Why do women LOVE money so much? Well the majority, I would say only about 25% of them truly don't care about money and just want love. But the other 75% LOVE money and material things value people by the size of their wallets, never considering their hearts of who they maybe. I was recently talking to a girl and asked, if she would rather go with a man that's broke but will do anything for and truly cares for you or man that will give you everything and use you as his slave. You know what she said, she would rather have the man with the money because he could provide for her and in her eyes the man with the heart of gold means little. Note, a day before I asked if she would have a rich man or a poor man with her in a relationship and she quickly jumped to the poor man. Its the same thing with choose a nice guy over a bad guy, when in reality all women choose the bad ones because apparently its more "fun". Now before you jump on me, let me make my point. Yes, men love women who are attractive, and we don't like large, ugly women. I suppose you can call that "shallow" but to me IT IS NOT, because you are still attracted TO THE PERSON, not something the person POSSESSES. Let's put it another way. Which one of these sounds worse: A) "Amanda, I love you because you're gorgeous" B) "Mike, I love you because you have a lot of money" I just wanna know why, like why is a guy riding a scooter so unattractive compared to the guy in a new Mercedes? Sure we all like nice things but you would hardly ever catch a guy wanting to date a woman just because she has a BMW. I dont think men even care about the kinda car a woman drive, we just dont look at that since we know its just a piece of metal that she may be in debt for. But how come women dont see this? There is a guy on campus with one of the new cameros and ALL the women gossip about how cute he is and how much swag he has. Funny thing is when he had his civic no one gave an eff about him. So are women so dumb that they actually think he got rich overnight and bought the camero cash? Why would someone possibly think he is rich and didnt just take a loan to buy the car? The average man knows this but it seems like the female brain cant process that thought. Kinda like how my ferret sees my shiny keys and run towards it without thinking first. Anyway it just seems like women want the easy way out. I have only met five women who didn't care what I was driving and only liked me because I was a decent guy and into my academics like they were. ONLY 5, the other thousands could care less about me since I didn't have a fancy car or expensive clothing. So in their minds I couldn't do anything for them so I wasn't worth dating; so is that what dating is about now? I dont wanna say women are dumb but they are not all that smart. I would admit they have a lot of book sense and excel in school but when it comes to common sense they fail. Women seem to live for the moment and not plan ahead. Sure I could use my grad school savings and down pay on a BMW but thats not smart, I would never spend my money to impress a woman anyway. |
mikuz: whats the mumu thing about signing a new record deal ? Guy you are actually the one who hates 9ice. Dont you want the brother to progress? The guy has made a move to re-ignite his music career that seems to be nose diving by signing a new record deal and your are just busy talking trash? I remember a couple of years back when Id Cabasa(the guy who is responsible for 40% of his success) was saying on national tv that 9ice has turned into something else. That since the dude has now become a 'big star' he no longer wants to associate with him. Truth is that 9ice stuppidly made away with those who were the pillars of his career. He lost most of his fans after he seperated with Tony and Rugged. If its true that 9ice did not sign any new deal as you claim and in contrary to the links I have posted can you paste a link backing your claim ? Psquare,2face and Wizkid had their different record labels when Akon signed them. Same thing for Dbanj and Jazzy with Kanye's G.o.o.d music when they were together. Guy you well so ? Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Why are u just wasting your time and energy typing and replying to someone who does not even have a clue about music industry... ![]() |

Lagos- A 34-year-old nurse on Friday leapt for joy when an Oshodi Customary Court in Lagos dissolved the five-year-old marriage to her husband who allegedly planted “magun’’ on her. The petitioner, Mrs Taiwo Akinode, who resides at 58, Mafoluku Road, Oshodi, Lagos openly expressed her joy and gratitude over the judgment, saying, “thank God, I am free from this juju man.“ “My husband had planted `magun’ on me because he does not trust me, he thinks am promiscuous. “I almost lost my life before my relations came to the rescue and it was discovered that he was the culprit. “He does not have respect for my mother, whenever she tries to intervene in our disagreement, he will extend the beating to my mother,” she said. She accused her husband of adultery, saying that he slept around with different women. She also alleged that Akinode was irresponsible, adding that he threatened her life with `juju` because he was an “Ifa’’ worshipper. “I do not blame him because I moved in with him following a prophecy from my pastor that he is my rightful husband. He did not marry me properly. “He is very fetish, he has been threatening me and my mother and I cannot take it anymore, that is why I filed the divorce,’’ she told the court. The respondent, Toyin Akinode, a 37-year-old mechanic did not deny the allegations, saying that he was also fed up with the marriage. “My wife is very stubborn and promiscuous and her mother will always support her whenever I report my wife to her. “She was aware that I am an “Ifa’’ worshipper before I married her five-years ago, now she wants a divorce over my religious background,“ Akinode said. He, however, urged the court to proceed with the dissolution of their marriage. Akinode also promised the court that he would pay the maintenance fee and would prefer to visit his children at school in order to avoid any trouble with his former wife. The court president, Mrs R.I. Adetola pronounced the dissolution of the marriage. “I hereby dissolve the marriage between Toyin and Taiwo, since both parties are tired of the marriage and both consented to the dissolution. “The two children of the marriage should be in the custody of their mother since they are still very young. Any aggrieved party can appeal against the judgment within the next 30 days,“ Adetola said. She ordered that the respondent pay the sum of N4, 000 monthly to the court registrar for his children`s maintenance. Mikuz, why u dey waste ur time with person wey no know anything about the industry.... ![]() |
My'muzik is the best.... |
MuhMubRaj: what nonsense!Don't be rude here... Get a life ![]() |
onatisi: you seem to be taking the whole thing to a spiritual angle.but is ruggedman still relevant in nigeria music.i think 9ice problem has more to do with his experimenting with too many styles of music.look at psquare they have just one style of music.look at 2face tooU forgot that everything is time. You cannot expect an artist to be relevant for 100 years now. When Rugged was Rugged, who was 9ice?? Tell, where is Styleplus now? Where is Eedris Abdulkareem, etc.... Everything is time. 2face music wasn't like this too before, 2face was the top in town b4 u hear any music in town u must hear playing 2face, where is 2face now? Don't get me wrong i am not saying he's not singing anymore, but i bet u who do u think people will choose instead of Davido or 2face now in club or wizkid? ![]() I believe 9ice problem is basically caused by the way he betrayed Ruggedman and his fans were happy and forever happy for 9ice coming out through Ruggedman..... Do u know God do things atimes for certain reason.... There are some people that God has destined that without them u cannot move forward in life. Yes its possible.......... ![]() Before God and man, i've been saying it from the day he started abusing and raising corses on Ruggedman that he was having afair with his wife, i told my friends in the studio that this guy will mess up his career. The very first day 9ice released little money, i remember i told same friends that this guy will blow in the industry the way ruggedman puting him through and making sure he blow by all means... Ruggeds has been in the industry for over 10 years, when did little 9ice started? before he started fumbling because of little Mobo award and little money... Shebi he sang it that respect if reciprocal.. Let me tell u smething, the truth is he is now regretting it but couldn't know what to do. he is confused enough. |
onatisi: really but psqaure i think they have a very good manager maybe it all boils down to artiste management.but i dont think 9ice music is fadin as ppl are speculating .he just need to market himself betterYEs 100% fading and to my own understanding, the reason was caused by not trusting his long time friends ''Ruggedman'' I knew he's gonna fade if he did not go back and apology to that guy immediately because Ruggedman was opomulero for him and God used him to raise him, but betrayed him, what do u expect from fans..... 9ice fans are far many than Ruggedman fans, but 9ice fans prefer him not to mess up with ruggedman because they knows he's the one that brought him up. Immediately 9ice won the MOBO award and started been proud, i told some of my friends that this guy will mess up his music with the way is going about with Rugged man. I love 9ice so much but he messed up himself... |
Dygeasy: no vex abegU never confess wetin u dey find from vicky.. U get dirty mind.. ![]() Its better u ask her to send u meessage or helping her for some house cleaning ![]() |

~vicky~:Guys confirms it funniest ![]() |
onatisi: i think it is one thing to be a musician and another to be a good marketer most artistes cant do both , 2face tried it with hypertek it didnt workout , i think it is good let him concentrate on giving out the good tunes and let another company sells him record that is the best way to go about itIt does not matter. P/square does it and has their Square Record label market their songs by themselves.... ![]() |
For most of Robin van Persie's eight years at Arsenal, success has stayed frustratingly out of reach. The team has looked poised for glory, only to lose key players and take a step backwards. At 29, time is not Van Persie's friend and his desire to win at the club - cited in his statement on Wednesday - is completely understandable. He has not submitted a transfer request, nor has he gone on a three-month golf break in Argentina. He has merely stated that he will not renew his contract, which is entirely his right. But what does he hope to achieve by leaving? Win trophies, he says. Of course, it is entirely possible that 'trophies' is a byword for 'money'. The teams that win things also pay the most. So why not say you're motivated by silverware, and if there happens to be a £250,000-a-week contract in it - well, that's just a nice perk. I don't know what's going on in Van Persie's head, and you'd be an idiot to say money plays no part at all - but I believe he is motivated primarily by a genuine desire to put some pots on his mantelpiece before he retires. Winning offers validation; 'proof' that you can perform when it matters. We confuse players with the teams they represent. Van Persie could be remembered in the same way as his Arsenal team - exciting and talented, but falling some way short of true greatness. Somehow, playing