[s] greenmonk:[/s] Use your brain. If you wanna wail, you can open a fresh thread for that. This thread is about the 'rented' crowd that came to welcome the IB to Sokoto State and asked him to come back. We all know the crowd was rented. No doubt! If the crowd didn't have prior knowledge of Jonathan's visitation, how then did they troop out with placards with Jonathan's name boldly inscribed on them? Abi na monitoring spirit them be We ain't kids bro. I'm also from a political family and I know how those things are organized. |
So welcoming an incumbent President to his State, where he happens to be the CSO makes him a political prostitute? Haba! He's far more refined than Fayose. |
MrPolitics:The huge crowd that welcomed him at the Sokoto airport are elites who had prior knowledge of his visitation to Sokoto. One among them might have rented those guys to come welcome his/her ex-boss. |
Let's even assume the crowd wasn't rented. But let's ask ourselves some questions concerning the visit and the 'massive crowd' that claimed they wanted back Jonathan. 1. Prior to the very moment Jonathan's jet landed in Sokoto, did any of us hear he would be traveling to Sokoto to commiserate with the family of the late deposed Sultan? 2. If we didn't hear - it means he didn't publicize the visit, how then did these people know he would be visiting and then wrote on cardboards? 3. Somebody might have informed them about Jonathan's planned visitation, hence the doctored cardboards. Or is it possible for them to write on those cardboards without having a prior knowledge of his planned visitation? Abeg make them stop to dey deceive us abeg. We all know someone informed those peeps that Jonathan would be visiting. He bought those cardboards and placards with his/her money. They then inscribed those things on them and gave them out to those people to go welcome Jonathan. Me sef come from political family na. I know how they arrange all these things. |
TimeManager: ![]() In fact, all the traders in Onitsha and Aba markets would troop out en masse to the airport to welcome their imaginable Trump. ![]() |

TheFreeOne:Would you have emboldened this had it been the two rejected nominees were Southerners? Wouldn't you be here accusing Buhari of appointing Northerners forgetting that the Senate screened the Southerners out? |
Bujumbura:We don't celebrate failures in APC. Omenka has never been seen on this forum supporting this man. He's not like those guys from the other side who would always support their own even if he's failing or has failed. |

martha89:No-one hates you. You hate yourselves. You have the Speaker. More appointments are still coming. SA's, SSA's, Commissioners et al. Besides, how do you intend to get your own State? We have Benin, Afemai and Esan. Esan happens to be the minority amongst the 3. They should carve Esan out and leave Afemai and Benin together? |
OAUTemitayo:Maybe. Dunno though. But most of our parents were taught Yoruba back then in school. |
