and how does joining MEND "mend" home?

The problem we have is that the constitution grants the executive way too much powers.

It is not only the executive. Someone correct me if i am wrong, but the executive are not the only ones with powers to introduce legislation are they?

the crucial parts - taking away appointment of INEC chiefs away from the President to the National Judicial Council and limiting the duration of election appeals to 6 months so they are promptly closed out. angry

Did Andoakaa steal your food?
I don't think your comment conforms to the ''rule of law''  cheesy cheesy grin

But seriously, the man is a demon.

Can you believe the legal clap trap they used to defend allowing appeals after political inaugurations

The Federal Executive Council has rejected the ERC's recommendation that election disputes be concluded within six months of the conduct of elections, on the nave ground that the present system whereby electoral disputes oftentimes run for two or three years after the elections is good for a "better dispensation of justice to the aggrieved". So much ink has been spilled on this subject since 1999, the only possible explanation for the FEC's position is that it is absolutely self-serving. A key item of the debate on electoral reform has been the fervent demand that all disputes should in fact, be resolved before inauguration, to prevent the untidy situation whereby persons with stolen and illegitimate mandates enjoy an illegal access to power and authority to the discomfiture of the rightful owner of the mandate.
some people deserve to die walahi.

obj's heart according to you was in the right place concerning power, sadly he didn't plan or manage this project effectively. i want to believe you on one condition which is if you will agree with me that the same situation is applicable with security, roads, health sector and other basic infrastructures that nigeria and nigerians lack even with the oil boom.
since you now have the real figure released by obj for power supply, how much were released for security, roads, police, education, health etc and to whom were all these funds released to.

Their first priority is to create and feed strikers with good passes. . . .scoring goals is a bonus.
Well. . .Makalele hardly ever went beyond the centre circle did he. . . .nor was he a left midfield convert.
Besides playing for Chelsea is a whole lot different than playing for United. United play a buccaneering style
and even you will admit Anderson has had a fair few chances to chip in, but he has shown a lack of poise.
United play 4-4-2. Anderson is not a winger so he had to be converted to suit United system.
How is that so difficult for you to grab??
lol

It shows you did not know Anderson well enuff before he came to United.
He was converted at Porto to central midfield and not at United.

His left midfield days were primarily at Gremio.
