Be careful with the kind of comment you make about the person called Jehovah God. Do not allow people's comment to draw you into a personal battle with God. Be wise.

The truth is even as you move on daily with life, not dwelling on the past, you can never deny that someone in the past affected your life so much and pretending they dont exist is a lie. Though its okay they do not affect your present relationship.

This whole issue of the birth of Christ and all other issues that tend to question the life and beliefs of the christian is practically no one's call to make except the individual involved. If I choose a particular sect or life, its my life. I keep saying at the end of our lives here on earth, then and only then will we know for sure if God created the world by just saying words. Only then will we know if God can just call things that are not as if they are and they come into being. Only then will we find out if we were created by someone whose actions and deeds seem senceless and unreasonable to mere humans.
If all the energy used in starting this thread is converted to something that can bless the day of everyone who reads it, then you people would have done a great job rather than engaging in an issue that at the end of the day, nothing is achieved. NOTHING WILL BE ACHIEVED RATHER THAN JUST COPYING AND PASTING FINDINGS FROM SOMEONE'S ELSE WEBPAGE.
Though you should stand up for what you believe but also know when to back out of a senseless argument.

Dear Sun God, I have read the issues u have raised even the one concerning Noah's ark. Since its obvious everyone is entitledto thier opinion, it will not be fair to try and crucify u.
In the internet, there are so many people trying to dispute what others consider right or wrong, even the religion u seemingly believe is the true religion. U will be surprised if you check, just like u searched out the various information u are feeding nairalanders with.
My only impute on this issue is this, God's ways are not man's ways. The pot can never be smarter than the maker of the pot. The scripture is inspired by God for our perfection. If there are any issues you or anyone who seeks knowledge desire, pray to God for guidance because He said the things that men think there is wisdom in, God says its foolishness to Him. If we begin to question God and find faults in His doings and dealings, we are questioning His sovereignty.
Please note, I am neither defending nor supporting any of the claims you have pasted for nairalanders to read but hold on to your beliefs until the day u meet with God Almighty on the day of judgement and then we all can ask Him our biting questions like, God, why did u, or God, how come ,

The girlfriend usually sees this her friend from time to time. The truth is her boyfriend is jealous. What do u think he should do. The so called friend is a male.
PS: The friend does not know the boyfriend but the boyfriend knows the friend.

A couple had been married for only two weeks and the husband, although very much in love, couldn't wait to go out on the town and party with his old buddies.

There is no measure to the pain one feels when his or her pals cannot visit their home because daddy or mummy does not like it. A friend of mine narrated her ordeal when she went with her friend to assist her carry some refreshment items for a picnic. The friend's mother embarrassed her to the extent of asking her if she knew where the garri she was eating came from and why is she pestering her only daughter.

Shapey, i was really moved by the experiences you went through. I actually told my colleagues that even if i give birth to only 3 girls, it will be all i need but then they kept pointing to the same issues you just mentioned about the extended family need for a male in the family.
I keep asking do i have to marry several women just to satisfy their needs for a male? Do i have to play God in getting a male child? Are women really nothing in Africa?
God help us all.

During an argument in the office, some persons said without a male child, a man is never really complete and if his wife cannot give birth to a male child, he should marry a second wife. They based their argument on the fact that even in the bible, God always considered the male specimen in everything he did. He always promises the people He keeps any convenant with with a male child. What do you think considering the fact that in Africa, the male child means more than a million dollars.

I was reading a book on the person of christ some time ago and the author was actually trying to make the reader look through the eyes of an ordinary person in the time and season of Christ.
During the time, the people were expecting a messaih that would set them free from the Roman power. A messiah that would lead them like a King he is. Then comes a man who practically breaks all the laws they were used to. Laws handed over to them by the great prophet of God, Moses. Eating with sinners, hanging out with prostitutes, breaking the sabbath laws, proclaiming Himself as the Son of God without a proof from Heaven, considered blasphemy, e.t.c.
Now come to think of it, if u were there, would u accept this man? He disregards the temple priests, sadduces, pharises and scribes. Everything the Jews were known to respect, he didnt, yet He says he is the king.
You would rush to say yes.
Now what is your opinion of men of God who perform miracles?
what do you think of men of God who would not bring down the Holy Ghost fire to burn up their enemies but would rather preach love and forgiveness?
What would you say of a self acclaimed ruler and King who does nothing about the imminent problems like light, road, water and all the basic amenities as soon as He comes to be known?
