent like 2k sending it. My friend took it to them. they said to avoid complains, he should keep it til another 2weeks wen they hope to receive parts. After the 2weeks elapsed he went back and they said they are on holiday. "check back in January 2016" they said. 1st week of February, My friend took it. they collected it and asked to be given 15working days to fix it. That's 3 weeks by implication. after 3 weeks they texted him that they are not done so he should be patient. That was the last communication from them. now this is April, 3months after and he went yesterday. They told him its difficult getting parts and that my phone is in their Lagos office. So as it stands, no one even knows if I may get to c my phone again. I've since gotten another phone but I feel highly cheated not just by Innjoo but by JUMIA, their collaborators in CRIME. wasted like 20k for nothing. I called out Jumia coz its the retail outlet, aiding the sale of fake products by innjoo. I expect that with the plethora of complains on NL and even on Jumia review pages, Jumia should refuse to sell a product from such a big manufacturer until they get their acts right. So Jumia, just like "Doctor" in my area that sold me a fake panadol extra the other day, is their collaborator in crime. Which retailer will be happy selling a product to its customers when they ain't satisfied with it? Lalasticlala tell Innjoo & Jumia, I pee on una head. ![]() |
Maximum83:But people got to add some reasonable level of objectivity to their subjective claims. Fact remains there are thousands more users of tecno than Infinix in naija. |
This is to reply to the points raised by Nebuchadnezar abt infinix selling more than tecno. I Strongly Disagree. FACTS: - Agreed that both manufacturers produce good quality phones. - Infinix also provide more value for money cos u get better specs at same price with a tecno. - Infinix phones are durable and so are tecno's. HOWEVER..... When u talk of "sell" I believe we are talking about volume of sales. Simply put, Tecno sells far more phones than Infinix. Reasons are simple .... 1. Tecno has a far more wider fan base. The phones most people are accustomed to in Nigeria is Techno. But for those in the cities, Infinix would sound new to Many Nigerians especially those in the hinterland. for instance, in my house, my dad L5+5ktecno, Mum F5, sis F5, Me M5+3k tecno, Bros Zero2+3k tecno. Where I work, we got 16staff. 11 use tecno smartphones plus abt 5 using smaller tecno phones. only one lady use Infinix.hot2. remaining use other scrap chinko. U can do that analysis for ur workplace and see for thyself. So I think tecno will sell more phones. 2. Besides smart phones, tecno produces other tiny phones that range from 2k to 10k mostly java or ordinary ones. This is what Infinix barely produces if at all it does. Infinix focuses more on the smartphone market and I don't expect anyone to claim there are more smartphone users than those who use ordinary ones. besides, most Nigerians with smartphones still hold smaller phones as backups. Most times, if such phones ain't Nokia, then its a tecno. So Nebuchadnezar and co, NO!!!!! Infinix don't sell more than tecno. |
Jeffy1206:lol. But come ohh, you just gave me a revenge idea. I go borrow 5h call finish then dump the sim. U b better person. Me and Glo must bear the loss. |
