Please i have a nokia lumia 710, sent to me by someone in the Uk, it uses a micro sim, so I had to go to airtel office to cut my regular sim to a micro sim, I finally inserted the sim to the phone, only to be told I needed a pin to continue.....my sim didnt use a pin before.

I have tried all possibles number I can think of as pin, and right now the message on the phone is" this sim card can only be used on specific networks.Contact your customer service centre for the unlock code.2 attempts remaining."

I sent someone with it to computer village, and they said they didnt have the code to unlock it, and could not see it online, I sent the same person to nokia shop at ikeja and was told they dont unlock phones, i took the phone to slot at Adeniran ogunsanya only to be told that it wolud take 3 days to unlock, and that i had to pay N10,000.00 as well!
