Started four days ago,any little run around in town my fuel tank is on reserve,noticed black smoke emanating from the exhaust this morning,what could be the problem ,I need help because only this weekend alone I have spent 4,500 on fuel and its on reserve on a corper's salary thats much

woke up one morning to clean my car,after cleaning,took my bath and when I was about entering my car to hit the road,found bird excreta's on my car,not the first time this has happened,as usual just complained to myself and forgot about it,then just yesterday when I closed from work and when I got to the car park,saw bird excreta on my car,did not think about it because I was getting used to it,got home and parked the car close to the tap inside my compound so I could easily get water to wash the car,as I was removing the foot match,heard a sound on the roof and then something like water touched my back,thought it was about to rain when I touched my back with my hands,saw whitish stuff then I got up and looked at the roof alas another bird excreta,getting tired of the whole issh,what does it really signify?

Just got a Toyota Solara a week back,noticed the AC was going on and off when the AC is switched on.Took it to an AC guy and he said there was no gas and the thermostat was faulty,had to fill it and he worked on the thermostat,works well when am cruising round the town.was traveling a few days back noticed that after working for a while,it will stop for like 4 minutes,then it will pick up again and I something see something like vapor coming out of the air vent, is that normal and what could be the problem? Help needed
