This hierarchy exists because there needs to be a clear line of command obedience to save lives. Now to the question of who cleans up after a surgery. Theatre nurses are called scrub nurse for a reason. They are in charge of basic set up before the surgery, assisting in handing instruments and cleaning afterwards. Simple and plain. The matron needs to be sanctioned and anywhere in the world the same will follow. And charges can even be pressed against her for imprisonment in sane environments.

Another half baked doctor in the mix. Nigeria don suffer sha. So after 6 years this is what you guys have to offer? It’s like Buhari is the one teaching you people , because it’s truly not your fault

I'm very sure the doctor got what she deserved. Doctors too dey like oppress nurses for this country, if you investigate this story deeper the truth will come out. And they are very good in defending their colleagues irrespective of whatever may have happened

You don’t even know the half of it. Doc will blind a child during Vaginal Examination and collectively tell the parent that the child was malformed. You don’t know how many errors docs collectively conceal and there’s one thing a have unity. They will have their backs outside and lambast themselves within. Some of those people are hardened criminals.

It’s good practice to keep a clean theatre or workstation however once the doctor is through with the operation assistants usually take over.

Johesu sent Doctors packing from Nigerian hospitals. It did not take 6months the nurse too escaped from the same Nigerian hospitals to the UK.

Sadly the nurses got to Uk and lost their voice. They are not asking for the same salary as Doctors, but are happy to do band 5 or 6 pay.

The anyhowness in Naija is a different scale.

Doctors too get their big wahala, someone should carry pen for you, bring stethoscope for you. They get to UK and push trolley for them self, and even push patients on wheelchair

That’s not team work, team work is in relation to the care of the patient and not making excuse for a medical negligence. A nurse is not a doctors assistant, is a pharmacist a doctors assistant? Because they work in closest contact than other healthcare professionals doesn’t mean u and anyone else should blur the job description of a nurse. The only nurse u will say doing such are those in private hospitals employed by doctors and quacks, trained by doctors

You don’t see a doctor coming to help a nurse to clean up after she has doing a procedure such as wound dressing do u? Do u see a physiotherapist help a doc to clean up his mess?

Or should nurses also help the doc to clean his ass after he has use the toilet.

To avoid things like this been repeated

A cleaner doesn’t have the knowledge of how to dispose medical waste and is only a channel that put the cleaner at risk as well as others, needle stick injuries, infections from exposure to bodily fluids, them transmitting contamination to other surfaces and or persons just to mention a few. It’s is part of the procedure to discard waste that has been generated by the person that generated it.

U only need to add ur BSc cert and the school ll send transcript. Year of entry: when u started d Nursing program
For RPHN, I read that pple added it and had to go to d board in charge of the exam not NMCN and it’s quite a long process sha

2. Does IQAS accept statement of result (school on strike and my certificate has name error)

3. I have BSC, RN and RPHN, am I to add the three to be evaluated as well?

Please come to my rescue ooo. I don't know what else to do.My 11months old isn't feeling strong at all, though he tries to play but he's weak.
It started when he was 10months, we did FBC and found out he has malaria 2+, he was treated, he still wasn't getting any better took him to the hospital he was birthed, we did the test again and malaria + and infection as the white blood cells was high. Canola was fixed treated again but mamas my boy is still weak. Once he eats, he will be very uncomfortable, till he vomits or stays at least 30-45mins. He's a very active child and turned inactive which is giving me concern. I can't count my trips to the hospital Infact the last public holiday I was at Mother and child, Gbaja yet the doctors will be telling me nothing wrong with him that he's healthy and active, experience mothers will be telling me its teething. The funny part is that at the hospital he will be active so people will be like you are worried for nothing, I almost quarrelled with the doctor at Gbaja.
My dear mothers please help me anyone experienced such or knows what I can do. This child is no longer active and always want to lie down, you will see he's eager to play but no strength and he's loosing weight.
Please help a worried mother out I can't even concentrate at work, I no longer smile. ����

Hi Lady..
It's been a year plus since I got married. However, started trying for a baby by March but developed pelvic pain during sex for which I went for scan and was told I have pid and uti. It was treated and I was advised by my doctor to run hormonal assay and HSG test. The result showed that my prolactin is high and that my follapian wasn't outlined and that I have intrauterine adhesion. I cried so hard yesterday and the consoled me by recommending me for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
Please I really don't want any form of surgery. Is there any herbal treatment for this issue

Pls doctor I need help. Ever since I had miscarriage 4years ago I've been battling with adhesion which I've removed last year via hetero-lap. Since then I've not been ovulating at all. I just got to know prior to the surgery that I'm lactating. Prolactin was 43mll, after using abt 5pascks of carbagolin it dropped to 34mll. I've used letrozole & Clomid yet no signs of ovulation.
Pls what can I use? I've been trying to conceive for 7years now. I have 1 patent fallopian tube(right).

If you decided it’s surgery you need, you can Get the surgery done for example today and mostly likely be out the next day, of course depending on your case because everyone is different.
