I have made this argument countless times even when
your man Drogba was scoring the goals.

Drogba and Malouda play lottery football too many times though
Malouda has improved of late.

There is nothing wrong with playing on instinct and flinging your boots
at every round thing that moves, but theirs is simply too frequent, enough
to hurt especially when Chelsea are trying to build momentum.

Drogba has his use and he does some things well, but subtle or finesse
don't come to mind.

He is adequate in his own way and if Anelka was not at the club, then by all
means start him. But Anelka is so clearly the better option. . . . He fits in better
especially where movement is concerned.

The only thing just about certain with Drogba is his heading ability.

Everything else is a matter of chance.

His first touch isn't the greatest neither is his movement.

If I were Ancellotti, the chappie would be an option off the bench
where finesse like Chelsea can do doesn't work.