for a successful team - in any capacity - insulates you from criticism. Look at the way we mock Alan Shearer, who lifted just a single trophy in his brilliant career. He rejected Manchester United, preferring instead to join his hometown club with whom he won nothing. Shearer is one of the greatest players of his generation (of any nationality), yet there is a large consituency of people who will remember him as the guy who turned down a decade of baubles. During Euro 2012, when he rather unwisely said Mario Balotelli had "done nothing in the game yet", critics gleefully pointed out the Italian's eight major honours including a Champions League, a Premier League and three Serie A titles. Shearer's criticism was clumsy - but not entirely wrong. Success should be measured by more than trophies. Has Balotelli performed consistently over a sustained period? Has he proven himself a good team-mate? Has he refrained from letting himself and his colleagues down? Clearly not. That was Shearer's point. And being a truculent, mercurial presence for successful teams does not make Balotelli better than Shearer, however many open-top bus parades he has been on. What if Shearer had joined Manchester United instead of, say, Andy Cole? He would have won things, for sure. But they won things anyway. Shearer's impact at Old Trafford could never compare with his importance to Newcastle, where he is still revered. This European trophy-worship is not shared across the pond, where a different attitude prevails. Americans would lionise Shearer for his loyalty and consistency - they would judge him on his extraordinary ability and not the number of championships. Nobody judges Peyton Manning's time as Indiananpolis Colts quarterback a failure because he won 'only' one Super Bowl in 13 years. Two years ago, when NBA star LeBron James left Cleveland for Miami, he was widely criticised. Not just for abandoning an historically ill-starred team, but for shunning his responsibilities as a top player. If he had won a title at Cleveland - and he came close - it would have been his team, his triumph. Instead he went to play with fellow stars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh - it was considered a cop-out, a betrayal of his duty to prove himself. He was meant to be a leader, and instead he took the easy option. That is how I will feel if Van Persie joins Manchester City (current 1/2 favourites to sign him at the time of writing). Yes, he'll win, but how much satisfaction will he be able to take? City are already Premier League champions. And they will almost certainly be champions again, with or without him. Would Van Persie make City better? Yes, a little bit. But he will not be the captain, he will not be a leader, he will not be the man his team-mates, manager and supporters rely on to carry the load. He will be just another part of an ensemble - like Samir Nasri at City, or Cesc Fabregas at Barcelona. Where's the glory in that? |

We were told that the Gongo Aso singer has already done some music collaborations with Diesel Music artistes. A Federal High Court in Abuja, yesterday, restrained both the House of Representatives and the Federal Government from acting on the report of the House of Reps' Ad Hoc Committee on Petroleum Subsidy Regime pending the determination of a case filed by one of the indicted marketers, Integrated Oil and Gas Limited. The Integrated Oil and Gas Limited had asked the court to make an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the Attorney General of the federation (AGF), Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the Inspector General of Police from acting on the report of the Ad Hoc Committee pending the final determination of the case filed by it. The House of Representatives and the suspended Chairman of the committee, Farouk Lawan were listed as first and second defendants. Justice Gladys Olotu made the interim order following an agreement among lawyers to the parties that their clients would not do anything that would affect the case before the court. Lead lawyer to the Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN) and Damien Dodo (SAN), explained the implication of the directive, 'We have reached a no arrest, no detention, no prosecution, no refund agreement pending the determination of the suit.' The committee had in its report asked Integrated Oil and Gas to refund N13. 2 billion paid to it by the Federal Government for petroleum products it imported between 2006 and 2011 on the ground that the amount was not sustainable. But the oil firm was dissatisfied and instructed its lawyer, Mr. Tayo Oyetibo (SAN) to file a suit in which it asked the court, among other prayers, to nullify the committee's report on the grounds that it was not given fair hearing before the committee came to its conclusion. It also asked the court to restrain the House, the AGF, the EFCC and ICPC from acting on the report. At the hearing of the case, arguments ensued on whether the court could stop the anti-graft agencies from carrying out their statutory duty. At a point, Justice Olotu excused the lawyers and gave them 20 minutes to confer and agree on the position to be adopted by the court. The lawyers agreed that no action would be taken against the company until the court has given final judgment in the case. Justice Olotu commended the lawyers for their maturity and consequently issued an order based on the agreement stopping the defendants from acting on the report as it affected Integrated Oil and Gas pending the time she would give final judgment. In an affidavit he deposed to, the Managing Director of the company, Anthony Iheanacho said that his company did not collect any subsidy for petroleum products not imported. http://www.thenigerianvoice.com/nvnews/93874/1/n26trn-subsidy-fraud-court-stops-fg-from-acting-on.html |
