You simply know nothing about the law. Even a consensual sexual intercourse by an adult with a 17 year old (who is obviously a minor), is regarded as a rape in the eyes of the law.
Once the Mustapha guy establishes that he had any sexual relationship with the said girl when she was still 17 years old, then he has indicted himself and will go down. It doesn't matter whether she sent him any nude pics or not. Infact, even if she was the one that seduced him, he will still be charged for rape.

As for the nude pics, don't forget that she already mentioned that the Mustapha guy took nude pictures of her, against her will. It was the same pictures he threatened to use against her, which made her live in fear all those years, and refused to report the rape incidents.

I know the girl wouldn't be completely innocent, as some of the reports from the Mustapha guy would indict her, but as long as she was 17 years old then, Mustapha is a goner.

Forget about the law mah gee. When a case like this arises, you guys remember that Nigeria has laws. I'm sure the law would only affect him not Senator Yerima who married and probably fuvcked a girl under the age of 13.

Igala is the majority as far as I'm concerned. The Okuns 20% want their person, Faleke as the Governor; the Ebiras 33% want their person, Yahaya Bello as Governor; while the Igalas 47% want their person as Governor. You can't say a tribe which has 47% population of a State is the minority.

What rightfully belong to them? Jesus! You see why I am very much conÇerned on this Faleke issue? It is simply to assert the right of Éthnic minoritÌes in Nigeria. We experienced this during the Eastern region and advocated for our separate state. This is not a battle to say 'yes, it is okay to marginalise because I'm being marginalised', it is rather about 'say no to marginalisation'. That should be our campaign.

If they ain't guilty of marginalisation and they're being victimised, I will pity them. Unless we all say NO to it, it can't stop.

The Etsakos represented us in the Senate from 1999-2007, the Owans from 2007-2011 and Akoko Edo from 2011-2015, the Etsakos came out and said they'd tried for us so they wanna take what 'rightfully' belongs to them. Nigerians must not be behind him before his made the 'duly-elected' Governor. Let due processes be followed. There's no room for a dead Candidate who's probably leading in an inconclusive Election in the Constitution or Electoral Acts. We are just saying our own for now.
