Fellow nigerians, for those of us who went for the NIIT scholarship examination, if you check thier result list, it is obvious nearly everyone passed. Now they are requesting the successful candidates to pay 5,000 naira booking fee before you will be told the courses that are available and the amount they can give as waiver.
Is it normal? what is the scholarship in this and do the maths: Multiply 5,000 by 8,000 people. Please, feel free to air your views because this scheme looks more like a scam in high places.

We cannoting putted a stopped to this threaded becausing as gooded nigerians, we are need to corrected the peoples that is not fit spoke and writed good english. I believing that is the purposing of this threaded. Is i right?

Beads are cool, so cool and extraordinarily cool. Why do people always run to the closet of african culture to paint certain things bad? who said african ladies never wore beads? Its the African heritage guys, go do some research. I see it as an addition to beautify the female gender. Moreover, the system of education practised in Nigeria and I dont know about anywhere else though is that u are being tutored in school not to be independent but to be dependent on the so called employers of labour. Why are people not trained to be self dependent and business oriented? Will it be wrong to have a curriculum that enables student to be trained to follow not just their field of study but to be broad minded? Everyone wants to get a 1st or 2nd class not jsut to impact their country but to work for someone else. Anyway, its so obvious then that young Nigerians should look for avenues to sell themselves rather than wait for our certificates to help lift us up. We have great minds and intellectuals. Why cant some of us sit down and start a business. Like LAKANLE said, Rome was not built in a day. Lets build ourselves into making a name for ourselves. The nation and the employers of labour has no plans for u to be wealthy.

Personally, I feel so sorry for anyone who thinks Nigerians are always depending on some kind of demystified being everytime we are in serious trouble or having serious challenges like a third class graduate. If you cant trust God, who should u trust?
That aside, the only thing that matters in this forum is to encourage fellow friends who are having issues that definetely affects their thought processes.
When u read thru adverts and all u see is 2.1 or first class, u never can begin to feel the pains of a 3rd class graduate. Its easy to say its because they were not serious while in school but then u must be aware of that not everybody had some experience of those students had which could range from homes falling apart, no money and food while in school, lecturer victimisation. Some actually may have been due to laziness and bad influence. However, at this time, it will be wrong to be pointing faults and reasons but to simple say what needs to be done. Get more certificates and more experience knowing that promotion and wealth does not come from the north, south, east or west but from God which must of u think is not a factor in life.
Think positive at all times. Trust only in God. Pray He uses people to bless and favour u in life.

I can tell u first hand what being an SS is about because I am also involved with a girl who is SS. But in my case, thank God I am AA. Ur children will go thru extreme pains and even death in some cases. Its not the pain of someone having a headache my friend. Its pain beyond comprehension. Sometimes ur voice alone can trigger unexplainable pains when their crises hit them.
That u now know she is AS and u are AS, my best advise and still the best is for the two of u to end the relationship knowing for sure what the future holds for u two. Someone suggested adopting kids. Well its easy to find such excuses because u think u are in love. Well for how long would u be comfortable knowing u can produce your own kids and just can't because u child might die and not because you are impotent?
Some people also said u should believe in miracles. Why do people like sacrifice better than obedience? To be frank with u, there is love out there for u and ur girlfriend. Remember, you dont find love in a relationship, you bring it in.

Fellow 9jalanders, dont minsinterpret the bible. The bible said be wise about the type of shepherds tht lead the sheep of God. How will you do that if u cant speak ur thoughts and ur convictions? If something is wrong, God wants us to speak it out and then lead men away from such roads of destruction. "Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm". Those of u who keep quoting this scripture, has any of u taken time to find out what was happening then in Isreal that made God say this? Pastor Chris' issue here has nothing to do with that.

How many atrocities have u seen woven round the likes of Oyedepo, Adeboye and some other respectable men of God. He is fake from his head to his toes. If pastor Chris is a fake, he will fall like a mighty meteorite and not though senseless accusations like that carried out by the pharisees of 2008 years ago.

So with all ur understanding of the things of God, u expect the banking system to be richer than God's Gospel truth? The people working in the banks, are they not humans who also could be christians? can u put all of God's promises in a bank? Who gives wealth? The bible said weakth does not come form the east, west or south but from God. Please dont talk on what u do not understand.
