You can simply search how to do that on google and get many different implementation from stackoverflow

The basic idea is create an array called cart, and add or remove products from it. You might need to persist the cart, then the implementation for that would depend on which backend you're using, and if its using sessions or RESTAPI.

Depends on what your business is.

I would say a website as it can be reached across multiple devices and operating system. You would only have to maintain one code base unlike apps that would need maintenance across multiple platforms.

You could plan ahead and build your website on REST APIs, that way half the work for the app if you ever come back to do that would be done already.

I believe that since they introduced 'paid connect' system, it has been easier to get account approved and yes i uploaded a valid ID, you will be asked to also, this will most likely be after you get your first job ( you will be asked to do video verification too), uploading ID and video verification is for 'verification' of account not 'approval' of account.
