anyway, IMSU(imo), AAU(Edo), Absu(abia), Ansu(anambra) have low English aspirants, tho not all offer English & Lit together.... would have added NDU(bayelsa) buh surprisingly, they have 500+ aspirants for English

Anyway, you can do further research, especially about their fees, environs and how much popularity the school has(very important when job hunting)... I'll add more if I find any

2 sittings are allowed by all the aforementioned universities in both optometry and dentistry.... I guess only med aspirants gets special treatment

am dead!...totally dead!!!....jamb is a scam!,am frustrated.....what d heck is going on?...dis is my least jamb score...even when I was in ss3,I wrote jamb and I scored 227,I wasn't DAT serious den buh now DAT I read everything readable,followed d syllabus,bought all d subjects test books and burnt d midnight candle,wrote 270 boldly on my room wall as my target!,jamb decided to put shame on my face and useless my life!


jamb has succeeded to frustrate me at last!.....plz friends what will 194 fetch me?...I don't fink any uni can offer any course to me with DAT!....

But I'm trying to play it safe, that's why I opted for Stats with the hope of possibly switching in 200L.

This whole Jamb stuff just complicated things sha.
Many pple will probably change to UI due to low scores, causing more competition.

if its possible to switch, then stick to the least competitive course, then switch later.... buh if its not, then dude take the bull by the horn or change to another university(if your jamb score is considerably high)

considering how many people didn't do well in the utme, at least 150 people should take the putme along side you... last year imsu questions were 50 to be answered in 40mins, which each carrying 8 marks

so evaluate your chances and ability, if you feel you can pull it off, then get reading and f'kin ace that exam, they should admit at least 50. If you can also pull some strings, do so, the days of merit are long gone pal.

The sad part is that I gotta reconsider a lotta sh!t, compare pros and cons, evaluate how much stress I'd be putting on my family, and a whole lot of other things. fedric..if you want a less competitive course go for agriculture..but your subject combo wnt allow you,so you are left with industrial chem and pharm..the latter is competitive,you need a high jamb score..why not try unical..you from the catchment area..im also aspiring for chemistry at unical

Nice thoughts pal, considering the mass failure in 2016's jamb, my chances could be high. I guess I'll postpone changing institution until I perform a detailed research and fully evaluate my chances.

BTW, only the stated 11 universities do not accept 2 sittings, the rest do.... I'm just shocked IMSU does too, ah mean they just have a mere 2600 med aspirants, even NDU has got a larger no. of med aspirants

.2sittings is applicable to everyone as medicine is not an exceptional and for the no of non indegenes,that i can't tell as its only the total of both non indegenes and indegenes can be laid out.

I scored 234 with Sociology as my course,,,, but unizik introduced CBT and dey av som flaws,,,, after i finish my ume,,, I no see my Result,,,, I went to school(unizik) to report to dem,,,,as I reach dia,,,, we re almost 50-70,,,,dey told us to write letter of complaint and address it to VC tru d registrar,,,,, after all dis,,,,, dem just dash us 35%,,,, so I missed out,,,, dats y I want to change to less competitive course,,,

its the skul's fault na... instead of changing course, change institution. Tho I doubt they'd repeat same mistake this year

go for your preferred course, cus your score can give you admission in any university as long as you perform well in your putme.... Just decide if you still wanna take a chance with unizik this year

I just received the greatest shocker since 100/400 in 2016 utme, when I found out some universities other than UI also do not accept 2 waec or waec-neco combo for medicine(i.e You have to make all 5 credits in just one sitting).... Seriously, Nobody says sh!t in this country anymore, I would have read my azz off, only to be denied admission.

Anyway if you applied for any of the following universities and you plan on using 2 0'Level certificates, please pick up the change of institution form ASAP
