take dat: May i know your parameters for deciding which is a performing state or not.Have you travelled to all the states of federation to judge which are the best states in terms of performance?Are you judging from newspaper and TV propaganda to measure their performance?Have you taken into consideration each state allocation to match their performance?Most states in Nigeria inclusive of those you mentioned are not viable.Please desist from saying what you know not.Akwa Ibom,Rivers,Bayelsa have huge allocations which are not commesorate with what you can see on ground.Plateau and Katsina are non performing, Edo and Cross River under Duke can be an exception

for me, its Toyota, I understand Honda is kool as well, but one has to be weary of its suspension- (ball joint pulling off etc),

Must it be a 2005? the Camry 2005 is not too fine (my opinion) , but the quality is great and superb. the Engine is very OK, (Have u wondered why mechanics use Toyota engines in lieu of some luxury engines lately?

Conclusion- if u r gonna use the car 85% in places as Abuja, u can go for Honda if u like- but for other places- Lagos etc, Go for The Toyota.
