We could also see a range and trend continuation. Dollar index fell massively today forming an outside bar. It's hard to imagine it reversing all the bearish move in one day. Also eurgbp, which correlates negatively to GBPUSD is still massively bearish. Flipping of these pairs to bullish momentum usually takes at least 2-3 days.
At best, I expect a range downtrend to key support levels. We will have more information on how to play the range game by 6-7 am tomorrow.

Gold has entered a bear market. It has invalidated my bullish rectangle with the break of 1767 which now looks like the neckline of a monthly double top. The target for the double top is not pretty. Will wait for whenever a pullback happens on the daily to look for an entry.

MODIFIED: On the daily, the next target is at 1556.

To me it's just another day to add liquidity to the pool. I don't think it has been grabbed yet. Since Tuesday, trading volume has been decreasing. Maybe the selling is almost over but not yet ripe for a buy.
